This company needs to be shut down. All the reviews are the same. DON'T SHOP HERE. These people lie and you can't even talk to a live person. Instead of refunding my money, like I asked them to in countless emails, for an item they don't have in stock, they took it upon themselves to ship me some crap I didn't ask for. I just want my money back. This place should be prosecuted. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND ROBBERY/THEFT. I work for my things. I don't create fake websites to lure people in to take their money. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN

Don't Choose Sambeauty!

The item I was looking for was listed cheaper on the sambeauty website than anywhere else I could find. So I was excited about getting a deal when I placed my first order. However, it turned out the deal was no deal at all. Yes, the price was cheaper but I had to return the item and it was a huge hassle.

I mailed the item back via USPS and made sure to get a tracking number. I never received a refund so I finally called into sambeauty customer service and was told they never received the item back. Per the tracking number, the item was delivered back to them within the proper time frame. I have tried again to call several times to get this issue resolved but no one answers the phone or returns my call or emails.

The lesson I've learned from it all: A deal at sambeauty is no deal at all!

I dont quite understand how a company would give you the option to purchase an available item online and have 0 stock. I submitted my payments, and when i checked back two days later, the order status was, IN processing. I later received a call on the 5th day when it should have been out for delivery, to inform me that they were out of stock. Buy 1 get one free but yet you dont have the stock to meet the needs of what youre selling. Simple solution: DONT sell what you dont have.! If its not available block the option. I take this as a warning sign, after reading the other reviews I am convinced. Never Again!

I swear to god if I could give this bull$#*! $#*! company ZERO STARS I would, I will be reporting this company for the scam artists that they are, I've read so many reviews about this company and sadly they are all the same!
They take your money, they do NOT return your phone calls and they provide you with broken tracking numbers for UPS, I spent 115$ on they're website and My order is all $#*!ed up I usually order from Hairsisters.com (I love them, never have any issues and my $#*! is on time) but decided to give this bull$#*! $#*! company a try and Now I see why I've over looked them thus far, I would advise anyone looking to purchase cheap and quality hair, fast and great customer service to stray away from
