4 years ago, I fell into a trap of a Samsung appliances. Changed every electronic in house. In 4 years, throw away a brand new Samsung dishwasher, called service 3 times on stove, throwing away the fridge now. And washer almost done too. Only 17.000$ investment not much!
I place a call and they say 3 weeks for service to come up. We tell them send the compressor as I bought and sold last 3 years truckloads of fridges.and by now I know Samsung compressor are sh&@!
They say sure, send a guy out 4 weeks later, no compressor, 250$ bill to tell me what I already know that we need compressor
Call back again; sure we will send the part but labor on you. Guess the labor 1500$ :) because the dam thing buried all the way back.
Samsung has terrible customer service. We paid to have appliances delivered and they sent people that did not know how to do the installation and left a dishwasher sitting in our dining room for a month. They then rescheduled the delivery and didn't know show up without any call or notification. They rescheduled a 2nd time and didn't show up until 7 pm at night and even at this point did not install it correctly and are still dealing with the issue. They didn't install it and the dishwasher falls out of the wall anytime you open it. When I contacted Samsung they lied and said they would reimburse me for my lost time from work and never did. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I bought a brand new refrigerator from Samsung. We left for the weekend and when we got water all over the place, Ruined my flooring. Need to replace 200 sf of flooring that's discontinued. I had it for 13 months. Bought extended warranty and been waiting for parts for a month now. What a joke. I own everything samsung from phone, TV, dishwasher microwave, you name it. Never will I buy a samsung product again.
I purchased a Samsung model # RF23M8570SG/AA Refrigerator with the family hub. Well after about 6 months my ice maker was freezing up and not dispensing ice. I called Samsung service and they told me that I had to defrost the ice maker every time it happened, so that is what we did until 11/29/2022 they finally came out and replaced the ice maker. Samsung said that it was a recall on the ice maker. So it did not cost me anything BUT every time the ice maker would freeze up I had to defrost and chip the ice out, for 3 years. Thank You for that Samsung. Well now my family hub touch screen is frozen AGAIN, (it was replaced in 2020)and now they tell me I can't get a third touch screen because they only give one replacement per Refrigerator no matter what. So not if when they replace the 1st screen no matter what you don't get a third screen. SO MY STRONG ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG APPLIANCES! OH yes by the way my Samsung stove with black stainless is not good. The supposedly black stainless Is just a poorly applied coating. Please just stay far far away.
Horrible customer service, ordered product on sale then there was problem with payment. Order made but monthly payments were not possible because page crashed then when I wanted to change payment option they told me I need to order again but for full price because time sale was over and they canceled my original order. Really horrible... losing customers, it should be an option to be able to change payment option, they want my money or no? Going for Apple products from now on.
This company's service must be up there with the most abysmal in the world, they don't seem to have any idea what they are doing for such a big brand name very disappointing, someone in that company at the top must me seething at the site of 1000's negative reviews
I bought a washing machine in august 22, delivered and installed by professional. I found out there was a missing part - dispenser drawer detergent - I have been on the phone w them for the last 3 months to try to resolve this issue with no luck. No follow up. Every time I was assured the part was sent. Every time after few weeks since I was not getting any news from them, I will call to get an update to find out nothing was done. I am so disappointment with their lack of knowledge and professionalism. To this point, I CANNOT RECOMMEND TO BUY SAMSUNG. Don't expect anything from them after you buy from them. They don't care about their customer...Walk away and buy a different brand.
Bought two pairs of buds for Christmas and it's a good thing I opened one up off of a whim and discovered they are faulty and instead of sending a replacement like good companies do, I have to jump through hoops to get a brand new of expensive headsets repaired in order to maybe recieve a replacement. Do yourself a favor buy from Best Buy or somewhere else. How would folks no they aren't working until AFTER CHRISTMAS. I'm starting to really dislike Samsung products.
Have been a loyal Samsung customer for a decade+. In past 6 months bought QLED TV, refrigerator, washer & dryer and a dishwasher for a total $5300.
My fridge was acting up around labor day so checked the deals on the usual places ie Lowes, Best Buy & Home Depot. Samsung.com had a great deal which beat them all. Same price as others but got 2 yr extended warranty, extra water filter, delivery & pickup of my old appliance- all free. Plus got 2 yr interest free financing. They also offered free addl panels for my Bespoke fridge which u got with the retailers as well. No other deal came close to this offer. So went on the Samsung.com & that's where my hell began. Because of financing had to wait to day after labor day for approval, which I quickly got. Went back to site to complete order which took 2.5 hours and was never completed because kept hitting "order now" button which didn't work even with help from customer support. Finally was able to place thru their chat help group.
Was approved for their panel promotion after some time & was sent an email to redeem the offer. Rather than send me to area to order the panels it sent me to the general product area. U would have to be a rocket scientist to find panel area but then they were out of panel i wanted so am now waiting for it to come in.
Obviously like their products but the problem is trying to navigate their website. It is not intuitive at all and the machine generated chat did me no good. Far too much bureaucracy and departments to be useful. FIRE THE IT TEAM.
I have an S7, and after 18 months the charging port does not hold a cable tightly, besides the port ohone is mint. I replaced phone with s10, same thing has happened. SAMSUNG refused to repair device out of one year warranty. I have only owned Android phones, and during the pandemic years many people are at home and phone is connected to charge. The ports cannot handle the stress of the cables pulling and fails. Defective part which shouls be recalled and replaced im not soending 600$ a year for garbage. Time for Apple, Samsung could care less as long as profits sore.
I only buy Samsung TV's I've had one since 2008 and it last. All of my TV's are samsung except my sons tv is a LG. I love the picture and they last. Today I brought a new living room tv for size. Well guess what I can't log in because of two step verification. Samsung is more expensive than the other TV's and when I call support to assist with the two step verification because my number changed. I called twice, sent to every dept they had to get a voicemail. Then I chatted to go through two people. Then I received another number through chat. Called the number for the gentleman to ask me about making another account when my 4 other TV's are on this account already. Then he says it may take another day for them to change the number. Really Samsung do you guys live in the stone ages? Perhaps this is why apple is winning! Your support sucks!
Sumsung online shop doesn't obey their return policy and simply rejects return without any solid reason.
Customer service doesn't pick your call even if they take your call they don't reply well and disconnect your call without your acknowledgement.
I initiated return within 48hrs still my return is rejected without any resone and no further support.
Buying Samsung products is just wast of money and time,trust.

Frigidaire! You won't call wrong, excellent customer service, appliances work very well. I purchased a fridge, dishwasher and range. All fabulous! Don't buy Samsung because thwy are terrible, even dropped my fridge down the stairs after removing my original and 3 months late on delivery on range and the fridge shot my ice all over the place but never in glass. I hate Samsung products and service. I even paid for the three year extended service which lasted only two years. They sold me a lemon of a range and never changed it. I was waiting for service more than I could ever use it to feed my family. Don't make a mistake and if you do remember this post!
Samsung makes prices look appealing but saying a cheap price WITH enhanced trade in. So your not getting a deal or even a discount because when you put in your device trade in you get nothing hardly against that price unless your trading in an almost brand new phone. Gimic big time
I got the bill for a $3868 order placed with Samsung, and financed with a Samsung credit card. And the credit card is on my TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax credit reports. So I can easily prove who I am and that I got the bill for the order. But would Samsung tell me where the order was shipped, the phone number used, what was ordered, or anything useful at all? They would not.
FWIW my current phone is a Samsung Galaxy A21 and I'm reasonably happy with it. Not a Samsung hater, but I do not agree at all with protecting thieves!
Honestly I am very happy with my Samsung phone, this is my third in row, and I prefer more Android phones then Iphone, it's much more easier to use, at least for me. I bought Galaxy 22, I love everything, but camera is really great, and since I travel a lot, I use camera the most!
Samsung is the name of a company that is synonymous with lack of ethics, deception, scams and no customer service. They sell defective products that end up costing you more than the exorbitant amount you paid in the first place. Like paying double for a samsung waterfall dishwasher that never worked in the first place. Samsung is filled with CEOs who are scammers - they are in it for the profit. They do not understand what customer service involves and they avoid taking responsibility for any problems cause by their poor manufacturing standards. NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT + you will regret the purchase.
Samsung have black Friday deals at the moment with a lower price advertised online but the price go's up for the same product when you add to check out cart. Be careful and check the price.
When asking for help on chat, they just said they would review and did not honour the advertised price.

Nothing but a bait and switch company. I have been a Samsung phone customer since the Note 4 (currently have the S22 Ultra), and a fridge. I got a birthday $25 E-certificate in my email, went to use it on something for $18. Put in the code, and it wouldn't work. After 2 hours chatting with them, I was told I need to spend $60 in order to use it (nothing stating such in my email). So they escalated it to a team who would get back to me in 24 hours. 24 hours later, I got an email that was for 70% off samsung.com.
I went to purchase a new TV from them (now willing to give them $500 after the 70% off coupon), only to go to checkout, and see I have fell for the bait and switch again. I chat in again, 30 minutes later, the Cedric said he couldn't help because the coupon was only for cell phone and cell phone accessories (which again, nothing stating such in the email, even in the small print), and to call them. So I did... 1 hour and 10 minutes later, the person told me that it was only for cell phone and cell phone accessories, and then hung up on me. So I called back the next morning, and spoke with Blight. I explained everything above, he tried to create a cart on his end, and placed me on hold while he did that. Next thing I know, Kathrine in National Promotions is answering the phone and I have to explain everything again. She couldn't help me. So she transferred me to Lachelle in ecommerce, and at this point, I just ask for a supervisor. So Lachelle got me to Adrian. I explained everything (again...). He said he couldn't do anything and there wasn't anyone else to escalate things to.
So, save yourself the run around and all the bait and switch things they are doing. I loved my phones but I know there are other phones out there and much cheaper at that. Do get ANYTHING Samsung because they honestly don't care about anything but the money, not the quality of care or customer service. 0 STARS!
I ordered a appliance package when it arrived the panels for the fridge did not fit, the delivery guys tried and tried them reported that they were wrong. I called Samsung right away and they said sorry we will get them ordered and ship to you, well no they did not. They lied about that and lied when I ordered the range they add a set of pans to my order for free as a gift. Well I have gone back and forth between e-commerce and promotion about those. One dept say yes you get them the other days no. So that has still not gone nowhere. Then I'm asked for a serial number on the range and guess what there is none and I can not get no one to answer me on that. My suggestion is never to buy Samsung. Poor service and there products are probably just as poor. Spend your money elsewhere. I guess I will contact a lawyer about this. Fridge is useless without panels and no warranty without a serials number

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
