Fraudsters sending text messages pretending to be my bank. There is no way to block text messages on the S21 Ultra. On the line with Samsung Care for days, all they do is jerk me around.
Samsung is no longer putting out quality products. I've had Samsung phones since 2013. I would stand up for them against all the Apple loyalists. The phones used to be what caused Apple to have to improve their products and I liked having competition (which protects us all). But, I can longer stand beside Samsung. Their customer service is very poor & complacent (they now prefer to give a run around). There are huge Bluetooth issues I've experienced over the last 3 months. If I went into details most would say that I'm crazy to have not left sooner. It's a sad thing, kind of like the Sony Bravia, the S21 works after 2ish years, but can't perform. Pathetic on all fronts and in finally going to switch back to Apple
Ordered a s23ultra with Samsung customer service told me I could pick up phone at Best Buy in two hours. The Best Buy is 60 miles from my house so after a hour I drove there. Got there in 1 hour 5 minute phone order said progressing we next door did shoppers can by to Best Buy. The order said progressing so I called summing the told me it wasn't going to be today to go home and wait for emai. I told the person from Samsung I was told order would be ready in two hours and I drove 60 miles and two dollars in tolls. He said got home and wait for email so I canceled the order. I will never buy a Samsung product again

Phone support for the last 3 weeks. Samsung has told me.4 times that I would get a return call regarding my qled q 80 BA turns on at night by it it's self No call ever came. I have lost my patience with Samsung and I'm very disappointed. In all honesty Samsung has returned some of my phone calls but never have I heard from the technical team regarding my part problem.

I bought a new fridge in November 2022. By January 2023 it wasn't working. One week for a tech to come out, a new fridge was needed. One more week for them to tell us they couldn't replace it, could we have a refund. No problem. Another week for them to collect it. FOUR weeks for it to get to the warehouse by which stage we'd been SEVEN weeks without a fridge and without the refund. When they confirmed receipt of fridge they then took another THREE weeks to refund our money. This was disgusting service by a company who doesn't care one little bit about customer service but all about the money.
I purchased the z 4 fold and the only thing came with it was a C type USB that requires a C type charger base that had to be purchased separately for 23.00.I have always purchased Samsung because the product is great so I know once upon a time the device included base,ear buds and the USB.Here 2023 I received nothing but a USB for 1,799.00 really Samsung?couldn't believe it. PLEASE make sure you know what is included with the device before you purchase I didn't but it was a lesson learned. I guess you are trying to make money but at least include the base.

My mobile display not working automatically after service he saying physical damage but thats gone automatically. This issue faced two times. My mobile is M21 price *******. My repairing cost 9000+ this estimate only auto damage display replacement. Other hanging issues and touch issues there. Still my phone under repairing condition but iam not Intrested to repairing any way. My thought this is brand tricks. Warranty also not provided.
Ordered $3000 worth of products and every order was cancelled. Contacted customer service and they blame the American Express card used that has PLENTY of money on it. Contacted the bank and they stated there was no issue of any kind. Contacted customer support and I was hung up on multiple times. Had a supervisor that was rude so I asked for her name then again was hung up on. Will never be using samsung.com to order anything. Completely unprofessional. Especially for multiple supervisors to hang up more than once. Then ask for her name then get hung up on again because she knew she would get in trouble or possibly lose her job. Absolutely ridiculous.
Originally it was priced at 1800 US and now at 1500. If you want to trade up to the S23, the trade in value is 750.oo! That's telling you that the value will not hold and you'll lose a chunk of money!
This is the worst online store. If you try to buy white goods you enter a delivery date and then wait for weeks for the items not to arrive. You will then go for weeks of online chat and be told they are escalating your case but nothing will happen. Eventually they will just mark you items as delivered even though they have not left the warehouse and will just try and get you to cancel. It seems to be happening to everyone. They are an absolute joke. I've never known such an incompetent online store. They can't deliver anything apart from phones. Do not bother trying to buy fridges, washing machines or ovens they dont appear to have any!
I've been loyal to this company but am finished. Their battery on the past few phones have been garbage. I have had the s22 ultra since release and the battery is horrible. Two updates ago the battery got a little better and I was hopeful but the last updates it because worse. Samsung doesn't care about anything but money. You leave reviews about it on Samsung members and they take it off and silence us and use their community guidelines to do so. To justify it. This is wrong. Anytime anybody leaves anything remotely neg about their products they use their guidelines to silence us. That's wrong! We should be able to explain our honest reviews without being silenced. You pay this much for a phone the battery needs to last longer than this. I'm done. Other people are complaining about being silenced and the battery.

Don't get fooled in, I send my note 20 ultra in a perfect condition simply like new, but they (Samsung) claims that they receive phone with damaged lenses and cracked screen, they offered half of what primarily should be,
Simply, as I put a lot of effort to protect the device in the package its hardly to believe the phone was damaged,

The title says it all. Worst customer service and policies. Won't fix the broken ice maker (still in warranty) because there's dent on their flimsy stainless steel which is totally unrelated. OMG and how rude. Because of small dent all warranty is voided. So because the dent is so easy to make (just by touching the door) they now won't warranty any issues you may have with this cheap fridge. DONT BUY SAMSUNG if you want to save yourself some anxiety. Oh ya! The stove broke down immediately and services 4 times replacing same parts repeatedly. Problem still occurs.
Trade-in of my old device (Samsung Note 10+ 256GB)- against new purchase of S23 Ultra 512GB
1) Initially, I was given Trade-in offer of AED. 675 + 367 (Trade-in Top up)= 1042/-.
2) Thereafter, Samsung revised the offer to AED. 817/- on 03.03.2023 after Quality Check. Which I accepted, in good faith.
3) On 06.03.2023, Samsung sent an email giving revised offer of AED. 450/- and requesting bank details, which I objected. Upon objecting, Samsung is telling the device did not pass the Quality Check, and will return the device back. In view of above-1, the device price is AED. 83/- and AED. 367/- is paid against Trade-in top up (i.e 83 + 367 = 450).
Further more, I would like to bring to your notice that the Trade-in Scheme offered by Samsung seems Ponzi/ fraudulent, as they show initially high value for old device so people get lured to buy new & costly devices in exchange, and once the new order is executed they keep on revising the Trade-in offer at every stage. I can evident the Ponzi scheme as below:
A) My Order dated 05.02.2023
B) Delivery of New device dated 17.02.2023
C) Initial Trade-in offer of AED. 1042/- on 05.02.2023
D) Second trade-in offer of AED. 817/- on 03.03.2023 (on last day of New device return policy, 17.02 - 03.03 = 14 days), offer accepted by customer.
E) Third trade-in offer of AED. 450/- on 04.03.2023 (after lapse of New device return policy, 17.02 - 03.03 = 14 days)
F) Upon objecting Third offer, they say 'the device did not pass quality check', hence are returning.
I have been a customer for all electronics for 20 years.
I bought a TV that is only 4 years old and it is going to black screen. The response from customer service was, we can't repair or replace it even if I had a warranty.
Pray your Samsung product never goes bad. Their warranty service is absolutely horrendous! Shouldn't be this hard to get a replacement cell phone sent back to me. I'll be looking beyond the Samsung brand come time for a new phone or household appliances. Do yourself a favor and do the same!
25th march i placed my order, i paid the extra for delivery on Sunday 26th March. Never turned up, contacted by chat and phone, no help at all. Still no sign today 28th March. Contacted DPD and it is held at the depot as it is stuck in a trailor... i have spent £2k with no sign of delivery. Contacted Samsung again today, they did not want to know and certainly did not care. If this is how you treat your customers, you have no right to be a market leader. I will NOT be buying Samsung products ever again...
Worst customer service, after wasting several hours of time with online chat, I ordered washer and dryer. The customer support engineer "naveenkumar.d" lied to me that the order would be delivered on Mar-02nd. I even asked him why in the checkout page, it was as Mar-07th. He was keep on lying not to worry about the date. He said it would get updated. But once the order is posted, I received an email stating that the order would be delivered on "Mar-07th". When I enquired about it, he asked me run behind order team to further coordinate on. He disappeared now.
I would try once again tomorrow with the order team, if they could resolve this. Yes I would cancel / dispute my order.

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
