On 27th Feb 2022 made an purchases from a samsung shop mobile app but product neither got delivered nor traceable by samsung and by their service partner "ecom express" till 8th March 2022. After several follow up calls with customer care, they asked me to cancel the product but refund was not initiated even after a month (8th April 2022) of waiting and they are not sure when samsung can return my money. I don't know how many days I have to wait for getting my money back.
I bought a Samsung freezer and after 2 weeks it stopped freezing. I was told there would be someone out there to repair or replace my freezer. Now 4 days later and a freezer full of rotten food I still have not had anyone come out. Samsung is the worst I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. It is not over I am really pissed/
Why am I not surprised at the 1.7 rating of Samsung. I ordered a new Samsung S22 Ultra on April 1st, received it on 4/5. Noticed that Samsung has a new promotion starting on April 4th for a $100 Samsung credit which could be used when you order a S22+ or Ultra. I called the customer service to request the $100 promotion so I can order the cases but they said thy cannot as the promotion started on 4th. The option they gave was to return the S22 Ultra and re-order, how dumb are they as the phone is no longer new as I opened it and when I return the phone which is no longer new lost more than $100 promotional credit. Why am I not surprised at their stupidity. Well I decided to return the phone and reordered to get 3 free cases and a new S22 Ultra.
I called customer service to speak with someone in the USA and get somebody in the Philippines. I don't want that I want a USA representative. I am actually due for a new tv and you can be sure I won't be purchasing another Samsung if I can't get somebody in the USA!
Samsung was caught throttling there products forcing customers later on to upgrade and purchase new phones and xcetera. When they were caught they did nothing to reverse what they did so I'm done with Samsung products. OnePlus you got my business. I will continue for years to inform people what Samsung is doing to their customers.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a Samsung product. I purchased a 55" TV and in less than a year of ownership the TV displayed a vertical black and green line. The Samsung repairman told me it could be impact or heat. There was NO impact. Samsung insisted the lines were from impact when NOTHING ever hit the TV and the TV never fell. They refused to repair the TV and honor the warranty. HORRIBLE customer service. Horrible products.
I ordered a Galaxy tablet last January 30 2022 and the EDD is February 15 2022. I called them so many times and my order has been been escalated not more than 10 times and yet they decided to cancel my order after 60 days of waiting. What a horrible experienced. I will never ever purchase any product on this website again. If there is a option to choose 0 star I would.
Recently purchased the new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. The longest I've been able to make a phone call is 15 minutes since purchasing it as it cuts off calls with no warning. You'd think that a phone that can't make phone calls would be the most frustrating thing you could experience, but then you get hands down the most useless customer service support in existence. The technical support team say they can't deal with it becasue it was purchased on online shop, you get passed to that team and they tell you they need to speak to the hiring purchase team, who say that because it's a faulty product it needs to be dealt with by the technical support team?!?! No one takes responsibility for the fact that I've just paid full market value for a defective product. Then this process takes so long (2 hours, largely of wait times, is the average when I've been going through this) that you are trying to fix it for more than 28 days - and they say you only have 28 days for a refund/replacement. It's maddening and no one offers any help, they just repeat the terms and conditions spiel about 15 times as if you didn't understand it the first time. I honestly think they have realised how much of a $#*! up they have made with this phone, and that if they just waste enough of their customers time, they will get bored and go to Apple and they won't have to recall what is a masively flawed product. DO NOT BUY THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S22 ULTRA.
Misleading promo practices and they do not honor their prices. I wouldn't trust shopping from Samsung. The issue is on their technical side, and they waste your time telling you to check back in an hr. I worked with their support for 3 days and no resolution only to have them revoke their promo and only then did their cart start working again. Bunch of scammers. I'll take my business to a business with better practices.
Samsung's customer service is absolutely horrible. Their lack of ethics is evident in their continuous lies. They lied on a previous purchase, for which I have the chat transcript, and on my most recent purchase, a 75 inch QLED TV which will be my very last, as I have wasted enough time with their idiot representatives! The public should be warned about their bull $#*! – today's case being that they expected me to wait around for delivery between 1 pm and 5 pm - which will not happen until tomorrow! Their loss – not mine!
Samsung.com makes promises they can't back up. They use "rebates" and "credits" as misdirection to cover up the real price of the item you are purchasing. I ended up paying hundreds more for the Galaxy s22 then if I just went into a phone store. I was promised bonus trade ins and credits that never came through. Customer service accused me of lying and said I needed to provide proof of an online promo. Pay close attention to the details. I will never purchase anything from Samsung.com again!
Had pre ordered Galaxy S22 Ultra from Samsung shop online with a upgrade scheme of my old Note 9 paying the entire cost online.
The order delivery was rejected by the courier boy of Bluedart citing a small scratch at the back of the phone.The working and the screen conditions were the criterion mentioned in the website before purchase which was duly entered.
Samsung's exchange schemes are fake and denies the customers the promised rate with a well planned system with the courier boys.My order was denied and sent back by the courier company.
The courier company Bluedart then are instructed to enter the status as 'CONSIGNEE REFUSED TO ACCEPT' while the whole order was cancelled and returned by the courier company and Samsung.It looks like an organized scam to deny the customers the promised rates.
The customer care numbers are difficult to reach and concrete actions are not taken.The common reply is always SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY. All that they say is that online system is different and nothing can be done at their end.
Samsung.com is Having me waiting since February for my S22 Ultra. Its almost April! They have it in stock! But they dont send my order, they said is back ordered but you can see it they have it in stock. Lack of comunication between deparments also...
I ordered a s22 ultra for my wife on his birthday and they gave me a date of 29th march and customer serviced promised me to deliver it on 29th but now they say it will be delivered on 6th April. I can't give my wife her present on that date

I ordered a Galaxy Watch4 Classic 46mm, a Leather Band and Galaxy Buds Pro. The Watch and Band had an expected delivery over 30 days from order, which you do not find out until after you place the order. Amazon could deliver the Exact same Watch the next day, I placed the order with Amazon Prime. Since my Samsung order for Galaxy Buds Pro was in process to ship 7 days from order; I am not allowed to cancel the Watch and Band. Their Customer Support Reps said there is nothing they can do, and have no way to escalate this to someone who can. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND NEVER PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM SAMSUNG. My house is full of Samsung Products, which were purchased from Retailers. I like their products, but their Customer Service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with.
Purchased a slide in SS Oven directly from Samsung. Unit delivered without a working oven. Immediately submitted a warranty ticket the same night, Jan. 5th. Their chosen repair provider was out of business so after multiple phone calls to a terrible phone system I finally was given the choice of a refund. They said they do not do exchanges. It is now March 22 and I after receiving my refund last week I called today about when they were going to pickup the unit. Was told I am responsible for disposal since it was a refund not an exchange, which they didn't offer in the first place. DON'T buy Samsung! I was a long time multi purchase customer. NOT ANYMORE.
I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy watch 4, and was supposed to recieve 185.00 of upon receipt of my trade in which is a galaxy watch 3.
Upon receipt of the watch 4 I looked in the packaging for the return shipping label and packaging for the watch 3. There was none. I tried to contact Samsung but could only get robots. I finally contacted them through a chat room. They asked for serial number of the new watch and I was told they could not find any record of the watch and therefore couldn't help me. Not long after that I received a email stating that since I didn't return the old watch within the return window I was being billed for it. This email had a customer service phone number that I called and after several minutes finally was connected to a live person. I explained the issue to this person and was sent a new shipping label with an extension in the return window. I Fed exed it that day and a couple days later received confirmation that it was re ieved by them and was now in the process of being inspected. 2 days later I received another email stating that my watch had been inspected and my data had been erased but they were returning the watch toe because I didn't return it in the original return window. And that it would be fed even and required a signature. And that the decision can't be reversed. Extremely poor customer service and a scam to force full payment of a watch that is pure trash with battery life of less than 23 hrs. I would have given zero stars of offered the choice.
There is no use and having a limited warranty with Samsung because they will fight you tooth and nail in order to have anything fixed. I ordered a new dishwasher range microwave and washer and dryer and two of them already have had issues within six months. I've had to call customer service over three times and they always have me on hold for over an hour. I tried to their text line too and all they say is it's user error and refuse to send anyone out.

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
