I bought 2 phones online from Samsung. They said they sent it to Fedex for shipping 2 weeks ago. But Fedex is claiming that they have never received it from Samsung. Anyway my package is missing and nobody is taking responsibility. They are just blaming each other. I had to cancel the order and waiting for the refund. Hopefully I will get it. I will never ever buy anything from Samsung and won't recommend to anyone.

Worst customer service EVER!

If I could give them a negative review I would. I dropped my phone 5 months of purchase and the screen went black, even though I had an otter box case on it. I was first told by customer service that my phone was under warranty and there would be no cost at all for repairs. I was later sent a bill from their repair department for $140 dollars. After talking to multiple service reps I was told that there is 2 warranties and that my phone wasn't covered for physical damage. I tried explaining that if they told me that in the beginning it wouldn't be an issue, but because I was lied to they should repair it for no cost like they said they would. Well after HOURS of getting the run around, I was told the same thing. This is my 5th Samsung phone and first time I had a phone break like this. I love the phones themselves but after the way I was treated, I WILL NEVER USE THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!

The customer services of Samsung is a disgrace. You call, their system take you through endless steps and when you finally speak to someone, if you can understand what the person is saying, you are asked many technical questions about the fault that your washing machine (for me) is experiencing. Then you realise that the guy does not know anything about the things he asks for, and you are directed to the engineers' department. The phone rings and rings and nobody answers. To day I waited 20min before hanging up because tgere was no answer. 2 days ago 30min. It is my 4th attempt.
Very polite and totaly inefficient would define the Samsung Customer services. My guarantee has another 2 yrs 1/2... will they send someone to repair my washing machine before it expires? This is the last machine I bought from Sansung.

We so happy to found a guarantee 3 days delivery promotion on Samsung website, but we keep waiting and waiting for the1st delivery of our refrigerator in a week later but SORRY it is a damaged product and has to be returned and replace... Then Bad Bad Bad arrangement for the 2nd delivery... and all delivery schedule was made by XPO (the delivery agent I guess) and they keep email you said you have a confirmed delivery, even their website was showing your stuff is on the way... but don't happy so fast, you will get an email 10 min. Before the time they promised... YOUR DELIVERY IS RESCHEDULED... from we place our order to now is a month already... we are still waiting! If you want to take a day off and waiting for nothing... go for it! God bless Samsung/XPO!

THANKSGIVING SAMSUNG RANGE / OVEN WARNING! 6 months ago I purchased a new Samsung Range from Lowes model #NX60T8111SS. Two weeks ago while only using the top burner the front glass on the range exploded sending broken glass all over the kitchen. Nobody touched or bumped into the front glass. My mother said the glass started making a slow crackling noise before it suddenly exploded sending glass everywhere. My mother got a small cut on her hand and foot.

I did purchase an extended 5 year warranty which starts on the 2nd year you've had the oven. The first year is covered by the manufacturer Samsung. I contacted Samsung several times. The first few calls were to a call center in India. The Samsung representative spoke very little English and struggled comprehending the situation. After a week and not hearing back from Samsung I placed another call and requested the supervisor. The supervisor was a bit more accommodating and receptive to the fact that Thanksgiving was approaching and scheduled a expedited repair.

Last week they sent a Samsung representative to the house to inspect the stove. The Samsung representative agreed that Stove glass will be replaced and I would be contacted by Samsung to schedule replacing the glass within 48 hours. After 3 days without hearing from them I contacted them again. They said I would be contacted within 2 days regarding the expedited repair. It's been 4 days now. It now looks like we will not have an oven for Thanksgiving.

After doing some research I learned that this is fairly common problem with ovens and tempered glass. There is a class action lawsuit pending regarding similar situations. I would love to hear some suggestions on how to move forward.

SAMSUNG IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Daughter ordered a new S21 phone using student discount and a second discount code which was available. Bought a case and screen protector from secondary seller (which arrived).
10 days later got a text message saying order for phone cancelled.
After phoning customer services, said was because used second discount that was clear and obvious. Still took them 10 days to notice and they do the discounts. Shocking treatment for a loyal customer. Looking at iPhone now.
Got offered £50 voucher code for compensation. Only to be used at samsung LIKE WE WILL AFTER THIS. (Says to me SORRY we messed up).

Samsung uk is the worse customer service ever!

I have place an order and paid fully, and for one month delay and at last not even deliver at all! When you contact customer service online they lie to you said it will be arrive at you next week and next week nothing!
Then you go on chat, they just ignore you!
I been in the live chat for three freaking hours and no one ever chat to you but read your text!

* NEVER BUY SAMSUNG*

The insurance for two phones. I was accidentally fell into the pool trying to get around two puppies. I was fully clothed with everything in my pockets. It was supposed to be waterproof as I was in for a few seconds.

It didn't work and I called up to have it replaced and not someone else phone refurbished. Needless to say I was sent someone else phone that wouldn't hold a charge more than 90 SECONDS. I CALLED AND WAS TURN THAT ONE IN BEFORE THEY TOOK THEIR SWEET $#*! TIME to send me another REFURBISHED PHONE. I cancelled all their predecessors... MCI, SPRINT etc. SPRINT WOULD NOT LET ME DO ANYTHING UNTIL I COULD REMEMBER A DECADES OLD PASSWORD. Stop the MONOPOLIES and ant- trust Don' buy SAMSUNG. Each time it cost me a huge deductible.

Warranty refund

I can honestly say that this has been the most ridiculous and unacceptable experience I have ever had. Bought 3 new Q series TVs and one was defective. After many repair attempts they were not able to repair or even acknowledge there was a problem. Finally after 6 weeks I was told that I would receive a refund. It's now been 3 months. Every time I call, 56 times, I am told that I would have to wait 3 to 5 days. I'll receive a text that requests me to call with important info and they tell me another 3 to 5 days. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product. Never have I been treated so poorly. My experience will be posted everywhere online every day for many years to come.

Worst customer service I've ever delt with

Buyer beware, if you get a defective product Samsung customer support will find a way not to repair your item!

I purchased a Galaxy s21, from day one it would randomly restart, shut down, freeze, or just not open any apps.
I Sent it in for repair, with out being given a loaner phone or replacement phone, I had to purchase another cheap phone, I'm out 250 dollars
When I received my phone back from repair the sim card tray was missing, so much for returning the 250 dollar phone I had to buy
After a entire month of constantly calling trying to get a replacement, I finally talked with a "manager" and was told that a sim card tray is an "accessory" item, and if I can't prove that I sent it to them, then they are not obligated to do anything else... WTF!
I have called them 22 times in 28 days, every time I got a different answer on what was happening. Now I have to go out and find a sim card tray on my own that they lost. To big to loose, shame on you Samsung for how you treated a loyal customer since the Galaxy S2. Guess I'll have switch to apple, at least they stand by their warranty

I purchased an A71 16 months ago and it has already broken. It's unacceptable to me that a $600 phone should only last 16 months. I'm not opposed to paying for repairs, but I don't think I should have to pay for them to diagnose why their 16 month old phone does not work. My next phone will be from another manufacturer and I plan on avoiding Samsung for all other purchases.

I ordered product, delivery agent unable to reach me out. He cancelled my order saying customer not available. Delivery agent didn't even reached the address location, nor message with delivery agents contact number was sent to me to reach the person out which is followed by most other shoping sites. After this refund should be initiated and refunded within 7 - 10 working days, but it's now over 15 working days. Yet I haven't recieved my refund. The most tedious sales process I ever found. Nor they keep u updated on the status.

Misleading return policy and bad customer service

I bought a bundle with Washer, Dryer and Jetbot Mop and received discount on each item.

The washer and dryer had a 15 day return policy. But the Jetbot mop didn't arrive until 20 days later. I didn't like the mop. So, I wanted to return it. But I was told I needed to return all three items or else I would only be refunded the amount less the discounts on washer, dryer and jetbot. The home appliance team indicated I couldn't return the items because they were past 15 days. So, basically, the only way to return the Jetbot mop was get refunded $105 for an item I paid $233 for.

After talking to over 5 Customer service (home appliance and small electronics/e-commerce) reps on the phone for over an hour trying to explain this, a supervisor indicated they would be able to refund me the whole amount. So, I returned the mop. But I ended up getting only $105 back.

Since then, I have spent literally hours on the phone and chatting with customer service reps and being passed around back and forth between department and still no resolution has been met.

Samsung needs to get this issue resolved. This seems like a bad return policy. If two items are ordered and one arrives very late, then the first item cannot be returned. It should be that the return date window should start after the delivery of the last item that is delivered, not the first item.

Note: The issue with dryer delivery, installation and repair is another story. Having been a Samsung loyal customer for over 20 years, I am starting to rethink the quality and customer service of Samsung.

I've owned my fold 2 for 12 months the first 10 were great. After 10 months the inner screen's start to fail
My phone is still at the Samsung repair centre a total of 5 weeks and they want £520.
Look on the internet at fold 2 inner screen failures. My advice is stay away from samsung fold products as the technology and durability doesn't last and cost a fortune. Wait a few years till they can make a reliable device.
I'm going to try and reject the phone due to the fact samsung knows its faulty product
So going back to the trusted iphone

I vlucht a iPhone 1 day before a promotion week with special offers from 25-10-2021 till 1-11-2021. They simply canceled the order and instead of ofering promotions everything got more expensive. I ordered a s21 with 256 gb and when they cancelled my order and price want up about 200 euro... I did not mind paying a bit more with the manufacturer, because I thought they could be trusted. I will never visit their website again, I was so mad that I bought an IPhone

BUYERS BEWARE. We got a brand new champagne front load washer and dryer delivered Monday October 25,2021. The washer appears to be working fine but the dryer is faulty. We're still waiting on Samsung to rectify our situation and expedite their technician to come out and repair it or issue us a replacement.

Poor customer service

I have been waiting 3+ months to get my tv replaced.
I have called Samsung numerous times like 20 hrs. Or so all I get is a bunch of apologies and people telling me to wait the system out, I told a supervisor this morning their system sucks it's not working for me so it probably doesn't work for a lot of people. Then I find out there going to send me a reconditioned tv, this is pure bull junk mined you when my tv went out it was less than six months old. Avoid Samsung at all cost!

I got a Samsung Ultra S20 128Gb from the Samsung Experience Store. The price was stated on offer, but getting this phone which I was using, my colleague who has a set of powerful eyes may be mentioned that it has a thin hairline scratch near the camera area. I went back to them and addressed my concern and they came with the bizarre fact that I need to pay an extra 150$ to get this done, and in 5days or one day, they don't provide a warranty for this issue. I was wondering why on earth I bought Samsung. People, if you are reading this, my experience will surely give you some information on the primary customer assistance I received as in they were well prepared with scripts, without me criticizing or anything I just asked them the phone is not five days old what support can I get, straight away one guy wearing a massive diamond ring :) comment nothing we can do on this. You must take it to the service centre or else go online and complain up to you :)) I said is this some ritual that you are used to such bizarre experience that it is now like some easy experience who work in such stores. Please don't get into a situation with Samsung cause their customer support is lousy. So never buy anything called Samsung. In fact, their customer support is so bad that they can't even provide relevant support to people who were visiting from the UK and were carrying a Samsung phone and were told they can't help as they can't address any parts outside their region. So that man scorned a remark stating should he throw his phone away:)
My lesson is learned. Never get a Samsung phone; it's serious trouble.

Note 10 is garbage

Dude being a consumer is unbelievably hard now a days when you want something to just work. I don't car about fancy things on phones or whatnot, just want to be able to make a call wherever I am. Well since getting a note 10 it has been almost impossible to even make a phone call. I went to Samsung to ask and they said go to Verizon, I go to Verizon they say it's the phone. I try to talk to Samsung and they don't give a cap at all and apparently this is a frequent problem on the Note 10 phones and you want to know what Samsung did about it? Made another phone and said this one would work. Nothing to fix the phones we spent good money and our own time to try to see why it doesn't work when it was you selling me this garbage in the first place! So literally stressing myself out on a phone I can barely use then being told it's the other person by multiple companies, I'm just so baffled these are allowed to be let out and that Samsung is not being held accountable for pretty much stealing by saying this phone works then it not working and trying to blame the phone company. I though Apple was bad but Samsung just doesn't give a crap at all.
