I placed an oder with Sams Beauty and I was checking to see if I could change the color of one of the wigs. I called and left a message and as they stated they would get back to me within one day, they didn't! Called three more times and just got the answering service! I told them in the last message that I would be contacting PayPal, that's when someone finally called me back! The girl said that your order shipped out on yesterday and you should receive it on tomorrow, and we sent you a shipping confirmation on yesterday, which was a lie! I told her that I did't get it, then she said will" I resend it," I said ok! I got the shipping conformation and it stated "your order was shipped today!" I like to shop around for the best prices, but if a company don't have what they are advertising, why show it? If a company can't honor it's policy, why be in business? Seems like some companies will send the wrong wigs or a poor quality wigs then try to give the customer a hard time in returning the items, so the company can keep the money!
I ordered 3 different types of crochet hair, a total of about 7 packs totally about $57. I received my package in a reasonable amount of time but the colors were nothing like I ordered, 27 and red. I was told I have 14 days to send it back for a refund but I had to pay $13 to send it back plus a 20% processing fee. I just sent it off today so I'll be expecting my money in a couple of weeks.
Order lost and no refund given. The worst customer service ever. Avoid them and shop elsewhere. The claims department hung up when I requested to speak tp a manager.

We approved either a reshipment or a store credit although our policy states we are not at risk of loss or theft. We did allow you to speak with the claims department manager who further more explained our policy regarding risk of loss and still offered you the same courtesy. At no time did Sam's Beauty representatives refuse to speak with you and we assisted you to the best of our ability within our policy. You store credit has been requested and will appear on your account within 1-3 days.
I placed an order with Sam's Beauty but received an email message informing me that they weren't able to verify my order due to the billing and shipping address being different. As most credible vendors allow you to send your order to a different address and thus didn't want to fax a copy of my utility bill as instructed in the email, I contacted the customer service number provided in an attempt to speak with an representative to see if they would either send the order to me at the preferred address or cancel the order. I missed the one call that I received from customer service representative and have not received any additional response back to the follow-up calls I made requesting a refund of my item. I also haven't received a reply to the email that I sent to the Sam's Beauty sales address requesting verification that the order would be cancelled per the site's policy and a refund for the amount charged issued to my account. At this juncture I have to assume this is a scam site and will pursue actions with my bank to receive my funds.

If you are a new customer, have different billing and shipping information and the order may be expedited. This is to protect our customer's from identity theft. I have dealt with wig companies for a lil while. On my journey I have not had any issues from the fellow companies I gravitate to. Samsbeauty is one that I have trusted along with divastress and elevatestyle and of course wigtypes and a few others. Good service!
I was a bit nervous at nervous to order hair online. But, SamsBeauty prices are fantastic. Needless to say I ordered my lace fronts & was completely satisfied with them. They came within 3 to 4 days which was great. I would completely recommend SamsBeauty to anyone. My only con is. Customer service could be more friendly!

Idk what the issue is with all these negative reviews, but I've ordered every month since the new year and this is the lowest priced, fastest shipping for buying wigs from Canada. I tell every one who asks where I get my units. I don't care about returns, I figure considering the distance I'm taking the risk for damage anyway. Only complaint? Wish there was free shipping promos available for Canada but that's about it!

This company is being reported to Illinois Consumer Affairs and Attorney General. They are refusing to refund my money for an item that they received back from me, with tracking, which is fraud. If you are having an issue with them I suggest you do the same.

So, I've recently tried Ebonyline.com for the first time. I have to say so far I love them. Compared to Sams beauty, and other similar retailer, they definitely are one of the best I've shopped at. Like many smaller businesses, their return policy could be much better. But, overall I highly recommend them. Also, there rewards program is the best I've seen in online beauty retailers. Rather than, being allowed to use your points on just non-hair items. Ebonyline allows you to redeem your points for 7$ off your entire purchase. There prices are in the same ranges as Sams beauty, and similar beauty retailers. Give them a try! I can almost guarantee you will be a customer for life.
Melinda Smith, In regards to the charge back you opened with your credit card company stating your whole order was fraudulent and unauthorized purchase, you did receive a full refund from your credit card company while being dishonest with them. You received your order with all items in perfect condition and requested a prepaid return label for one item due to the snap clip being unsnapped when the item arrived. We only send prepaid label for defected, damaged or wrong items. We informed you the process to request a regular return for your item. Your response to our company was to make a dishonest claim of fraud to your credit card company and we simply explained to you that you could no longer order with us. You have been placed on fraud and all orders you attempt to place will be cancelled immediately.
I read some of Sam's beauty responses an they ate lyars an like the girl said the manager is very rude an told me not to contact them any more an the lying $#*! bastards say they send you shipping an tracking in ya email I got no type of tracking number until I called about my packages she gon have the nerve to say oh by the way here is your tracking into its to late I should of got it when I placed my order they are scams an money hungry people an don't care about our items at all they just want the money an I can't believe the BBB is letting them get away with bad customer service we need to fight deese company's for our rights wat happen to customer is always right an your not aloud to be rude as a business person or manager

My first and last time ordering from SamsBeauty. I ordered about 3 weeks ago from them and I spent almost 40 dollars on their company. When the shipment came they didn't send it to my house because of something with the address, so I called USPS about it and samsbeauty. They told me they would resend it to me and I can pick it up at my local post office but instead of doing that it got resent to the samsbeauty facility. I was really upset so I called them and they told me that to resend it, I would be charged for another shipping fee!
Instead of arguing with her (which I shouldve) I just simply asked for a refund. It's been over a week and I still haven't gotten an email about it so I called yesterday about it and customer service told me I would get it soon. They later sent me a refund email staying they would only refund me back 20.44. Like never again I spent all that money on this company... I follow people on Instagram and YouTube who use this company so I'm very disappointed at this point
Tasheara Paige, in regard to your return to sender package, the package was returned to us because you had not entered your apartment number for delivery. In these situations we would require the payment for reshipping the item to the correct address and unit number as we would have to pay the shipping carrier to reship that package to you. The package was not returned to us due to any error on Sam's Beauty part. Our policy located on our website under return policy does state and refunds for return to sender package are less a 10% restocking fee as well as the difference of any promotional shipping that no longer applies to your order. This information was explained to you when you contacted us. We apologize that you feel inconvenience, but all of our policies were available for you to view before you placed your order and you also agreed to the same policy upon placing your order with us. In the future please make sure your shipping address information is correct to insure you will receive that package.
I was skeptical of ordering because of the bad reviews. But I am completely satisfied with this company. I ordered on Monday March 20. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation. So I was worried. I emailed them Wednesday, and they stated it was still processing. I needed my order by the weekend so I emailed them to cancel. The rep. Called me 5 minutes later. She was so nice I decided not to cancel. But she wasn't sure when My order would come. My order came Friday March 24th. Just in time. I know there are some negative reviews. And I know how important reviews are for i am a business owner. So maybe this store under new management or something cause I am very satisfied customer. Thank you

I placed an order on feb 3rd paid the $9 which is ridiculous for shipping... the place is in Morton Grove, IL I live in Chicago IL it only should have taken a couple days to get to me! Over a month later nothing I've received nothing I track it and says preshipment label has been printed it's been saying that since February 4th I am infuriated

Although you did place your order on 2/3, you did not report to Sams Beauty that you had not received your package until 3/8 a day after you posted this review. We are unable to assist you with a lost package if we are not aware that your package had been lost in transit with USPS. At this time on the same day you have reported your lost package we have processed a reshipment for the item you did not receive. An order confirmation has been sent to you and you will receive the tracking information when the order has shipped. We will never refuse to assist you in this type of case. I placed my order on February 24,2017 around 6-7p. M so the next day which was February 25,2017 i received an email saying my order had been shipped. I ordered 1 pack of hair, closure, glue, & a hair net, everything i ordered was all in the box everything in my box was correct. Nothing was used or damaged when i received the package today which is March 1,2017 & not to mention the hair that i ordered was for a really reasonable price compared to that same pack of hair here in North Carolina, anyways I'm a very satisfied customer & I'll continue to order my hair supplies from this company

I ordered 3 wogs from sams beauty when the package arrived there were only 2 wigs i emailed them they emailed a denied investagation saying something about the weight i dint give a damn about no weight all i now is i ordered 3 wigs and there was only 2 in the box that arrived... I WILL NEVER ORDER A DAMN THING FROM THESE CROOKS EVER AGAIN!

It is stated on your order confirmation that your order can be selected for verification usually if you are a new customer, different billing and shipping info and the order is expedited. If acceptable verification is not received in time the order is cancelled and refunded. To avoid this issue you can pay using PayPal and will never be asked for verification. I will never ever ever ever buy anything from this site again! Customer service is rude! I asked for a refund because my shipment never arrived, I kept asking questions like why can't I just cancel it, do you have notes, can't you see I talked to several people? They said they can't help me cause I'm asking too many questions! This was a so called manager I was speaking with as well.

I have been using Samsbeauty.com to buy synthetic weeks for about 6 months. I always receive tracking information via e-mail, and all orders have arrived within a week. They also have great sales every weekend.

I ordered from them several times. The first time the order took a little longer than expect and the wig looked awful. The second time it was over a week and it still said processing so I cancelled. The third time I ordered only because the product I wanted was cheaper here. The print my address wrong on the label and it post office sent it back. I looked on my account to see if I entered the address wrong and I didn't. I called the company to let them now that they entered my address wrong and they blamed me for their mistake. So asked them to resend it and they told me it would be $11.99 to resend and I already paid $4.99 for shipping. The item was only $24.99 and I would pay almost half of the price for the item to resend. I asked for a refund and they told me it would be a restocking fee for a item I never received because of their error. So I lost about $9 and wasted a month fight with them for an item I never received. Worst company ever!

The average order does ship within 1-4 days not including the weekend. I ordered a bunch of items from them. Almost 2 weeks later, the order status still says it's processing. I had to leave a comment on their instagram page to find out what was going on. I then got an email stating that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. How can they sell something they know they don't have in stock? I got another email saying they would remove that 1 item from my order and refund me the money for that item. The other items were supposed to ship. Still no tracking number since then. This is a horrible site with even worse customer service. I've been sending emails and reaching out to them on instagram. Still nothing. I want my REFUND!

Our processing time does not include the weekend. Our policy does state some items may not be available for immediate shipping also some item's may become unavailable during processing for reasons such as we may have had only 1 in our inventory but that item may have been damaged in some way.
