Worst customer service, after wasting several hours of time with online chat, I ordered washer and dryer. The customer support engineer "naveenkumar.d" lied to me that the order would be delivered on Mar-02nd. I even asked him why in the checkout page, it was as Mar-07th. He was keep on lying not to worry about the date. He said it would get updated. But once the order is posted, I received an email stating that the order would be delivered on "Mar-07th". When I enquired about it, he asked me run behind order team to further coordinate on. He disappeared now.
I would try once again tomorrow with the order team, if they could resolve this. Yes I would cancel / dispute my order.
Always recommend ordering through Costco... I made a mistake.
Work Customer service I have ever seen in a company, and dog$#*! phones. Bought the brand new s22 ultra last year and it broke in 4months. Some idiot at Samsung told me to remove my screen protector before I sent it out for repair. When i got it back they scratched the crap out of my screen and refused to replace it because it was "cosmetic damage". They also lied multiple times and were rude over the phone too many times to count. If you have any self respect for yourself, stay away from this company and their products.

I have their mid-end smartphone, their screen is reckless due to bazel can't protect the screen. The product is a year old and first week after i purchased the product, the screen has an issue, i had to file a hard complain AND their customer service will blame you in a rude waya and tell u it's ur fault, at the end they repair it for free (thanks). A year after the first inconvenience, i accidentally broke my phone screen. So i repaired the screen at their authorized service center - not in 24 hours after the reparation which is quite expensive, guess what? The screen just broken again due to a very low impact with a plastic objects. I filed a complaint and the customer service said it was my fault again, their screen built like an eggshell

Paid $400 to have my ice maker repaired and it has not been fixed. Countless phone calls and service visits and it still does not work and now they are refusing to refund our $400 for a repair that never fixed the problem. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'll never buy Samsung again.
17 months is all this phone got me. $2000 YES TWO GRAND! And the phone only last 17 months! Black line down the center of the fold screen and unresponsive right side. What do I get? Sorry, it's only under a one year warranty. How do you know they're producing garbage products? They refuse to guarantee them long enough to be paid off. So disappointed, Samsung is not a quality product anymore.
My Samsung S10+ caught fire in the port, keep in mind it was not plugged it just started burning. My fingers burned with burns marks on them. Immediately, I reached out to Samsung they said they would compensate me for my burns that was a lie. I brought a brand new phone thinking at least they would reimburse me for having to have purchased a new phone, they lied. I got the run around and was denied compensation only for them to say they would only fix the port.

A Samsung 55 inch TV due for delivery February. Confirmed by Samsung via email. Waited all day. Went to enquire at the end of the day where the delivery was... it may be two weeks. Asked for a refund only to fund that will take a month. Don't try to buy Samsung!
After doing the online questionnaire about how much my repair will be I sent my phone in. Telling me that it will be $100. They get my phone and tell me it's actually going to be $377. I paid for that repair a week ago and they haven't even began repairing my phone. I'm tempted to file a fraud report on my CC.
The customer service is the absolute worst. They should be ashamed. It's taking me over 3 months to receive a refund. And I'm still waiting and praying
I bought a Samsung washer machine on November 2021, less than a year later, the door (top load) was not locking hence the cycle would not start. I called Samsung, got a representative from another country who wanted for me to do trouble shouting. A technician finally came, made an adjustment and told me that if it happened again, he would return and replace the door. Fast forward 2 and a half months later, the problem return and the company that Samsung sent wants to charge me $200 for labor and parts. Samsung's customer service is really bad, this company don't stand behind their products. If I could give a 0 review, I would.
I spent 4.5 hours trying to get my veterans discount on a new S23 Ultra messaging on Samsungs site. I talked with 6 agents. Renewed my veterans ID and showed the pics of my DD 214 form. No luck. Back our veterans not Samsung.

The worse Product they ever had is Galaxy S22 Ultra - it heats up to the point of burning your hands face an ears.
I sent the phone for reviews to their support (Don't Care Customer Services) and they are sending back stating there is nothing wrong with the device.
Verizon is charging me 1200 dollars for this piece of crap.
Samsung falsely advertises the storage capacity of its Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g smartphones, a new class action lawsuit alleges. L claims Samsung advertises that the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5g smartphone comes with 128 gigabytes of storage space, alleging the device actually only contains 101 gigabytes.
Place an order last Friday and immediately cancelled it. Said order used my upgrade with Verizon. It is seven days later and I've been told to wait 24-48-72 hours at least 4 times from various low-level techs via chat; I've called in and had to re-explain that Samsung.com simply hasn't updated since the cancellation only to be "transferred to a leader", hung up on, etc. I have proof in screenshots that Verizon thinks my upgrade is ready but Samsung can't get their sh*t together. Soon enough the promotion I am chasing will be over and I may be without a new phone after countless hours of trying to get through the low-level "customer service" to someone that will do something about it.
Shipping delays are normal, especially during the holidays, but my experience with Samsung has been unmatched. Nearly 1 month after ordering, the item has not shipped and I receive emails every other day indicating "your order is still on time". I've reached out to support several times, all of which have either not helped me at all, tried to sell me other Samsung products, or told me false and misleading information about my order. I can't imagine the processes involved for buying and relying on more intensive items such as appliances or phones from this company. Apple devices and Amazon shipping times will always be superior.
TL DR: I bought a phone. Even though I'm willing to finish payments I can't use purchased phone.
I bought a phone with a trade in and forgot to send it to them. My phone suddenly gets locked. I ask them if I they can send m a label to send the trade in and they say no, you're stuck having to pay for the trade in amount. I try to pay for it but there is no way to make the payment within the samsung site. I try to have them send me a link or something so I can pay, but they say they don't know how and hang up. Worst experience I have had with a store
Do not buy anything Samsung. Placed an order for the new S23Ultra. They charged me in full even before the phone was dispatched which no body else does. I requested a cancellation which has now been in the limbo for 48 hrs without any updates. I requested to talk to a supervisor but they keep telling me that non is available. I emailed them several times, without receiving a single response.
I have requested a supervisor to call me without anyone calling me until now.
The phone itself has not been shipped out.
My refrigerator went out a year after I bought it for $2000. Samsung does not support their products. The service people, when you call, do not understand "it has no power, is not running". They asked me repeatedly what was wrong. It was nothing but frustration trying to get their help. I will never buy another Samsung product.

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
