The TVs are defective and don't last It's ridiculous my TV lasted about 23 months before being damaged beyond repair and no longer working I would recommend you steer clear of Samsung televisions

Aside from the weekly 20 minute updates that change my system settings and bloatware associated with this brand, the customer service is also equally as horrible. My S21 Ultra is covered under the Samsung manufacturer warranty until April 2022. I had cracked the screen and needed the LCD replaced. These are not covered under warranty so I had it replaced at a UBreakIFix location, which is a Samsung authorized repair center, for $320 out of pocket. When I received the phone back, the speaker was muffled and the audio was not as crisp as it was before I brought the phone in for repair. At this point I had purchased a Google phone and no longer used the S21 Ultra. I sent the S21 Ultra in to Samsung this time to have the speaker repaired. The refused the repair and told me the phone had "liquid damage" and I had to pay another $314 to have the LCD repaired again! I informed them that I no longer use that phone and that is how Ubreakifix returned the phone to me. It was never near any water and it was a new LCD installed by them. After multiple phone calls they told me a manager would call me and a technician would call me to explain everything to me. I never received a call from either and they sent the phone back to me with no repair done, no speaker replacement, and no explanation. Horrible customer service and I will be telling everyone to stay away from Samsung.

Alost as if they dont want you to register. 3 hours later and all I registered was the washing machine not the dryer. NEVER AGAIN SAMSUNG.

Customer service is basically non-existent. The website is a joke. First I tried to see if I would be able to purchase an extra canister for their highly talked about Jet 90 self cleaning station. The chat support asked me to confirm multiple times what I was looking for, after which they told me to look up the parts in the J&J site or call a phone number. The J&J site didn't have it as far as I could tell - the site had no extra information on parts or images for the parts to know what I am actually looking at! I also tried to reach out with regards to my rewards which I have partial awarded. The other half is pending with no valid reason (all purchased same day). The site says that the reward would be given 15 days after purchase was received. It has been amount 2 months. When I reached out to the chat support, they stated they only provide technical support. Gave me a number to call and a website. The website was the Samsung website - loop around. The number called was incorrect, as they supported Home Appliances, but not vacuums... so then I had to be transferred to ANOTHER department! After another long wait on the phone, the rep was not able to answer anything. She was extremely confused and just gave random answers, but when met with more questions, she got flustered and said that she couldn't give an exact answer. She put in a case and said someone will contact and that points will be given 03/10/2022 (purchase made 11/25/2021). AFTER ALL THAT, received a SPAM email with a Samsung address. When reached out to the customer support, I did not get ANY response. The line was dead.

Every Samsung product my husband & I have purchased either breaks down easily, doesn't do what it's hyped to do, or it's no longer supported by them within a short product life-span. Trying to purchase on their website is a nightmare! My latest horror story? I went on their website, had a question about the product, so I clicked on chat. "Sure, I can help you," the representative writes. Ha! 1. I didn't get any help regarding linking to my existing account -to apply it to the newest purchase. 2. Rep entered WRONG Trade-in item. 3. When I realized his error, Rep wrote "so sorry for your inconvenience, but I can't help you," and told me I had to cancel it myself. 4. Their system is NOT user-friendly -if not rigged- thus it would not allow me to CANCEL. 5. Many chats, text messages, emails & painful phone conversations with outsourced call centers filled with reps who do NOT have a TRUE command of the English language, my issue is still NOT resolved! In the meantime, I have been greatly inconvenienced all week with my funds tied up by their charges to my credit card, and my schedule totally disrupted! No, I would NOT recommended Samsung!

Never again will I buy from Samsung or have a Samsung product in my house! I bought a for a 75" TV and it never arrived. The shipper assured me it was coming and after 6 weeks they said they never received it. I asked for another TV and received a refund along with a link to buy it again at at a much higher price! That's no way to do business!

Update: This was eventually settled and I was not made to pay anything additional and I did get the tablets. But it was a very poor customer experience as you can see from my original review. That being said, these tablets have been amazing and lasted 2.5 years with daily use from my boys (now 10 and 12 years old). We also have iPad but my kids don't even touch that and they just use these Android/Samsung tablets.

Ordered 2 tablets as gifts for my kids on 12/25 for $250 each to arrive Jan 10. Was sent emails updating me that my order was on time. Then Jan 10 comes around and no tablets. Now on Jan 12, I look at order status and no timetable give when these might arrive. I try to contact support (which is nearly impossible) and finally get into chat. I ask them to update me on date to expect these and also tell them that the same tablet in blue looks to be currently in stock so just send me those instead. Rep spends a half hour in chat wasting my time never telling me when to expect my order and he only "creates a shopping cart" for me that has 2 blue tablets... but the cost is $200+ what i originally paid. Something I could have done in 5 seconds if i wanted. What an absolute scam and waste of time.

I bought their Premium Gaming monitor Odyssey G9 Neo and got the faulty product which was not able to connect to any device, I created replacement request and they took 2 months to Pick it up and still I have not received replacement. I called them multiple times and they just tell that I will receive replacement next week, I really don't know which week I will get it! I will never buy any product from Samsung again. $#*! you Samsung! You are the $#*!tiest company in the world!

If I could give a -10 I would! I bought a TV. It went to 10 places incorrectly before it got to me. It was a gift for my daughter. She lives in a different state and drove it to her home. She returned it on time and unopened. We got emails saying return accepted and then it arrived at Samsung. No refund. Called for the 20th time and a guy sent me an email saying full refund would go through. Next got a letter saying won't give me the refund because wasn't returned from the original address. What a bunch of BS. On yet another call. No one state side to talk to. No corporate phone number. This is the worst company ever!

Samsung service has topped my list of the most disorganised company I have ever dealt with. After getting no where with my complaint I found the CEO resolution team that today passed the complaint back to the technical team to resolve. No one takes charge and as a customer all parties refuse to supply me a direct tele number or email to chase. If your thinking of buying a Samsung Product think again. Just to give you a flavour I have a 6 week old pair of earbuds that are defective. After numerous calls with numerous departments I finally had them collected only to be told today that my 6 week old buds are out of warranty and I need to pay them £70.00 to repair them in the next 5 days or they will bin them. Now CEO resolution team have passed the Buck I'm left with know where to go, so decided the hours and hours on the phone are just not worth it so they will be binned. I love the Samsung products but will never buy anything else from them. Be warned all this is not a company you want to contact.

Worst Appliance ever!

Do not buy Samsung! Cannot get parts you can order them but they won't say when you will get them, no ETA at all. Customer service didn't get back to me for 10 hours then couldn't understand that I was at work and could not talk and didn't have access to the appliance.

Spent nearly $3k on a refrigerator. 18 months lady, the freezer compressor fails. Hundreds of dollars in food lost. Samsung service has been horrendous. Took weeks to send out the first tech, who couldn't fix the problem. Zero communications during this time. That tech said a more experienced tech was needed and that he would move the ticket up, and cautioned that if this issue wasn't fixed the fridge compressor was likely to go. All the systems are under warranty. The second tech never showed. ZERO communications again from Samsung. Finally, they call back. We get them to send out another tech - again a no show no call. Now all I want is a replacement unit and disposal of the broken unit. It has been over 1.5 months. The fridge compressor is failing. SAMSUNG wants to only refund for the purchase price, which is not enough to currently replace the unit (thanks US inflation). The same units are backorder and cost $1100 more. A refrigerator should last more than 18 months and the consumer should not have to pay for a replacement unit of the same kind. SAMSUNG should take care of its customers who are spending thousands on these appliances. I do not think it unreasonable to expect a refrigerator to last more than 18 months. It is unreasonable that Samsung produces a subpar product and then says oh well too bad that's all we can do.

Well, next time I will not be buying Samsung fridge. The oven and microwave need to be replaced- now they will not be Samsung.

Like a lot of other reviews about Samsung I wish I could of left no stars at all, I have been purchasing Samsung TV's for over 20 years but this is my last.

I received a television that had a cracked screen but trying to get them to sort the problem out is horrendous and I have now give up! They can keep the money customer services is obviously abroad somewhere and it is an absolute joke quality of the call is unmanageable to the human ear.

Good customer service

So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Hi all,
I am writing to let you know of a horrifying experience. Would never buy Samsung and would never recommend unless you want to live in hell. I put in one start for the negative 300% of their service. I been called to cancel an order Samsung order for through a guest an account instead of my account. I couldn't see the bill or have any control over it! They told me I had to reorder and then ship it back. Samsung told forever with it and still I am dealing with it now and they are asking me for more time and my help to fix this. I hop no one will have to deal with them again. Endless calling and out of no way it gets discounted. They about a lot of things, Becareful, someone had told me to change my bad review to a good review so that the case can be reopen. I am not thinking straight any more after dealing with them.

Horrid reviews proven to be true unfortunately

Read the reviews regarding Samsung direct and it's partner delivery service AGS a little too late. I purchased my TV on 12/15/21. Today, a day before my scheduled delivery of 12/23/21 between 1:00pm - 5:00pm, I received an email notifying me that the delivery has been delayed. I will be contacted shortly to reschedule. Which is exactly what I've read on multiple reviews, which left me skeptical. Now, it has happened to me. I pray that the TV arrives in perfect condition. The direct line had me on hold and they had the option for me to be called back or just wait on the line for 20 minutes. I chose the call back option. We'll see how this goes. I had a bad experience with on of my TVs I bought years ago and remember it was a complete disaster trying to get a remote control replaced. Let's hope history doesn't repeat itself. I should've picked it up locally at a best buy, Walmart, etc. Would have completely avoided this nonsense.

Should have known better but tried again. Told delivery will be 2 days after order, nope but ok. Called set a date, arrange around it and get call thinking it's delivery window, nope its a new del date and no one to talk to about it. Few hours later a new delivery date. Call Samsung about it-get bounced around, tran to surveys or hung up on. Then yet another del date is sent. Now trying to cancel and back to a bouncing ball, trans to surveys or wrong dept or hung up on. Can't cancel order, went to credit card company to dispute letting them know hours (literally) spent on this with no luck. Also filed BBB complaint. Never Never NEVER again with this company.

I bought 2 new zfolds and one is defected. I called and told them about my issue. They filed a claim for me to take it to uBreakifix place I took it there then the phone is defected the people said and so I called back to Samsung and then they told me they can't replace my phone so I'm pretty much fkd. I've spoken to 3 different representatives and got no where. I have Samsung everything in my house and this is the WORLDWIDE customer service I get! I have insurance on my phone as well. I did everything I was told to do and now I'm fkd.
Do not buy these phones! Do not deal with Samsung. Their customer service is trash.
