They auto renewed my membership that i didnt request to have auto renewed. I call to get the money reimbursed and they make you call the 1800# and none of them speak english. They have given me the run around. I have called 7 times and they give me a ref# each time. Each time i call back i give them the reference # and they say its no good. They told me it would be back in my account before the end of business day. This has been going on for 13 days and still no refund. I will never shop at sams again. I have called the Cookeville Store 3 times this morning and no one answers. The is awful service.
The Sam's club I use has now stopped letting the customers use the empty boxes to carry out their purchases. Apparently, the fraction of a penny they can get from the recyclers for the cardboard is more important than the customers convenience. This is pure greed. When my membership expires I will be changing to Costco.
Made an appointment to install new tires, and it was terrible. First day I went in I waited over an hour before they told me that my lug nuts were too old, and I needed to bring in some new ones for them to install with the tires. Weird that they didn't sell them, but whatever. I asked for a receipt because I paid for the tires, but the man told me that the receipt would be there when I returned the following day. I returned with the lug nuts, and the man told me that I needed to replace the lug nuts myself before they would touch it. I returned to my car and replaced them all myself in the parking lot. I returned and they had me waiting another hour before telling me that the bolts now needed to be replaced before they would touch the vehicle. I asked for my money back for the installation, and to just pay for the tires, but they would only give me back half the price for installation. I asked for a receipt again, and the man told me that they throw out all of the receipts at the end of the day. I went to customer service, and waited another 20 minutes there until They told me that they couldn't print out a receipt. So finally I attempted to leave the Sam's Club on Dale mabry and they wouldn't let me leave because I didn't have a receipt for the tires. The lady at the door spoke with the people at the tire department and finally I was able to leave and have my tires and stalled somewhere else. I'll never go to this Sam's Club again
Hi, I just got to work and I am absolutely furious. For the past year or so, a small black honda fit with a handicap license plate drives down Jonesboro Rd in Mcdonough, Ga at a high rate of speed. He has cut me off several times before but today he cut me off and brake checked me for no reason. I had to slam on my brakes and go into the right lane to avoid hitting him. The car that I went behind was scared also as they were half way into the ditch by the time I got behind them. When we came to a red light he had stopped with no car in front of him at a red light and started cursing at me. When he did that a motorcycle went around him and stopped in front of him.When the light turned green he passed the motorcycle so close I thought he was trying to hit him. While he was cursing at me, that's when I recognized who it was. He works in the Auto department at Sams in Mcdonough. He's a short latino guy with a salt and pepper beard. He drives a black honda fit with a handicap license plate. He has issues. This happened around 7:30 am today. I thought Sams opens at 8am, this all happened less than 5 minutes from Sams on Jonesboro rd there is no reason for this other than he's a maniac. I certainly won't get my tires there any more.
Bought 4 tires from Sam's Club & tried to take advantage of their warranty for leaks, punctures, valve problems, etc. Had a slow leak in front passenger. Went to Tire Department in Annapolis where I bought them. Helped by a guy named Mack. Left with tire I thought was repaired. Nope. Still had slow leak. Got an air compressor to fill tire to hold me over until I could return to actually get it fixed. One morning, tire totally flat. Put spare on. Went back that morning to make sure I could get it fixed and get my car back that day. Same guy. Same rude manner. Told me I had to wait until 4. I had no car. Tried to make a complaint w/ a 'Coach B' guy called O'Shane (sp?). Tried to complain via phone/internet. Nope. Useless. Finally went to Pep Boys in Annapolis on West Street (highly recommend). They fixed it by 2 and told me there was a big hole in the middle of tire, very obvious. Sam's had never repaired my car. PB charged me $24. I'm going to switch over to BJ's for bulk shopping. Pep Boys for car stuff. Sam's Club is not worth it. Put me in a very bad spot, potentially dangerous, didn't care, NO way to address problem. Voting w/ my money & my feet.
When to get pizza for me and my kids Café. The pizza was very oily lots of sauce with lil cheese and made all of us sick heart burn for the Grease oil and throwing up and going to the restroom bad headache after eating it
The Optical Center sneaks a $25 "1-year Allstate Eyeglass Insurance Policy" onto the customer's bill without the customer's knowledge or approval. It's part of their "package". They will refund it when asked, but it should have never happened in the first place.
Also, the Optical Center requires that customers fill out a long, intrusive Health History Form. What does this have to do with buying a pair of eyeglasses? My examining eye-doctor didn't even look at my completed form. I fear that they are just harvesting the information for marketing purposes.
Finally, the Optical Center is not transparent with their prices. They list the cost of frames, but they don't mention that the right lens will cost $87 and the left lens will cost another $87. The final charge is a complete surprise. I expected more openness from Sam's Club.
I applied and recieved sams club master card, at first it was good the randomly with no notification by sycrony the would lower my limit and making me at my max limits sycrony also did this with my lowes card, and when they would lower the limits it would put me at my max limit or over the limit and double and triple it my credit scores every 3 to 6 month. Walmart stopped using syncrony because of this, i canceled there catds and anything thT had that bank tied to it. This is not a bank or credit card to deal with. Until sams club corrects this i will go else where
I received a wholly broken wall clock y mail from SamsClub.com, impossible to use; all the numbers were broken, and the glass was cracked into pieces as well.
SamsClub.com REFUSED to refund/replace/accept a return because of some membership I don't have with them.
When I asked what the connection is between membership to me paying for a product and receiving a completely broken one which is impossible to use, they just kept repeating I'm not a member of their club, so there is nothing they can help me with.
If I have no membership, how is it that you still take my money, tho?

I've been a customer in Sam's club in Elmsford NY for more than 20 years.
Lately it becomes just awful. I haven't be able to buy eggs, butter, frozen salmon and etc.
I was sucked in to this membership by the hearing aid company that gave me a discount and talked me into membership and it only cost me 4000.00 dollars. (aprox) then I renewed my membership and didn't spend any money there for quite some time and when I thought I would check my status and go shopping,I couldn't sign in and was told by someone from another country (live chat) that my membership was expired. And I was told many times during the chat " I do really sorry ". I wish I could communicate with someone who really does care but they "do really sorry" and I wasted $45 bucks for absolutely nothing.
My advice would be:: Dont think your going to save money there, go to walmart or target and get your money's worth.
And the hearing aids? I could tell you another wasted 4000.00 bucks story, thanks to Sams club!
One more thing, according to the terms and conditions this review, probably will not be seen by anyone but the inside people who scrutinize it. Does anyone really care?
I made the mistake of ordering an item on Jan 6th and then found out later that it wouldn't be delivered inside my house. So I called to cancel the item before it shipped. I was promised it was cancelled. I was promised every day for a week it was canceled even though Pilot the shipper was sending me updates. Guess what? It was NOT cancelled even though@ 20 Sam's club employees told me it was. They took my money, over 1k and now are still trying to tell me it is cancelled and it will take 7 to 10 business days to get my money back. I don't trust a word they say. I feel like they stole from me. They took my money knowing the order was cancelled. They have a very messed up system, if ya want to call it that, of how they cancel. I am going to tell everyone to run as far away from Sam's club as possible. They are thieves and liars.
I purchased a Sam's Club Membership for $19.99 through Brad's Deals. Well I missed the part that says that this is only for non members according to the Sam's customer support person I spoke with. Now Brad's Deals is saying they don't do refunds and the cost to continue being a member at Sam's says $110 for the year. Just an FYI.
Absolutely horrible customer service! I placed an order 22 days ago and received a FedEx tracking number immediately! FedEx never received the package and neither have I! I have talked to seven different customer service agents and one claiming to be a manager at the home office! Hung up on a real times, dropped on chats multiple times and still never been helped with resolving this problem! Still no package! No compensation! No refund! Just lie after lie, saying they would definitely help me get this fixed. None of them will ever get back to me or answer any of my emails after the initial contact! Just can't believe this is how they treat a paying plus member!
Sofas seem good for the price, but delivery issues with furniture. Missing furniture, very slow deliveries taking months. Delivery guys who want to leave product outside instead of inside doorway, etc.
Took a tire into my local Sams Club on November 14 2022 and have been back 2 to 3 times with calls in between and they said since the tire could not be fixed they ordered a new one. Today is 1/5/2023 so 5 weeks later and I call again and get a different person on the phone and they tell me it was NEVER ordered. I am beyond upset. On my car with the spare tire on it, it is a know problem that it could damage the transmission if you continue to run with the spare. So I am now waiting for a call back today about when the tire will be shipped. If not then we will need to visit alternatives. I am considering that after this I will cancel my Sams Club.
I am not surprised Sam's club and Walmart don't have any one in America to talk to me about my membership and they have NOT sent me my $20.00 gift card to the address I have on file, you claim it can only be sent by email ONLY well you need to get what I said above
Worst customer service I've ever had. U literally get no where with these people no matter how many times u call u will get different answers from different people it's soo bad.
Ketly in the bakery at the Sunrise Sam's Club location went above and beyond in helping me deliver holiday cheer to my clients this Christmas! When another vendor couldn't fill my order 2 days before I needed 32 platters of 60 cookies, Ketly and her team came to the rescue. They came in early and were baking elves. I so appreciate their kindness during a stressful moment for me. I will absolutely go back again and again. Happy holidays!
