I WENT ON THE SITE AND WAS ORDERING A *******@89.00 WENT ALL THROUGH THE PROCESS AND TRIED TO ORDER IT, WOULDNT GO THROUGH. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE TOLD ME IT WOULDN'T GO THROUGH BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THE PRICE TO $149.00 ORDERED IT ANYWAY, I NEEDED IT AND THOUGHT WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WOULD RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, WAS TOLD DIDNT YOU READ THE RULES. THAT WE CAN CHANGE THE PRICE ANYTIME WE LIKE tHE TWO CUSTOMER SERVICE LILY AND BRIANNA WERE GREAT THE MANAGER WHO WAS TELLING BRIANNA WHAT TO SAY WAS A WASTE OF SPACE SHE DIDNT EVEN GET ON THE PHONE TO TALK TO ME JUST MADE BRIANNA DO HER DIRTY WORK. THE MANAGERS NEED LESSONS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT THE REPRESENTIVES THEY DO A GREAT JOB

This review is directed more towards the Sam's Beauty company than the product itself. I order 6 packs of this hair last Monday at about 1pm. I noticed on the Wednesday (March 30,2016) that the hair hadn't shipped so I called in. I was told that the company has up to 4 days to process the order before shipping. Although this was my first time ordering from this company I thought that time frame was a rather long one. I've from hair companies that ship the same day or next day but not 4 days. I explained I had to go out of town at the end of the following week and was reassured that the hair would be at my door before Friday, April 8th. On April 1,2016, I saw that the hair still had not shipped so I called again only to find out that Sam's Beauty DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE HAIR IN STOCK! What's worse is no one even called to tell me that this product wasn't in stock. You held on my money for five days now and all the rep said was, "oh well someone was going to call you this evening." 0_0 I was furious! This is not only unprofessional, it's ridiculous and I don't plan on ordering from Sam's Beauty ever again. I immediately cancelled the order and was able to order this hair from another company, Hair to Beauty, the same day) April 1,2016. I did the two day delivery and received it first thing today. Although I had to pay more for the two day shipping option, their customer service was worth it. This was my first time shopping with Sam's Beauty and unfortunately my last. I can't believe you treat customers this way.

I purchased a wig in 27F30. I was sent the wig in color 30. I requested a full refund. The process is long and drawn out. I was only able to get a response by filing a claim with BBB. The company told BBB they denied my claim and notified me. They sent a denial to me a day after misrepresentation to BBB. Moreover, they are refusing to issue a return authorization code. Check out the number of BBB complaints and problems on their Facebook page.
I posted my issue in their fb page... now it seems I have been blocked from further postings.

Samsbeauty once again came thru like the Retail Warriors that they are! I have placed another order - testing out their true commitment to customer service and they absolutely delivered; on point - within 3-5 days of placing my second order - so Samsbeauty just doesn't deliver exceptional customer service to first time customers - exceptional customer service is what they stand for; its their brand!- Thank you Samsbeauty - continue to show your competitors how business should be done!

I am amazed at how quick I got my package. I read reviews after ordering at Samsbeauty, and I literally got worried because of all the negative reviews on here. I started to prepare myself incase I don't receive my package. But wait a minute, I made my order on Monday and I my package was delivered on Thursday, if that's not good customer service, I don't know what to say. I'll order again and again. Thanks Samsbeauty, I'm so excited. I had no issues at all. Keep it up!

I can't imagine ordering from this company for a second time, and having to wait almost a week this coming Tuesday. And I've wrote them, emailed them, and called them (no answer), and at one time I thought they were an okay company until now.
Now I'm going to call my bank to open a dispute to get my $136 back because there playing with the wrong one. I don't do business like this and they need to be stopped, and as well closed down from doing no good business. How sad but there get what's coming to them, because God don't like ugly.
How sad- don't order anything from this company if your spending over $50 dollars, because this has been the first time I've ever experienced this from this company and I've ordered from them before. Really makes me mad that there do something like this to someone who makes a honest living, and they want to steal from hard working ppl. So so so sad... BEWARE

She Gets Slick At The Mouth HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I Wish It Was A Corporate Number I Could Call Thats Over Them To Report Them. Ive Never Had An Experience Like This With Any Other Hair Company I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN BEWARE OF THIS HAIR COMPANY.

I order some makeup brushes from sambeauty.com. Someone from samebeauty.com try to use my prepaid card to order pizza from Domino's Pizza in Bronx, New York, Century Twenty One #72 in New York and other places. $#*!esss! The joke is on you. Lol, yall though that yall was going to get free money and items from me, no not going to happen! People avoid sambeauty.com so you won't become a victim of theft and use prepaid cards to make purchase online. Warning Warning! sambeauty.com is fraud, don't become they next victim.

This company is a big huge scam. Look at every single positive review of them anywhere and it's CLEARLY them trolling. Every single account is obviously bogus. I'm reporting them to every agency I can because they are ripping people off left and right. They manufacture tracking numbers, place bogus inventory on their site, and lie and cheat when confronted. Do yourself a favor and buy your beauty products from ANYONE else but these people. I finally ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank in order to get my money back after they scammed me. What they are doing is reprehensible and eventually they will be caught.

I ordered an item recently on Sunday and today (Thursday) I have still not gotten any update on shipping it still Preparing supposedly. When I called several times they do not answer from th number provided. I also sent numerous emails and they don't respond until days later any don't even answer questions asked. This has been the worst online experience I've EVER had. I thought everything would go easy and my order would be here as expected but in fact it was the exact opposite DO NOT let the products and cheap prices fool you. I waited 4 days as told and my items still did not ship. Wast of my time and money! I went through all this hassle just to have to cancel my order. Ladies, if you want cute cosmetic products or hair I suggest you order from a different site or just go to a beauty supply store. TERRIBLE SERVICE
