Bought a dishwasher for first time and in 2 weeks it flooded my kitchen destroying my floor and new base cabinet for my island.This started back in feb and the andres electronics wanted nothing to do with it after they took our money.Now i was left to deal with samsung myself.Well its been a nitemare of falling on deaf ears with more than 40 phone calls all which i was told it was being escaladed. This is where every phone call ended with 0 results.I am coming up to a year now the power and water have been shut off the whole time because im not having a repeat.When you phone they send you in circles in joped of driving you away.Their advertising of warranty is completely illegal in regards to how they conduct themselves.They write on their products they have warranty but when you have an issue right out of the box the shun you and send you in circles in hopes of getting rid of you.I have never dealt with a company so poorly and corruptly run.I would strongly recommend you shop for better brands that stand behind their products because samsung has proved repeatedly to be very deceitful
The worst company on earth I purchased insurance from them and called to file a claim and customer service would not help me with nothing they would hang up in my face and still have not heard from them!
Ordered many things on the samsung.com website, because I worked there. But since I quit, I will never order from this site again. 50:50 chance in getting your order delivered at all or very late (like weeks). Go buy from Best Buy or Amazon if you need to buy their products.
This idiot company just pushed out a SW called Bixby that has done nothing but mess up my phone. The screen will lock uncontrollably when I try to answer an incoming call, or switching apps or a whole host of other things. I have called for a solution. I cannot uninstall, I cannot disable. It takes up room in my storage and I get NO help from the company. I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.
Avoid at all costs. Screws over customers and has low grade products. Save your hard earned dollars.
I recently bought a Galaxy S22 cell phone. The thing turned out to be junk. I called Samsung 15+ times trying to get help. The phone dropped calls, incoming calls went to voice-mail, texts had to be sent twice, and it would constantly black out during conversations. After 5 days of calling, I finally reached a supervisor. He started right out yelling that they would not replace the phone, it had to be sent in and repaired. This is a new phone. If I wanted a repaired one, I would have checked second-hand stores. The phone technicians were polite, but useless. The supervisor was rude, yelling and would not listen to me at all. I will never own another Samsung phone.
2022, it was not cracked or damaged in any way, it was deemed a warranty repair and was sent off.
I took pictures of the phone screen before sending, only to be informed the screen was cracked and would not be under warranty, I even sent the original picture I had taken, they completely ignored the picture stating it was not good enough quality to depict if there was any damage, however it was good enough for them to say it was cracked as per the repair centre photo showing the crack, I pointed out that the crack in their picture did not match what they said my picture showed.
We have samsung phones / tablets / smart watch and televisions.
Will not buy samsung products again, their loss.

Literally the worst phone I've ever owned anytime I try to talk to text it constantly shuts off I can't use it through much of my apps the phone is super slow I can't stand the way the keyboard is an extremely limiting phone I've had cheaper knock off phones that work tremendously better than this one the camera is horrible
We remodeled our kitchen and at the end of November 2022 we ordered a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven and the stove top. When you put the order the site tells you 3 day delivery, once you click pay, the 3 day jumped to 10, we said ok. The appliances were scheduled to be here on December 9 2022. On Dec 8 we got a message from the delivery company indicating that the appliances were late and they would give us an update. Today is January 7 and I do not have the appliances and nobody can tell me when I will receive them. I have called probably every other day, I talk to very nice people located in the Philippines that can do NOTHING for me. They say the will escalate to the next tier and that I will hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. NO ONE contacted me EVER. The holidays came and went and I didn't have a stove or an oven to cook anything. Unfortunately I can't cancel and buy any other brand because my cabinets are cut to fit the Samsung appliances we ordered. It is really frustrating because nobody tells you anything. If at least they would say we can't send the appliances until xxxx day, we would know what to expect. It is SHAMEFUL that a company such as this would do that with clients that spent more than $10K on appliances. More shameful is what they say on their site that nothing is more important than their customers.
Had to give 1 star as 0 was not an option. Absolutely disgusted with Samsung a brand I have purchased many products from and trusted. In December 2020 I purchased a 50" OLED TV, just recently it has developed a fault where it keeps on going in to a restart loop. I contacted customer care and after a very long conversation and various steps to try to fix the problem I was informed that it would need to be looked and by an authorised repair centre. As the TV is just over 2 years old it is no longer under warranty and they except me to pay for the repair. I have paid £800 for a TV that has lasted just 2 years before breaking down and now requires me to spend money on to fix. I will never ever purchase another product manufactured by Samsung as their reliability is now an issue.
Please don't waste your money on Samsung appliances! After 6 months wasted trying to repair our faulty Samsung fridge - which we had owned for 2 years when it quit cooling - I have heard from countless people that Samsung is KNOWN for faulty appliances and sketchy customer service practices. I experienced it all firsthand. They won't honor their word nor do they have any regard for the broken fridges they knowingly manufacture and sell. Our repair technician said this is his weekly experience. WHAT?! How are they still being sold?!
After trying to deal with customer service and their bs empathy I got nowhere. Samsung never again!
Issue #1: I ordered a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher on Samsung.com, which were all supposed to be delivered on December 19. On 12/19, the refrigerator and stove were delivered, but the delivery team advised that the dishwasher was damaged, would be returned to the delivery facility, and a replacement sent out. The dishwasher never entered my home. Two weeks later I have yet to receive a replacement or a refund for the dishwasher. After numerous phone calls and hours spent on the phone, Samsung insists its system shows the dishwasher as having been delivered. However, the delivery company, RXO, insists that their system shows that the dishwasher was damaged and returned to the facility and that Samsung was notified so they could issue a new ticket for delivery of the replacement dishwasher. I have paid nearly $1200 for a dishwasher and its installation, and to have the old dishwasher hauled away, but have no dishwasher, no refund, and no resolution in sight.
Issue #2: After taking delivery of the counter depth refrigerator, we decided to exchange it for a full depth model. To accomplish the "exchange", Samsung required that I place and pay for a new order for the full depth model, with the promise of a refund for the counter depth model. Well, I paid over $3500 for the new refrigerator and have yet to receive a refund of over $3400 for the refrigerator which was returned. What I did receive was a refund for $229 for cancellation of the extra warranty on the refrigerator, which I NEVER requested!
Issue #3: When the new refrigerator was delivered, the installers broke two of the glass panels, one for the middle drawer and one for the freezer drawer. (See photo below.). I was told replacement panels would be shipped to me. When I called Samsung to inquire about the status of the panels, I was told that the order had been cancelled! I was then asked to place an order for new panels at an additional cost!
I have no recourse at this time but to contact my credit card company to dispute over $4600 in charges for items returned or never received.

Buying samsung is waste of money
You buy expensive phone after 1 year you have to replace the motherboard
And the Samsung service is very bad
Can you imagine having important files and important calls and meetings and suddenly the phone stops working and it's barely new
And when you visit the customer service first thing they say that you have to pay and you have to delete everything and replace your motherboard and we can't help you more than that...

I have recently had to write off a Samsung tv and dishwasher both appx 3 years old as they have developed faults.
The customer service is appalling!

I am really satisfied with Samsung generally. I just bought Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, and it looks incredible, i never imagine that smart phone can look like that, amazing! Also I buy Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Buds2 Pro...what can I say more then amazing, with all good devices that Samsung gives me, I am more then satisfied
I had one a years ago and it was a brutal galaxy phone.last year I have decided to try s21 and still have it, I thought it's better now, so fancy and La LA LA. A absolute garbage.camera is so so.the worth battery if to compare with other phones such as Huawei etc...weak, not for heavy apps or games.always lagging
I bought my TV a year ago they replace the TV screen and the motherboard twice and the TV keeps doing the same thing. Samsung TVs was the worst do not buy Samsung and when it was time for me to get the second repair, they told me that I was out of warranty so they wouldn't repair it. Worst company ever stay away from Samsung television.
I called Samsung yesterday. Dec 25th, 2022 on Christmas day. I was not expecting anyone to answer the phone but I thought I could find out when they would reopen. I bought their 75" 8K TV and I could not figure out how to adjust the picture quality. To my surprise someone did answer. After the support person was given permission by me and entered a special code the support person had direct access to my TV. In a few minutes everything was fixed. I cannot believe Samsung has such incredible service.
I love Samsung but my phone hasn't received updates in over a year. There are soooo many cool new features and I cant get them because my phone isn't receiving updates. Please fix this problem

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
