I love their cell phones. I hate their financing company TD Bank, as I set up autopay via my checking account yet they never processed it fully and they did not get my initial payments and I never got notified until 2 months later. By then it was too late and the late pays hit my credit score with -50 points.

Looks nice, I love the Samsung phones, Though the new S22 is totally unusable. We got two neither one we can hear the other person; they are wispier quiet. Oh, and where are the chargers? You spend good money for a phone and need to spend more money to use it. Yet more corporate greed.
We bought a new 28cu ft RF28T5101WW in white from a local retailer but got one with a dented left door. The delivery rep ordered a replacement door. Unfortunately, the new one was cosmetically defective. Samsung puts part #s on index cards and then wraps parts in plastic. Somehow, an impression of the card and finger marks swiped across the door had gotten embedded in the paint and couldn't be removed. The retailer ordered new doors twice more, but they had the same defect. As they couldn't get a pristine door, the retailer then offered a replacement fridge, but delivery was postponed five times for lack of stock and I just got an email that my order was canceled because the model has been discontinued. Samsung won't help as it's cosmetic damage. So i'm stuck with a scratch & dent. Samsung doesn't stand behind their products and doesn't care about keeping their customers happy. I will never purchase a Samsung product again. I tried submitting this review on Samsung's website, but they won't accept it because it generally relates to customer service. They will only accept reviews with comments concerning the performance of their products.
The refrigerator is pretty nice. I'd give it 4 stars. It's roomy, has the spill-proof shelves I wanted and an internal water dispenser. The ice maker is fine for a few weeks, but then it seems to put out smaller cubes so the ice is more crushed than cubed. But after dumping the bin it's fine for another few weeks. Also, there is an issue with the left door closure. There is a flange which is supposed to flatten out so that there is no space between the french doors when they are closed. But sometimes it doesn't close when the door is opened and you can then accidentally slam the other door with the flange. So far, I haven't damaged the door, but I feel I have to be really careful. But now, because this model has been discontinued in white, we fell through the cracks and no one will make any concessions to compensate us for not getting what we paid for.
This past December 2021, Samsung offered a great deal on a refurbished S21FE. It was a good deal and I purchased one, or so I thought. I got regular emails up to and including an email that said my phone had shipped. After a few days, I received an email telling me they oversold the promotion and were immediately cancelling my order. At the least, I was extremely disappointed. Three days later, I discovered that they were now running another promotion, selling the exact same phone. The price was higher, but they now miraculously had stock. Because I had patiently waited for my phone to ship, I missed out on a similar purchase opportunity from Costco.
If it wasn't for the fact that I hate Apple products and Lenovo purchased Motorola, I might just trash everything Samsung for slighting me.
Never buy any product from Samsung online site, if you receive defective product from Samsung they not going to exchange or return that product unless you call them within 24hours. Pay little more and buy from Costco, BestBuy or any retails al least you can return or exchange that product.
Forced updates with no way to deny them. Avoid samsung at all costs. You would be better off with iphone
I like the cell phones offered by this brand. First, they are stylish. Second, they are affordable. Third, they work very well.
Do not buy any samsung products or appliances, my refrigerator has had several issues, Samsung was sued in a class action suit over the french door with the ice maker in the door, samsung DOES NOT stand by their products, the cooling system does not stay at food safe levels at all! When i called samsung they did not care they would only fix my ice maker which has gone out 3 times now! I made a complaint with the njbb they told me and njbb that my refrigerator was no longer under warranty and would not do anything to help me out! This is under implied warranty and lemon law! I will not nor my family buy anything from samsung EVER again... i will get my message to whom ever to not buy anything from samsung as they do not care about their customers and doing what is right! They are fully aware of the issues and continue to sell these products knowing they FALL APART could make people sick, it could flood your house and ruin flooring, it has set several houses on fire THESE REFRIGERATORS NEED TO BE RECALLED immediately! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG.
I bought my galaxy s21 to leave the other brand of device to return to sansung, my device had a problem with the screen that went blank, I went to an authorized store and they did not have the part to replace it, I would still have to place the order, but unfortunately I can't do without my device because I use it for work, I contacted sansung via chat and made the request so that they can exchange the device or even be willing to make a trade in but my device that is under warranty cannot be accepted by samsung for a trade in because the screen is not broken but blank, I just need my device working and I am not getting warranty help. I'm very sad with samsung because the experience was amazing.

Terrible customer service on returns and refunds. Have been waiting over 4 weeks for a resolution. Constant follow ups and long phone calls seem to go nowhere.

I received a defective unit (monitor) 6 days after the promised delivery date, and i have been chasing tails ever since to get a repair service or a replacement unit. It has been 20 (with more than 30 calls) days since i received the defective monitor and all I have to gotten from Samsung are false promises and lies. They offer one thing, then come back and rescind the offer.
Ordered a refrigerator and they use XPO logistics to ship and install. After weeks of calls and trying to get my order xpo finally brings it and it's so badly dented in along front left side and door it was not usable! They you get stuck re ordering and wait time starts over from beginning but now your paying the bill for something you don't have and the warranty is running along with the return time if you ever get one that you can accept with out physical damage… now another one is sitting g at xpo hub and I'm told they have no delivery date available! Not acceptable business practice, I'm sorry I ever ordered from Samsung!
I bought a washer and dryer set for my mother. She was excited at first, until she turned on the dryer and it was extremely loud. So we called Samsung to get it replaced or fixed. They sent someone to fix it and we were told the dryer was damaged on both sides of the drum and it was unfixable. So now samsung is giving us the run around and a customer service agent even hung up on my mom. They're dragging their feet, trying not to replace it and we haven't even had it for 30 days, plus I bought a 5 year warranty, which was no help. Safe to say this will be my last time shopping with Samsung, which is sad because I've always been a supporter of Samsung. But this is the 3rd product I've bought from them in the last year, they has been defective and had to be replaced.
First off, Samsung has the WORST customer service on the face of the Earth. No one and I mean no one can help you. Purcased a tv and a bespoke fridge and Samsung promised me install for both products. That was a lie. Also the shipping, the biggest headache in the world. Purchased the fridge on Samsung Credit. During application, we had submitted our new address (just bought a home) and they had infromed us to apply with our old address and change our address after we placed the order. SMH. After all that was done, they couldnt change the delivery address. If we cancelled the order, we would then have to replace the order and then wait another 3 months. We ended up renting a uhaul truck to meed with the logisitics company at our old address to pick up our fridge. I HATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH A PASSION.
So I ordered 2 Spens for both me and my husband in Oct and Never recieved them. I called in November and they said they will excelate it that they are in stock and will contact the wearhouse but tiu should recieve by dec 17th. Dec 17 comes still no stylus i call again to have them tell me dec 26th so I call again still no spens. They said they are out of stock now! So i had to cancel my order and Bought them on amazon and recieved in 2 days! DONT BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY!
Being a past president of the NKBA and a certified kitchen designer I can't believe that I have not previously heard of the widespread issues with Samsung appliances especially the refrigerators. I have personally owned your refrigerator since about 2013 and have had the worst appliance experience ever. Not knowing until recently how industry widespread it is I decided to call Samsung to see if everything that I've been reading was true. I can't believe how bad your customer service is as well as your willingness to take responsibility for poorly designed products that you sell. I plan to follow up with every outlet that I can to inform the industry and the public about the shortcomings of this brand. It is disgraceful how I was personally treated and I can only imagine how many 10's of thousands were also treated the same. I may be only one voice in this but we'll see if David can take on Goliath…. ;)
When you have an issue with a samsung product thats when you find out how poorly this company is run. They dont have american employees to help they don't have a sense of urgency. I will stay away from all samsung products from now on. Their phones dont last as long as all others, their fridges freeze up their washers smell bad after a while. They really don;'t make the bets products tried and true. STAY AWAY!

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
