What a waste of a star! This company does not deserve a single star. I purchased a couple of laptops on Sep 19 and estimated delivery date for both order was Sep 28th. Fast forward a week and the charges were removed from bank account, the status on the order was delayed. And there were no emails or communication I received from Samsung. Then followed few days of constant calling and chats where every single agents insured me that they will send an email with new delivery date. For my second order, one even guaranteed a delivery before a certain day which was critical as the person receiving it was going to another country few days after that date and needed to take the laptop with him. Anyways that did not happen. Today its Oct 15th, almost a month from the purchase day and 17 days past the original delivery date and I have not yet received any of my orders. Customer service keeps saying the same scripted line about me and my orders being top priority and that they will send out an email with updated dates. Srivani, who is the supervisor of the customer order support could not provide an explanation as to why it was delayed or any estimation of new delivery date whether it would be this week, next week or next year. When I asked if I could talk to someone who may have these answers, he said there is no one and that he is the top level or final person in the customer order support chain.
Samsung agents were extremely robotic, lacked any empathy, unprofessional and unhelpful and they keep repeating the same lines over and over again like bots. People buy laptops because they have the need to use it for personal, school and professional reasons. Sometimes delay happen but it should be up to the seller to keep the customer informed and timely updated instead of customer begging to the seller for updates and then never getting it. This has been the single most worst online shopping experience I have ever had. So disappointed with Samsung. I will never do online business with Samsung.

This is my second review. DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG PHONE ONLINE. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH THE PHONE, THEY WILL BS YOU THE ENTIRE TIME. MY PHONE STOP WORKING OVER A MONTH AGO. I HAD A CHOICE OF GETTING A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT PHONE. I CHOSE A REFUND. THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT PHONE INSTEAD OF THE REFUND. I RETURNED THE REPLACEMENT PHONE AND NOW THEY ARE TELLIMG ME IT COULD TAKE UP TO 18 DAYS TO GET MY REFUND. I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE ONLINE FROM SAMSUNG. BUY IT LOCALLY SO THAT YOU DON'T GET THE RUN AROUND AND BS FROM BEING TRANSFERED OVER AND OVER AGAIN, WHILE STILL NOT GETTING YOUR ISSUE RESOLVED. SAMSUNG IS THE WORST BUSINESS I'VE HAD TO DEAL WITH ONLINE.

Samsung Washing Machine
October 6, 2021

I bought a washing machine in May 2021. Since then our cloths smell bad. I called Samsung who sent 3 servicemen. Neither one of them were able to pin point the problem yet i was told by last technician he can't touch it just call samsumg. I have been calling and have even pin pointed the problem. Made a video and sent to samsung even then they neglect to do any thing. Problem is before wash you add Bleach, Liquid Soap and Softner as required.
This machine dispenses everything within first 2 minutes all together via water nozzle that sprays into compartment
Thus all gets mixed and does not do what its supposed to do.
The solution is simple but they don't want to touch it.
It's really frustrating

Samsung Pro Earbuds

So back in March 2021 bought for 199$, a lot of money for most people the new buds pro
Been for over 15 years samsung customer.
I end up going to doctor with a ear infection from those as same as over hundreeds of people according to the internet posts, mine was not as bad as other people due to an alergy from the materials they using.
Spent over 700$ i have receips to prove that.
I call them several times, first of all is supper hard to get hold of them and get disconected after stay on the phone for at least 40 min each time after i did the claim
Today is Sept. 23 rd 2021 and problem is not solved.
Getting the run arround, but i did get an answer by email that they checked it in theyre laboratory very carefully and the solution is that will refund me 96$ and get done with me.
After i sent pictures with my both ears infection, receips that totals 702 $ including purchase ear buds and extended warranty and doctors bills.
After i couldnt sleep because my ears on the pillow were dripping some liquid.
Yes 96$
Ive documented everything for whoever dont belive me.
Conclusion, stay away from Samsung products or you will end up being taken as a stupid customer that makes Samsung succesfull on our hard working money.

6 MONTH LATE FRIDGE ORDER
September 21, 2021

Worst experience for me at least. Remodeled kitchen back in April 2021 and ordered a new fridge from Samsung.com. I am writing this review on September 2021 and still getting jerked around on the delivery time. My online check-in will state this will be delivered by July 6th. Then July 6th comes and go, then they tell me August. Then September and now it will October. I keep being told its on backorder. But how they dont know month from month and just keep stringing you along. Lost all faith in Samsung Appliances. I would avoid at all costs if I were you. Very poor customer service and will leave you hanging with no remorse.

Samsung is shameful!

Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer, June 2020. A little over 40 days after the warranty expired the heating element in the dryer stopped working. Now Samsung wants to charge from $300-500 to fix their worthless product. Shameful, absolutely shameful!

Bought a black, stainless steel, Samsung refrigerator as part of a kitchen appliance package from Home Depot. Within the first week there were problems with the icemaker and it was replaced and the cost covered by the warranty. Nine months later, the same problem was an issue; the ice machine was covered in ice. Again the part was replaced and covered by the warranty. Less than 1 year later, the same problem. This time I was informed that the refrigerator was not under warranty and I would be responsible for the cost. After much negotiation, the Samsung technician agreed that since less than a year had passed from the last repair, I would not be responsible for the cost.

Fast forward two years and the freezer portion of the refrigerator stopped working. As expected, the Samsung customer service department explained I would be responsible for the costs and I would hear from the repairman within the next 48 hours. I agreed and waited for the call that does not come. Three days later, I call and am informed I would have to start the process over and would have to wait for the technician to call. During this time I have no working freezer. I have three ice chests filled with meat that is thawing. This is after I explained I have a ticket number from the first contact. I was also informed that there is only one technician in the state of Arizona and there could be delays. A second ticket number is issued for the same repair. Within an hour of this call, I received a text message informing me I would be responsible for the cost of the replacement costs, the cost of a second person if needed, and a $200.00 charge for coming to my home. Needless to say, I have called to have a non Samsung refrigerator repairman come to my home.

In January 2020 I purchased a Samsung A21 as well as my husband. Within a week my phone just stopped charging for no reason just charging one day worked and not the next. I sent to Verizon for a trade. A few weeks ago my husband Same ting me from one day to the next stopped charging. I called Samsung sent me information to send in. I was then notified that it was not under warranty and l had to pay for repair. Informed the that yes it was, then they told me that the port was damaged, I informed them that it was not we had looked at the port to see if there was lint prevent the charge and it was in perfect condition. They then proceeded to say that the phone was dropped. I assured that it was not. I would have submitted that to my cover warranty if this was the case. There are several issues with the charging port on this phone that are all over the internet. I have called lots of times spoken to supervisors who say that they will call 24 to 48 hours no response. Talked to tech support either they hang up or throw me in the review end of call. I have called over 15 times with no help. This is the absolute worse service I have ever received. In the last 30 years have always used Samsung. I convinced my husband to use Samsung. My television, refrigerator, washer and dryer are Samsung will not be buying this brand any more. Very disappointing!

Worst experience ever

Samsung Review

Bought this TV two months ago.

Samsung denied me a refund while waiting and kept saying is was underway.

When it finally arrived after 7 weeks, the packaging had clear signs of water exposure.

Samsung refuse to acknowledge this and come up with any solution, - instead advising me to place a new order and wait 1-2 months. Zero compensation offered - except a $100 coupon that does not even work. It´s a joke.

The customer support shows complete negligence and keep looping me around to different representatives. I have been in contact with over 10 people now.

I am returning this TV for a refund and will stay away from Samsung.

I had my dishwasher for 2 years, one night I believe it was 8/30/2021 give or take a day the LC light comes on. First thing I google what that could mean and the searched advised the is a leave and to check water line and hoses. We did that no leak, my husband happened to touch the rights side of the machine and the padding was soaked. It appeared the water was coming from inside the of the machine itself. When we opened the machine, we see the defect inside the tub area. Lower right-hand side. So we are reading the manually and of course we are out of warranty but low an behold lifetime warranty on the tub/drum. Awesome right! We call Samsung we tell the situation they tell us they are going to send out a tech to review the machine still awesome right, the tech comes for some reason he walks in with a replacement door. We asked what that was for he said, I was advised the door was broken. My husband and I was like no door issue it is leaking from the inside out. The tech put the door to the side and went and looked at my dishwasher, him and husband are discussing the issue. The tech agrees it's a defect but he has to call his boss on facetime so the boss can see. The boss is on facetime and tell his tech the dishwasher dropped and that is why it is broken mind you there is no physical damage that it was dropped and how can they determine this through facetime and all along the actual tech in my home is agreeing it is defect. I don't know maybe I am crazy not so awesome. After us calling and promised calls back which we never got. Today 9/15/2021 we finally called back and insisted we speak to someone and they did give a supervisor. The outcome the reports indicates physical damage therefore that voids the warranty, not awesome. I was baffled there is no physical damage i offered to take picture or put them on facetime if it worked for them why can't facetime work for me, they were not having it and they will not honor the warranty. Beware of Samsung appliances and there customer service they hire a third party company to come in and the person they send in does not make the final call they have to call another party on facetime and have go by whatever that person on the phone very sad

I ordered the new Fold 3, given a delivery date only to be told they're not in stock. Further, the incompetence of their staff is unmated. No matter my issue it was clear they were just reading from a script. Probably the worst customer service from a major company i have ever experienced. If only Samsung products weren't so good. I was on hold for such a long time only to have them say they'll call me back (they didn't by the way). Samsung must have the worst customer service of any major company and the worst I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I am seriously considering Apple.

Order cancelled with no explanation

Placed an order with Samsung, a little while later got an e-mail that informed me my order was cancelled. Trying to place the order for the same phone by using a different payment method did nothing, the order kept getting cancelled. What really pissed me off is Samsung's customer service: both representatives kept suggesting I try a different payment method (which I did), telling them I JUST bought a watch from them did nothing, they kept repeating the same thing, like robots, over an over again, betwene suggesting my card was invalid (it wasn't) and telling me that I need to wait for 48 hours for the privilege of placing another order with Samsung again.
I asked for their help and, not only they did nothing, they also tried every available avenue to prove that this was somehow my fault, before admitting their system was malfunctioning. I was a loyal Samsung customer for 19 years but my next phone will not be a Samsung and I am returning the watch I just got, it's just not worth the stress and the indignity I feel now that my money suddenly isn't good.
I really can't believe how bad their customer service is nowadays, they could have easily approved my order manuay but they refused to try, despite my long order history that stretches two decades. This really is insane, I don't have the words to explain just how disappointed I am and how angry this makes me.

Subpar junk

Purchased new Samsung French Door refrigerator 10/20. Unable to remove bottom shelf to clean after item leaked (shelves are NOT leakproof). Discovered that the clips necessary to push in to release shelf are not there. Was this item defective or a return? Don't know. Samsung c/s has been less than helpful.

At first after an hour long conversation I was told that parts would be replaced at no charge. Explained in detail which parts & sent photos. Repairman came, looked & I was advised that it would cost $471.00parts/labor to repair. That's 35% of the purchase price. After a 2nd 1 1/2 hour phone call I was told parts would be covered under warranty. Today Samsung called me. Apparently no one knows anything. They can't seem to figure out what needs to be replaced. They can't tell me if they will charge me.

Returned brand new still in box Samsung dishwasher, cooktop, double oven & range hood that were to be installed after renovation was completed. I will be throwing out the refrigerator as well. I'll go with GE. I never needed to contact GE's c/s as their products are built right.

I should have learned after having the washing machine that was recalled because they were blowing their lids. Samsung ‘fixed' that & the machine never worked again. Washer wouldn't completely drain & spin. Just kept refilling. It would do that for hours if not interrupted. Ended up getting a Maytag. I kept the Samsung dryer but don't expect it will last too long as it seems Samsung doesn't build products to last.

Everytime I order something from Samsung they send it via Fed Ex. Fed Ex has horrible review rating and I can testify that my package is always 4 or 5 days late because Fed Ex is crap. Carrier pigeon would be faster. You would think that a high profile company like Samsung would use a more reputable delivery service. Like UPS!

Terrible phone support

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been a Samsung customer for over 10 years and while I generally like their products their customer service is terrible. Their representatives lie to get you off the phone. I ordered their top of the line Z3 in Thomas Payne addition and had trouble getting the order to go through so called customer service. They told me the order did not go through so I would have to re-order. I checked my credit card company and it showed a pending charge for the first order so I called them back they assured me that the charge would not go through and that the original order had not been placed. I was also told that the charges would not be processed until the phone shipped so I had mothing to worry about. Today I got charged for $3074 added to two credit cards. When I called Samsung they basically told me it was my fault because I ordered two phones and I couldn't cancel the order even though it had not been shipped and would have to refuse delivery in order to cancel. I then asked for a supervisor and have now been on the phone on hold for an hour and two minutes. Samsung does not value their customers and I guess the good news is that they treat the customers who are willing to spend $3000 with them the same crappy way that they do those that buy their low end phones. Time to change my brand loyalty to someone else.

Phone caught fire

Bought a Samsung s20 not even 6 months old and sent it to Samsung as they said they would look at it and if nothing can be done they will return it also first day I owned it had a small crack 1 mm so they said my phone caught fire cuz the crack witch was not true it melted the cord then they held my phone hostage said I had to pay a fee in order to get it back was never told this before I sent it out what a shady company never again will I deal with them again

Worst CService I have ever dealt with. They stole £700 from me (I think there's a thief in their returns warehouse). I have been dealing with this issue for 4months. The email agents are plain stupid and also not given the policies/software to be able to actually help. I've spoken with the courier about raising an investigation and the police. Samsung still don't give a toss. I've just called them, waited 15min in a queue, spoken to someone who doesn't speak english (not the agent's fault!) who just didn't have enough language to help me. Then I tried again, again 15min wait, agent then put me on hold for 10 min, then HUNG UP ON ME! Tried again, phone line cut me off after 15min before I even got to an agent. I am LIVID. GIVE ME MY £700 BACK YOU THIEVES!

I bought a Samsung 75" tv 8 months ago and we have it in our tv room, the tv only gets used on movie nights which is not very often, maybe used 20 times since we bought it. The screen peeled back for some reason the glue or what even holds it on let go and it started to peel and left the screen with lines throughout and almost looking like spider cracks on the inside of the screen from it peeling, we have never dropped it or thrown anything at it, it just sat on a wall mount, when we tried to call customer service they transferred me to 7 different people I was on the phone for 3 hours just to tell me that it won't be covered because it was physically damaged by us, we told them to send someone to look at the tv to see that it because it has not bee physically damage and that the product is falling apart on its own, they have refused to do so and now we are out the money for the tv and it did even make it a year, there is a 2 year warranty they refuse to cover or even look at, I would definitely recommend shopping for a different brand.
