I found this site online after searching for a certain style hair that I really really wanted. Then I got very nervous because they had a bunch of awful reviews. After reading the complaints I realized their problem may not be mines (ie the payments type, past issues, problem with order etc.) So I gave it a chance. The color I requested was not available a rep left me a message and I called back, she actually helped more than she knew because I chose the wrong color scheme to begin with! I rec'd my hair a few days later and I was ecstatic. My hair was perfect and I got the hair in time for my daughters special day as well! I will definitely be ordering again.

I just had to take a moment and write about my wonderful experience at samsbeauty today. I had the best customer service ever for Samsbeauty! I have to say their service is incredible!
I absolutely love my hair I love the texture of the hair the color is so vibrant. I can honestly say people asking where did I got it from I told them Samsbeauty.com I receive the product in a timely manner and in good condition.

The only thing worth mentioning is that whoever wrote a positive review on 9 2115 obviously works for the company. Do not buy any merchandise from this company customer service is horrible shipping is horrible and the products are horrible. Come on they got bad reviews on sitejabber bad reviews on Yelp bad reviews with the Better Business Bureau bad reviews on Google there's no way that many people are going to make up a story about having horrible customer service. Find another rental company to get your products from another online retailer but not this company

This company is the worse and they need to be investigated because they are not professional and they scam people for their money and there products are not quality... The delivery time is just crazy it take like 3 weeks to receive 1 little item... I need to do a blog just on how terrible this company is, and how they care nothing about customer satisfaction which is a slogan on their webpage so they are false advertising on that because there customer service it the worse...

I usually read and take into consideration reviews written by consumers for most of my online purchases prior to ordering an item. Aside from maybe grocery shopping, all other shopping for me is done online. In this case, I am so glad I didn't read the reviews prior to making my purchases from this online store. I have made two separate orders within less than a month and have been very happy with the items received and the length of time taken to have them shipped. As a matter of fact, I am planning to place another order very soon.

I was leery of buying anything from Sam's after reading all the bad reviews, but their prices were so reasonable and the selection so good, I took the chance. They offered $4.99 flat-rate shipping and the wig I purchased was $10 less than similar wigs at my local beauty supply store.
I made my purchase on a Monday and received it on Friday, it was exactly as pictured. It looks good, not great (but that's the chance you take buying wigs online.) I had no problem with Sam's Beauty and will purchase from them again.

I've only ordered from Sam's Beauty twice! Usually, I would order from hairsisters.com and beautyofnewyork.com I started ordering from Sam's Beauty because my cousin recommended it to me! The first time I visited the site I was pleased at how low the wig prices were, but the shipping took about 7 days. I ordered from the site again and I still haven't received my package. Also, some of the wigs that I received from the site did not look the same when I got them. I am very impatient, so I wouldn't recommend it if you are just as impatient as me because they do not update the shipping process. I do like some of the products, but I will say there is a big difference from Sams beauty supply store online and if you just go to your local supply store. Online you have better options and you're paying the same prices so it's the same but all in all I'll stick to going to beautyofnewyork.com

I placed an order on 2/19/2015 that was supposedly received on 2/25/2015. I contacted customer service in regards to NOT receiving my shipment and was directed to contact my local carrier. The USPS has unfortunately been unable to track this package. Based on online reviews, this is a common occurrence with your company; customers order products that are never received yet show delivered on the USPS tracking website. I don't expect a response but I'm very upset I never received my products. My hair is falling out at an alarming rate and I was to begin transitioning to my natural hair using your wigs which look amazing online. This is very saddening and disappointing. Money that would have been well spent is now wasted. I don't know what kind of scam this company is running but I will NEVER order from Sam's Beauty again.

Were very quick to take my money almost 14 days in finally I get an email from them saying they only had one of the items I ordered and not the other and asked me to call them to see if I wanted a refund or replace it with another item... almost 7 days of me attempting to get a hold of them with no success... they finally emailed me saying since I didn't get a hold on them they were going to ship the one item and refund the other... well they shipped it ups... they fave me a tracking number and everything... well It came to the day it said it would arrive and I never got it so I emailed their customer service and got a response 4 days later saying they weren't responsible and I had to fill out a claim with ups... needless to say I never gotmy product... you ccouldn't pay me to users them again... if I can score them a zero or negative I would! Buyer beware

I want to start off by saying that I don't work for this site or email I paid by them. I buy my hair from Sam's all the time, and very upset by sum of these reviews. I love this site because of the price n hair, I could go to other sites like black hair spray or hair sisters but they don't have the deals I like. I just received my package that I ordered on thursday. I got the ground shipping for this order, an got it today 02, 23, 15. It had everything inside along with a invoice that was inside. I got everything I ordered and very happy like always. Before I placed the order I chatted with Nicole from the site, she was very helpful since I wanted to know the difference from the flat rate and standard shipping which I found out that they was the same except the flat rate you paid 4.99 for. I thanked her for being helpful and truthful since they would be losing out on the extra money. The customer service is always great. I have never had a problem getting a hold of someone when I had questions. All you have to do is call within the posted hours. This is the best site to get your hair supply from, especially when you live in the middle of no where an most the ppl are white. The only other place to go will be Sally an I don't like them at all. I will continue to get my supply from here. And just to let you know I'm from Philadelphia but live in Bedford pa. Look it up. I hope this helps others out since I seen sum bad reviews here. Unfortunately I placed an order before searching for any reviews. All the statements below are true. I placed an order on 2/9/15 and didn't get an email until the afternoon of 2/12/15 that the quantity I wanted wasn't available. I tried calling but no one answered so I sent an email to have the money refunded and requested that the in stock items be shipped overnight for the inconvenience. I got an email Friday evening that the order was just shipped. I tracked the package on 2/15/15 and saw that it was only shipped with 3-day priority mail. Extremely poor customer service and I will never order from them again. If there is an issue with my refund for getting my merchandise I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
