I have had several phones in the past none of them have been from Samsung I will never go back to Samsung after I purchase to Samsung Galaxy S20FE I literally had it for 3 months in an Otterbox case The defender seriesI placed it on the ground nearly 6" away it landed flat on its back and it got a spider Web crack on the front of the phone I called them up to complain I spoke to higher management He raised his voice And was being discriminatory towards me as a white man I explained I just want you to tell me why you cannot compensate the damage he explained several times the same nonsense that the warranty doesn't cover physical Damages as if I have the time to read the extremely detailed warranty to learn this no damage covered bs. I proceeded to request why they would not cover damage and He refused to give me a reason he also explained nothing about what is covered when I asked Hi don't suggest anybody buys their phone unless you like getting cracks on your phone super easily

Worst customer service

SAMSUNG customer care & support is worst I ever faced.
Before purchase of Samsung laptop I had asked Samsung customer care, whether laptop support spen of Samsung tab s 6 lite? They said yes. Then I ordered laptop. When I started using Samsung laptop with spen, there were problems, I had requested return request. They started inquiry and came to conclusion that the S pen was not compatible with laptop.
Before purchase they told spen of Tab s 6 lite is compatible with Samsung galaxy book 360 i5 13.3 laptop and after purchase they are telling me s pen is not compatible with laptop.
Reported to Samsung, submitted screenshots of proof, still since 20 days they literally toying twith me.
Don't purchase Samsung products

Just all around horrible. Then they don't honor warranties. Communication bottom of the barrel. Products are innovative but garbage. And customer service is the worse.

Bad products

I have a Samsung smart tv and a Samsung refrigerator and both products are no good. The ice maker in my refrigerator no longer works, luckily I can get ice from tray in freezer. The most upsetting to me is the tv. I have a smart tv that was manufactured in 2020 that the screen is black. I have contacted tech support at least 6 times. Now I have to PAY for a tech to come out and repair a tv that is only two years old. I will NEVER buy another Samsung. I was thinking about trading my iPhone for a Samsung flip, I will not be doing that. Bad products

If I could give a 0-star review, I absolutely would. About 18 months ago, I stupidly left my old contract at another company so that I could get the Samsung Galaxy Flip 5G (which you should never get a Flip or Fold if you want a phone that actually works). Anyway, I switched and have regretted it since. Not even 6 months in having the new phone, the screen got a HUGE line in the middle (where the flip would be) that began totally swallowing the screen. Not even 2 weeks later did a bunch of dead pixels began to show up (I have 14 dead pixels on my screen now). I contacted Bell and they told me that I had to go through Samsung, which I thought made sense since it is their phone. So I contacted Samsung, and they told me that I would have to pay a $150 deposit, send the phone to Montreal and wait up to 3 weeks to have it repaired (which, in this day and age with work and personal stuff, I couldn't go 3 weeks without) so I decided against it. Then, my screen got worse, so I contacted Samsung and they said to go to Bell. Fast forward to about 8 months ago, a GIANT black dot (almost like a burn) is on the screen and taking up a large portion of the screen. THEN, my phone stops receiving calls, texts and cannot function AT ALL. The phones are absolutely not functional AT ALL and there is absolutely no support, unless you're willing to lose more money on a defective product or not be able to work for 3 weeks. ABSOLUTE WASTE!

BTW. Never! Buy a washer and dryer from samsung! I have been out of a dryer for 6 months. Before that my dryer went out last year. I called once a day every week for 3 months. They finally gave me coupon for new dryer. They sent me one it wws broken once they took it out of the box. They installed it I was hoping for it t just work. It didnt. So they came got it. Then gave me an $80 refund. Which was what i paid for labor! Then i called asking for full they said no. I decided to call again because i finally got unangry about it. Now I'm angry again!

So my dear friends! Never buy from samsung!

Samsung turned into a bad company. I buy a tv from Walmart and open the box to see the tv is scratched. I call Walmart and they say I have to call Samsung because the box was in perfect shape so that means it came that way from Samsung. Samsung tells me it's physical damage and I have to return it to the store. They have no quality control and some idiot put it in a box like that and it looks like I own a damaged $1000 tv. You suck Samsung

Samsung sent a technician to repair a leak in my refrigerator. He took 40 minutes and replaced a condenser fan which can be ordered online for less than $100. They charged me $500, a sum I allowed them to hold until the problem was diagnosed and repaired. I have never received an invoice or accounting for the cost of labor or parts. Repeated calls only got me passed around from department to department with failed promises to escalate and remedy the complaint. I spent hours upon hours on the phone talking to over a dozen individuals without any proper response or explanation. I feel I was mislead and deceived when scheduling the repair and offered no satisfactory explanation after the work was completed. I emailed the CEO's office and received the same run around. No one seems to know anything or have the authority to do anything. WARNING: If something goes wrong with your product after warranty, do NOT contact Samsung and fall into this pit of lack of customer care and absence of good business practices. I will not purchase another Samsung product ever. I will be replacing my phone and other household appliances with products from companies that treat their customers with respect and care. Samsung is NOT on that list based on my experience. BEWARE!

Purchased two new Samsung phones, one for my wife and the other fot myself, and took advantage of the rebate program. I followed the process requested from Samsung for both phones and returned old phones.
Samsung three weeks later declined my return and claims my phone does not turn on. I find this difficult to understand as I was using this phone right up to the return date. On the return date, I transfered data via a USB C cable between old and new phone, did a factory reset and once it came up to activation screen I turned it off and shipped. Tried to call and was told that there was no one I could not speak with, only able to communicate to the return team via email who only sends me a we are going to charge me.

We just moved into a new place with a brand new Samsung dishwasher. It broke within 2 weeks, we had someone try to come fix it and the second time they stated they needed to order a part. Got a call about a week later stating that part is not available and we will be receiving a coupon to buy another dishwasher for the same value. However; they will not be picking up the old one or helping with install of the new one. Their product has actually COST me money and I don't see the point of getting another washer with them. They didn't offer any solution to our problem other then to give us a coupon for a new one. Poor customer service

As soon as 13 rolled out, Samsung Flip & Fold users (and some other models) have been unable to connect or sync their Fitbits for weeks. There is something up with the Bluetooth 13, and hundreds have tried everything from resetting networks, to clearing cache in Recovery Mode, to factory resets. Nothing works, and Samsung will not acknowledge the problem, while Fitbit says they are trying to work on it.
Samsung Support is worse than horrible and their "escalations" go nowhere. I had two cases, but no replies. This will be the only Samsung product in this house, ever. First and last Samsung phone.
I have zero confidence in this brand.

Samsung upright washer machine

We bought a washer/dryer set less than 3 years ago. The shocks need to be replaced@ $300 per shock, total of 4. Also, sensor has gone bad. Want spin. Very disappointed. You would think one could get more than 2+ years.
I have not had good experiences with most of my Samsung purchases. Will not be buying any appliance made by Samsung in the future. Do not recommend.

Never again!

I wanted to replace my 13 year old Samsung fridge with a 29 cu. Ft. Smart BESPOKE 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with Customizable Panel Colors. I paid up front. Big mistake, never do that! First confirmed delivery date was scheduled for Dec. 6, which was pushed back to Dec. 13 and then to Dec. 20. Today (Dec. 14) I received notification that "We may need to reschedule your installation service."

When I speak with their reps I get no help. When I try to use their website form for contact it doesn't work properly. When I called to cancel the order I was told it can't be cancelled, I need to "deny delivery" when the trucking company eventually contacts me.

I can't even check on the status of my order because I've never been given the name of the delivery company or an ID # to use for tracking. So Samsung will keep the full payment I made and, if the delivery service ever calls and the fridge is returned, I will apparently have to wait for a refund till Hell freezes over.

I will never buy another Samsung product since I now know that they grab payment as quickly as possible, don't deliver on their promises, won't cancel, don't give the name of the shipper or an ID# to track the order, have a website that makes you go round and round without letting you get anywhere, and won't return payment. This is not an honorable company.

Update Dec. 15: My newest "confirmed" delivery date is Dec. 27.

WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Another day, another three hours on the phone, another screw up by horrible, in competent customer service. My new refrigerator was delivered / installed on Nov 24,2022. When I registered the appliance I noticed my one year manufacturer warranty expired June 30,2023 (7 months not 12). Three hours on the phone. First, I was told it was correct because that was the date of manufacture (Insane), then they tried to change it to the order (not delivery date) (just as insane). Imagine if you purchased a car and had to wait 6 months for delivery. Your warranty doesn't start 6 months before you have the car. Another three hours on the phone. I thought it was finally partially corrected. I then ordered a 36 month Samsung Care + (extended warranty). The new date was wrong. I was told the 36 months extended warranty starts at the date of purchase. In other words it eats up you standard warranty. I tried to explain this is impossible, since they also offer a 1 year extended, which would then not add anything. Another three hours and today I logged on (I was told it would be fixed) and what do I see... Surprise a new expiration date of Nov 29,2022. That right 2022 meaning I have a 5 day warranty. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Samsung does not have any resolution in place if anything happens to the product you purchase from them. If they do expect the run around, long waiting periods, poor customer service and money spent. I had to go to the extremes to get help from them. I purchased a device that I had delivered to the store. Upon picking up my tablet and excited to play with it, I realized the tablet screen is crack upon opening its container. You would think with Samsung making billions of dollars as a company that they could've helped me better than do a return and expect a refund in ten business days even though I ordered this device ahead of Christmas. Don't push for a resolution because customer service will yell and scream at you after you done invested in their products. I can't exchange even though I had product sent at Best Buy, I can't produce a return receipt and get a replacement, I just have to wait. However, they did manage to gladly put in a new order paying another $900.00 I don't have. What a waste,

I purchased a high end Washing machine from Samsung in June of 2017. That warranty expired six months ago. The circuit board of my machine needs to be replaced. I will have been without a functioning washing machine for two weeks once that part is expected to be fixed. I called Samsung and escalated the call.The manager I spoke to, Roger, was completely indifferent, unhelpful, uncaring and unbothered. I am so disappointed by this. This is the last time I will ever purchase a Samsung appliance. SAVE YOUR money, go with another brand.

I purchased a Samsung gas hob…NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. One of the hobs stopped working and after several week of being referred to a company that did not have gas engineers it was agreed it needed replacing. This should have been straight forward but Sumsung make life as difficult as possible. They have set up three companies and the one dealing with replacements never had any stock, probably on purpose, and so could not provide a replacement. But if I wanted to buy a new hob I could get one immediately. When questioned they said there is no way they could transfer or get a replacement from the other part of Samsung. Then came the iron curtain when they REFUSED to escalate this any further leaving my family now unable to have a Christmas dinner cooked as 4 months later I am left in the lurch by Samsung. If you are reading this BEWARE and NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT. I never will and am in the process of changing my phone and everything else. Worst company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE

We bought a Samsung Smart Range with a ceramic top. After using it half a dozen times, there was a white spot that could not be removed from one of the burners. Nothing was spilled on this burner but the white "cloud" could not be removed no matter what we used. Samsung insisted it was our fault. They refused to even send anyone to look at the stove in person. It is clearly caused by heat because the white "cloud" is more visible when the burner is hot. No wonder the company is worth trillions. They do not reimburse or provide any warranty service for their products. The fact that a technician refused to even service their range, speaks volumes about the quality of their products. Zero customer service. We will NEVER buy another Samsung product. We are planning to buy new cell phones. They will NOT be Samsung! Retailers should STOP selling their products!

I got an email confirmation for a price match after providing the evidence of a screenshot for the issue, I had with payments while purchasing the same product, a few days back, I purchased the product based on their price match confirmation but when asked to refund the price match amount they directly denied my request with no APOLOGIES and acceptance of the mistake in writing, all my 5 days' effort went to waste and they really did not care about it at all.

They provided a promo code for $100 as a credit for future purchases from my previous purchases and now they invalidated the promo code giving lame, ill-logical & unethical excuses like it exceeded the limit of the promo code, not sure how and they really know the meaning of credit?
