Never buy from them. Will not take wig back even though hair is falling out and because one was tried on aND found to be too small. Said they can not take them back if they have been tried on. How are you supposed to know if they fit or not if yiu can't try them on? Very rude talk over you, when you call customer service.
We ordered makeup bag with vanity light almost a month now and have not received them, after sending them message which they said they will ship it we are still waiting.it was meant for christmas gift and is passed. Dont buy from them i repeat
Don't order from them. There system will tell you something is wrong and charge you anyway, Tried to make a purchase three times, kept getting a wrong billing address error that I fixed three times, Charged me three times. Don't waste your money on them
In regard to your review, we do not double charge any customer's. If you are repeatedly entering the wrong billing information for your card, you will receive a pending hold with your bank. Those funds are released by your bank usually within 24-48. In the future please confirm you banking info or use PayPal.
Customer service is NOT 110% but more like a 2% simply because the phone is answered but after that its downhill. I checked the status of my order and saw that it was damaged in transit and returned to sender. These were gifts so I immediately called and asked to resend the items. I was told no by Lily as the carrier needs to get the damaged order back to the warehouse 1st. I pleaded that it needs to be sent and she assured me the manager Tanesha will call me that day to resolve. NO CALL RECEIVED. I called the following day. Again Lilly, she said the manager did not and will not call back because she decided it was the carriers fault and claims should deal with it. Down to 60% No problem I said put me through to claims. Not possible according to Lilly as claims (Tammy) is not available Mondays Tuesday and shes unsure about the following day. Down to 40%. I decided to ask for a refund to avoid any further disappointment. She said ok so I asked for a confirmation. She said thats not possible! Down to 2%. So no product and they still have my money. Lets see if a refund comes through as it will be fraud otherwise.
This could have been simply resolved by them resending the items immediately when the carrier notified them that it was damaged in transit and being returned to them. As that is between the sender and the carrier. Whether Sams Beauty poorly packaged the item or the carrier somehow damaged it during transit should be something they resolve together. Im sure they have insurance for such a issue.
I tried on the Model Model Darline wig in a local store and really liked it. The curls were bouncy and tight. However in the store did not have the color I wanted. So I took a picture of the package and I checked on online and found it on http://www.samsbeauty.com/index.beauty. Ordered the wig and was very excited to see and wear it. However what I received was a matted and puffy wig. It was clear the wig had been worn or used as display. I immediately called sams beauty and got voicemail. So I sent them an email and they replied asking for pictures. I sent several pictures from different angles showing the wigs was fuzzy and had been cut as well. They refused to accept the return of the wig. I very disappointed and feel cheated by this company. I will NEVER buy from the again as they are very dishonest sending out used wigs. That I am now stuck with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I purchased 16 inch crochet goddess locs after seeing someone on YouTube with them. Once received and installed, it was very obvious that the locs were more on the 20-22 inch. I called and was informed that they were aware that they are not the 16 inch, even though that's what the description stated, and I needed to "take it up with the manufacturer". I didn't order from the manufacturer, it was ordered with Sam's Beauty. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They were not willing to help me at all. I will not be ordering from this company again.
I have ordered from samsbeauty.com 3 times and my items always arrive with 5 days or less. Everything I ordered was as shown. One thing I do before I order hair online is that I go on Youtube and look up reviews where the person is wearing the hair or installing it. The crochet needles were cheap as you know what but what do you expect for 99 cents. I'm glad that I wasn't scammed and some others are stating happened to them. The hair was the right color and right brand. I only have crochet hair.
OMG... I am so in love with the wig I just recently ordered from this company and I haven't even worn it yet. The shipping was fast and the prices are mind blowing. I plan to order from this company again and again!
I placed an order and thought it was successful only to get a call saying they didn't have the color choice i wanted. I chose different colors & got a second call 2days later saying they didn't have it even though a representative told me they did. I then asked for a refund but instead they took it upon themselves to send some of the order & refund the difference.(Wow) I had to spend $70 to get free shipping however, my order was $48.97 when they shipped it without the hair I ordered (tax free)... I was a LOYAL customer until now!
I never bought hair online but I couldn't find this one particular crochet hair, so I decided to give them a try! Worst mistake EVER... Customers service is horrible, everyone I spoke to even the manager Tammy was rude and unprofessional. Took my items 8 business days to ship and it wasn't on back order. Every day I called I was told it would ship that day. Never received an email confirmation until I requested to speak to a manger I will NEVER repeat NEVER order from them again

I sent an email to Samsbeauty customer service dept asking what is the color on the MODEL. (Harlem 125 SHANGHAI BRAID) I RECEIVED an email from Samsbeauty support that the color is GD406. The same day I received this email, I forwarded it to Tammy (manager) on 8/12/16. Spoke with representative on 8/15/16 & was told the process will take 2-3 business days & I ask why cant I received a return label in the meantime time since I have been inconvenienced & was told I had to wait for the 3 day process. I said this is unfair to me & Tammy takes the call.
Tammy said she reviewed my email & it does NOT say GD406. I said per the PACKAGE the model is wearing TP4/27, your customer service gave me the wrong color. She said they do not have a TP4/27. (this color is on their website) She said the customer service did not give me the wrong color code and I can do a regular return and hung up on me.
I was not going to be compensated for the return.

Don't trust this company. Girl stole my credit card information when I called to order over the phone due to problems online. Used my credit card to make purchases at walmart, lane bryant, and children's place. Ghetto f**ks.

Also if the card was not operational on our website I don't think anyone would be inclined to steal credit card information for a non functioning card at the time. We do apologize for the situation of identity theft but we assure you it would not have happened on our site.

Their system screwed up my shipping address resulting in my order been sent back to the company. When I called them, they wanted me to pay a shipping charge of $12 to have it sent back to me. I asked for a refund but will get less than I paid because of restocking fee. Worst company ever!
I have ordered wigs and things from sam's beauty a few times and i must say that i have always been satisfied with my orders. They always come in a timely manner and they are always quality products... Sam's beauty has a loyal customer in me!
So I ordered 6 packs of the FreeTress Crochet hair from Sam's Beauty on Friday morning, and received an email that same night saying that my order had been processed. I had been worried about when I'd get my hair because of the reviews here (which I saw after I had ordered) and I had paid $2.99 for flat rate shipping. I tracked it's entire journey from Illinois to Georgia, and was surprised to get it Wednesday afternoon (a day earlier than expected). The packaging was bland, like they had just put the hair in a box and shipped it to me, but it doesn't really matter to me. I got everything I ordered and am very happy with my experience. I don't know if I'd chance it again because of these reviews, but I personally have no problem with Sam's Beauty.
I have ordered from Samsbeauty.com on several occasions with no issue. My last purchase was in October of 2015. The package did not have my apartment # on it. I reached out via e-mail to the customer service department (because it was impossible for me to reach them by phone) stating the issue and seeing what I needed to do as I still wanted the products. I was informed that the package had already been returned back to them and that it would be an additional 12 dollars for them to ship it back to me or they would issue a refund within 10 business days minus a restocking fee. I opted for the refund. More than 10 business days passed and I had not received my refund. I reached out to them again piggy backing off of the e-mail chain. I was then told that they did not have my package and I would have to wait until it returned before they processed my refund. I received confirmation from the post office that the package was returned back to them in January. It is now the end of April and I still have not received my refund. I have reached out to them again this evening and am awaiting resolve. I am hopeful that my refund will be issued to me without further action, but it is bad business to take 6 months to receive one. I have never had a problem with them product wise, and would have continued to be a reoccurring customer. The issue is that mishaps will occur and it shouldn't take half a year for it to be rectified.

We understand that our return policy may be strict, but it is for the benefit of our customer's. We can not resell an item that has been placed on another person's head for hygienic reasons. Item's that have been removed from the packaging are discarded. Our return policy was available for you to review before the order was placed. You also agreed to the policy upon placing your order.
