Samsung has most lag ever and frozen screens on every time. The phones will freeze on you for no reason and it takes half a hour to make a call due to the lag it constantly keeps making. The TVs will go half black to black screen on you suddenly. Samsung is a scam with a collection of refurbished and recycled electronics that are out from a trash can. Customer Service are a group of liars who will make your life worse. Do NOT buy anything from Samsung.

Fire Hazard microwave
March 15, 2022

I purchased a microwave last year and all of a sudden it started turning on by itself. I located on Samsung website was a sensor seems straight forward and obvious, same exact issues happening. They send a tech out who looked and bent my hinges as an attempt to "fix" a brand new microwave. As soon as tech leaves I open the microwave and close it, it turns back on so it wasn't fixed within 5 minutes of tech leavening. I call Samsung they schedule me again for another tech. I took off work again now 2 days. They never show up. I call Samsung and they told me they never came because the first tech said their wasn't an issue with the microwave. Which is mind blowing considering he bent my microwave and damaged it to fix a problem that didn't exist? And they couldn't of told me that before I took off another day of work. So end result was hours wasted 2 days off work. No fix and they proceeded to tell me the customer that my microwave functions properly eventho it turns on by itself and turns off without any input. I have never dealt with such a terrible company who said they can't do anything for me because at this point it's their tech company and Samsung isn't responsible so I'm out 2 days a work and a over the range brand new microwave now needing to be replaced. Never buy Samsung. Total scam company I will never purchase a single thing from them ever again. They couldn't even accept that it's their microwave they blamed the fact the tech company lied and said they fixed or never had to fix my microwave and said we'll sorry can't help you. Complete disgrace.

Phone is 6 months old with a 12 month warranty. Samsung will not honor warranty. Phone was taken to a certified Samsung tech center. It could not be repaired. Sent phone back to Samsung for a promised refund. They have had phone over a week and are still stalling on providing refund. Purchase receipts provided a week ago, they are asking for more paper work and maybe will send a refund in a week or two. Thought I was finally making progress after filing complaint with BBB. Gloria A promised the refund and promised to help. Over 2 weeks later, still nothing and Gloria A will not return any of the 3 phone messages. Do not buy a Samsung Phone and understand that they will not honor their warranty.

I purchase a Galaxy A20-5U (SM-A205U) specifically because Samsung claimed this product was a 4G product. All the literature surrounding this product purported it to be 4G. It in fact is not 4G. When ATT shut down its 3G network in February of 2022, this phone quit working after spending in excess of 8 hours trying to understand why this phone wouldn't work. I got to the bottom of it - only the messaging (texting) and data were 4G compatible; the telephone function was not 4G, and thus it could no longer function as a phone in a 4 and 5G only network environment. I believe that Samsung's intentional intentional misrepresentation of this product was fraudulent. The last company that did this to me was Sony with their BetaMax; that was 1984. I have not purchased a Sony product since then nor will I buy a Samsung product again. If you can't trust the literature they put out about their products, you put yourself at way too much financial risk - and who needs that in today's complicated, tech-heavy world where companies lie about the technical aspects of their products. I down loaded a picture of the screen of the A20 while turned on - hopefully you can see it, but in the upper right-hand corner of the screen you'll see that it is indicating 4G when in fact it is a 3G device.

Fine product, Awful customer service
March 8, 2022

Samsung products have been fairly decent for me. No major issues for me. But Samsung customer support on the other hand, is a nightmare. If you have any issues, just give up. I have been calling a few times a week, on the phone for 30 to 60 minutes to be told my issue will be escalated and they will get back to me. Its been over a month, 8 to 10 hours later and i just keep getting pushed around. The worse part is, it is now outside the return policy window on these. I have never been so disappointed in customer support before this and it is very disappointing to see. Samsung was fine a couple of years ago with a product issue but this time they refuse to help me and i just get transferred around. Well, you win Samsung, I will stop calling. Or buying Samsung products.

Wouldnt even give a single starbI bought the z flip 9/13/21. The phone holds a charge for 2 hrs. It developed the black line where phone folds. Called samsung spoke to a Travon who reassured me it would be fixed i overnighted my phone to them. 8 days later they are refusing to fix the phone without charging me $200 for a new screen when i never dropped the phone or broke the screen the black line just appeared one day! I want my phone overnighted back i was told the whole process takes 5-7 days to fix and get back to me. They kept my phone for 8 days said the warrenty is voided and refuse to fix. This is a scam and a terrible phone and terrible customer service. This phone is a terrible design and convientely breaks of course theres only a 14 day retun funny what phone breaks in firdt 14 days? None but within 6 months definitely this one does! Samsung is a terrible company to work with and scams their customers i will go back to i phone before purchasing another samsung brand anything. Hoping others see this and a group law suit gets started over this scam. Its not ok to do this to hard working American people

I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
March 7, 2022

OK. I got my Samsung A42 5g from Xfinity 3 months ago. Everything was good until I did a software update and rebooted. It would no longer read the Sim card. Called Samsung and they sent me to one of their "certified" repair shop. They told me if they can fix it they would and if they say it's unfixable they will replaced it. I took it to the shop. They determined that it was unfixable and did not have any water damage nor physical damage and needed to be replaced. They send Samsung a work order verifying this and Samsung had me send it to them. After they got it they sent me an email saying they needed to replace some parts and will send it back to me asap. Because I had the phone less than a year the repairs are free. A week after that they sent me another email saying there was water damage and I have to pay $710 for a phone that cost me $300. There was never any water damage and they tried to scam me out of money instead of replacing what was already verified unfixable. I said I was not going to pay that and they said fine we will send it back to you then. Now I have no phone after only having theirs for a couple months. This was the worst service I have ever had. Ever phone I ever had that was damage was easily resolved but this company went out their way to make sure I did not get another phone even though their product was defective. I hope this really helps someone because I would hate for someone else to go through what I went through with Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator through Samsung on February 21,2022. I was promised delivery on 2/25,2/26,3/2,3/5. Each day I made sure I would be home. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have received 16 emails, 9 texted messages and 2 phone calls from them confirming delivery time, canceling delivery time, and updating delivery time. I am tired of all the run around. I just want my money back. They can keep the fridge if it even exists. The company won't last much longer if this is how they treat all their customers.
I'm sorry. I don't know how to upload a picture of my receipt.

I have two white circles on my tv and waiting for the next one to appear. Just out of warranty, so buy a Samsung tv and divide that by 60 and that will be how much it cost to own a Samsung tv per month. Then have to buy a new one.

My unit was shipped to me apparently defective. Powered up and died within minutes. Returned, tech informed me that's not repairable and offer a buy out at 70% of value (?!) due to expired warranty (after 1 day!?), then they asked me to furnish the product bar code and a picture to claim credit. Didn't they know i shipped the unit back?

Customer service
March 1, 2022

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM SAMSUNG. There are companies who care about their customers Samsung does not. Purchased a monitor. Had to return for repair. They could not repair it. I was told I would get a code to order a new one within 24 to 48 hours. It took 6 weeks of nothing but grief. They clearly do not care about their customers. When I finally got the code you can only use on their web site, they do not give refunds. Most items were out of stock or more money than your original purchase. So it's either buy what they have or lose the money. Believe me you do not want to deal with them!

The forced updates cannot be opted out of and are not only for privacy and security. They change settings and features on the phone, and some apps will malfunction. Samsung technical support will factory reset your phone, and everything saved on there will be lost. They will not give me my money back since this is not the phone I paid for.

I have a Samsung fridge and have issues with it. Lost tons of food. Samsung said they would make it right and to get a list of the food and cost of loss. I don't just that and it was hard to put a cost on wild game and salmon I have caught. I gave them a list and all I got was Silence. I had to get the BBB involved. They sent them a letter and they finally gave us a check for the junky refrigerator but would only give so much for the food loss. So my wife wanted to try the same fridge but newer model. It has been so so but things breaking on it all the time. We also have a Samsung doulbe oven. Now it is a pice of junk. The door is warped never sealed properly and trying to order any parts is a joke. JUST AVOID SAMSUNG APPLIANCES LIKE THE PLAGUE

Bought a Samsung washer and dryer set and within a year, the washer bites the dust. Samsung says they will replace, but this process takes forever. I am on week 3 without my washer working and they are saying it could be another week. Their replacement process definitely needs to be reviewed, as how can they expect a family to go 3-4 weeks without their washer? They clearly do not care about their customers. I guess, off to the laundromat again. Thanks Samsung!

Customer Service bad
February 24, 2022

Terrible customer service. I am checking into apples next phone. My phone was very new & still under Samsung warranty. They couldn't fix, so sent me to a specific uBreakIfix. They took my phone, told me they were backing up everything to 3 places, and reset it. Nobody ever told me that I should backup anything or that I might lose any data. They just took my phone and did that and when they handed it back to me it was missing One full year of pictures and videos that I had taken. I have spent 30 hours trying to get them back going back to the the U break I fixed store and talking to Samsung on their technical support and they said I am not able to get pictures back and that they are sorry. I said samsung should give me some sort of compensation and they told me they don't do that don't do that but they were sorry. A whole lot of time (about 30-40 hours) and pictures that I will never get back, and they say sorry and have a great day.

(Note - I like the products and think their TVs are quality products at good prices)... BUT the customer service is unprofessional and incompetent. And I refer to the company, their system and processes, not any one individual
I placed and paid for an online order and was told delivery would be 2 days later... then on the scheduled day they postponed to 10 days, then 12, then just delayed...(BTW - at least 2 other stockists have the product in stock for next day delivery at same or better price - which I have now purchased - but I thought I was doing the right thing going via the Official Samsung website). So I contacted them by chat/and email, with no success. Asked them to cancel and refund me. More than 3 weeks after this (6 weeks from ordering) and despite chasing with several emails, 2 online chats, and a 35 minute call they STILL don't know when they will refund. They are not even disputing they owe the refund, they just don't know when they will do it (or when they will get round to it). Asked to speak to a supervisor - "can't do that, they will be back to you within 48 hours".
A shambolic customer service experience. They have had my money for 6 weeks (undisputed), I do not have the goods (undisputed) so what is so difficult? I expected much better.

I purchased a galaxy Z Flip3 at att store. $1,100.00
Less than 10 weeks the fold part of screen looks sryrottex but can't feel cracks. While open it's no longer fully flat. Now line in the top screen top to bottom. Att said warranty claim not insurance. Samsung does warranties in-house. Att can't give me phone temporarily due to this. Samsung said mail it in and within 11 days they mail it back. No temp phone or other solution. I live hours from store. I own asmall buisness and need phone. They said nothing we can do. So I'm throwing phone away and getting an I phone. Huge company, crap product, horrible warranty policy, no customer appreciation.
