Allowed ourselves to be swindled by the AT&T reps that swore my bill would go from $180 to $100 but guess what, my bill is exactly the same as it was with Verizon. We are retired seniors and wanted our bills to go down but I get no help from their customer service who lie constantly and never get the same answer from their reps. I contacted Sam's Club about it and they told me I would get a phone call from their customer service and never did! Very disappointed in both companies.
Paid $200 for delivery and they won't even take it 10 feet down the driveway and they had a fork lift dropped it out front never again will I deal with Sam's club my wife and I had to move it ourselves total 600 pounds beware
When these people don't want to help or provide an answer, they'll just leave you sitting in chat by yourself and if they happen to get you again, they'll leave again! WTF?! YOU PEOPLE SUCK!
I went to Sam's yesterday and purchased 2 sets of wooden floor panels. Went back when I got off from work today I went to grab 8 more. Which was a part of the promotion. Upon leaving out the door on the second trip. I noticed that the price that was on the tag wasn't honored. So when I went to customer service. I talked to the employees who also confirmed that the prices were wrong. They handed the situation over to a woman name Kathy. I'm not sure if she was the manager or what. But she was determined to insinuate that I was a liar about what I paid the original time. And not that the price was completely wrong. I had just got off from work and wasn't in the mood to debate and argue with some that knows remotely nothing about how customer service works. Not only did she hurry up and snatch the wrong original tag. But she was quick to tell me what I paid for the first ones. And didn't honor what the price was today. Its a measly 16 bucks. That don't make or break me. But I will be buying the rest of my flooring this weekend from Home depot and Lowes. Because she was really rude. And really doesn't like her job obviously. She believes shes in the business of being right. And that's not how customer service works
I ordered something 3 years ago worth a total of 200 dollars and it hasnt arrived EAT $#*! all of you who work here have no lives
We have shopped for more than 30 years at Sam's club and but of the cashier were rude, they very much understand how hard people work and I also work very hard but I'm very disappointed. You ask nicely and they respond rude. Two sides of the story but it was just not a good day to shop at Sam's Club, the one located at Buckner and 30.
I do NOT understand how if you use the scan & go app you get a better price than SELF CHECK OUT! I spend just as much time going thru self check out as if I used scan and go!
I upgraded to the plus program to have the availability of ordering and picking up items because I'm very busy. I have been in the store and they've had plenty of stock on an item that they have out of stock on their ordering platform. They charge all this extra money, and then you can't even use the services. I've been a member of BJ's wholesale club for many years and they have never done any of this. Matter of fact, BJ's wholesale club offers free pick up with their membership it doesn't have a gimmick of paying extra for services. They should already have included. Needless to say after this year, I will never be part of Sam's Club ever again because of their way of doing business.
I'm a customer who's spoken (within a week) to 3 customer service members, chatted online with 3 reps, and has had 3 Sam's Club supervisors call me back to all apologize and still did not have my order delivered... it's ridiculous. Empty apologies and gift cards are not the answer. I will be suspending all orders, business and personal moving forward. Sad excuse for a business. My local store is the Sunrise/ Sawgrass location and would love a "trained" supervisor to reach out. Thanks
Yesterday I placed an order to pick up and was not able to make it back from North Raleigh to pick it up at the Durham NC club. This occurrence has happened before and I picked up my items the next day.
While working I received a text that my order was cancelled. Never have I not picked my order up_late b/c of for weather reasons or late coming back to this club. Yet no respect shown me. I have witnessed associates holding white club members orders and carry the order to their car and are told for some insignificant reason that they no longer wanted it same client on many occasion I was told yet I am a life long member of Sams since my days in New Orleans. Never cancelled an order. I've never not picked up an order the next day and look at the blatant disrespect I received. Keep this in mind when supporting this store. They prove to have no long term respect for their members only a mouth filled with learned excuses that remain unacceptable.
I renewed my Sam's Club Membership to buy one item. They have 45 palates of advantage protein diet drink. Maybe they should start to order Fair life diet drink instead. They get one pallet in and it's gone in 5 hours. That should say something about their ordering. I am disgusted.
No matter what you do to this meat, whether it's prime or choice, it stinks. Never again. Tried three times to make this meat turn out good and it is no match to what Costco sells. Done for good!
We purchased a 12 x 16 gazebo, it arrived 9 days late even after paying $150 for shipping. Enterprise freight delivered it with one employee and he lost control of the hydraulic system and my gazebo with the pallet jack attached fell 5 fr onto my concrete driveway. The framework is damaged and it's been over 24 hours since I've heard any feedback regarding resolving this issue.
Went to Sam's club last week to buy a Easter ham and some other groceries. The membership card does not have a expiration date on so when I got to checkout they wanted $50 to renew. I wasn't that happy with them anyway so I told them to keep it and left. Went to Winn Dixie and found the same items about 25 to 50% less. There ham was $4.79 a pound while the Springfield ham at Winn Dixie was only $1.19. I saved about $50 by going to Winn Dixie on just 1 day shopping. The gas station price was only 2 cents cheaper then the station I go to. So why am I paying for a membership? Not anymore! I also enjoy the fact having to dig out my receipt to show I'm not a thief!
I placed an order to be delivered to me on Monday (4/10/2023) between 2-4pm. My order never showed up. I contacted Sam's Club through the chat service where they were of no help. They had offered an $8 gift card when the delivery was initially late as compensation. 30 minutes prior to my store closing I contacted them again, they promised a delivery TODAY (4/11/2023) along with another $10 gift card for compensation. They have failed to deliver the gift card and have yet to deliver my order. Every time I get on chat to talk to someone they refuse to actually assist and disconnect without notice because they don't want to help. There's no way to avoid this or file a complaint about it. I went to cancel my order and there is no option to and was ineligible for a return. I can't return something I never even got! Apparently, they can't get a driver to deliver the order. I paid Sam's to deliver, not a 3rd party, so that is an issue for them to figure out to get my delivery to me on time. Each agent has refused to cancel and refund my order. I want a full refund and at this point. Our family has been a member for over 30 years and this is how Sam's treats their long-term members. Oh, and I've tried calling my local Sam's Club over and over and over - nobody ever picks up the phone! Absolute worst service! How does Walmart have better customer service and they're the same company?!
My credit card number was stolen and some jackass bought a few things online from Scam's Club. I reached out to them and they wouldn't look up, stop the charges or send the items to me. They offered ZERO help. It's not about the $100 worth of crap they bought, it's about trying to stop credit card fraud. Everyone needs to help, if they keep letting people do this crap it's never going to stop. If they looked up the card number and canceled the thiefs account it would be a step towards helping out the victims. If you are thinking of joining Scam's club, DON'T!
Order two items never received1 of them talked 3 different people and never got it We'll never shop there again
I live almost an hour from the nearest Sams Club. Since purchasing my membership back in December, I have been several times in store and they never have the membership cards. I refuse to download the app…. And don't tell me I have to in order purchase gas because there are plenty of elderly customers that do not operate smart phones! That's the only thing customer service said that I could do.
This is poor customer service! There is no reason why a store shouldn't have cards for basic members. If I'm too basic then Sams doesn't deserve my business!

I am long time plus business member. Twice now I have had unauthorized fraud charges over $100 on my account made at a local Bentonville, Arkansas store, (I live in Colorado). Walmart/Sam's started in Bentonville so this reeked of being an "inside" company fraud charge. Both times my card had to be cancelled and a replacement card provided with very little explanation to me about how this could happen multiple times now and the possible inside fraud connection. I question the upper management now at Sam's Club.
Fell at store in Waterloo iowa and they blame me for not cleaning up their mess. Have to have surgery on knee and should be held accountable. What a joke cancelling membership and getting family and friends to cancel as well, and Walmart too. I would rather shop at Target. They should pay for my surgery!
