Where is my refund for an order number **************790 for $35.93 and my apology from your uncaring staff. I placed an order 9/6/2017 and never received this order, it was around the time of the Hurricane in Texas, never got this package, 1st contact Samsbeauty and then I contact the UPSP services and file a lost/ stolen report, call back Samsbeauty and gave them this information. SamsBeauty sent me an email stating the package was delivered and what would i like them to do? I am a senior on a fixed income and this was my first order with this company and last, I have posted in my church for others senior not to purchase from this site, due to the fact they could care less about you getting your product, I did not wanted the money back, I only wanted the product i order, but since they are so unprofessional and unconcern about consumer i no longer want the product to advertise their business to anyone. I will file a complaint against this company with the better business when I complete this form, its wrong to treat people in such a manner. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? HAD I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING I WOULD HAVE NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I HAVE SENIORS FOUND ANOTHER HAIR PLACE TO SHOP, ITS HAIR TO BEAUTY. COM. I ordered hair never recieved the package because UPS kept saying receiver refused package because someone in IL put an intercept on my package. So my package went from WA to IL 2× and would havr kept bouncing back and forth. When I spoke to the very uninterested customer service rep she kept saying it says here you refused the package. I could not beat it in her head enough that the package was never delivered. I ordered on 9/26/17 ground shipping and UPS says it was refused on 9/27/17? How did a ground package make it from IL to WA state overnight? It NEVER did. Instead of her offering to contact UPS she kept telling me there was nothing she could do about it because it said I refused. So after I asked who owns the company so I could inform them as to how 110% customer satisfaction wasnt being met( thats what the website says) she said the owner doesnt speak to customers. Fine. What is their name? She sais didnt I just tell you they dont speak to customers. I asked to speak to someone over her. She said she would have her manager call me. Manager calls and I explain she OFFERS to contact UPS like the first rep should have done instead of disregarding what I had told her. Needless to say I had to go to UPS and they printed out the shipping history from my package and he offered to contact the company for me. Hr on the phone and chest pains from stress arguing with the Sams rep is keeping me from checking on the progress of the situation today. Ill call Monday and let the info sink in their heads over the weekend. Much too much. Id rather pay more money. Sonewhere else and get the service I deserve.

I purchased two wigs from this company that night the money was withdrawn from my account as a pre-authorization charge. When I looked in the website it continued to say the items were still in my cart and had not been purchased yet the money was withdrawn from my account. I contacted the company and asked them why th items were still in my cart although the money was withdrawn from my account. They said my billing address was not accurate which it clearly was as the money showed taken out from Sams beauty. Currently working in a solution but theyre trying to keep my money and not send my products.

When an attempt is made on our website and it does not go through, it leaves a pre-authorization pending charge on the account. This may appear as debited but it is not completed. We will not capture the funds for this pending charge. Pending authorization charges are typically released withing within 24 to 48 business hours. This can differ as some banks have a specific time frame they wait before pending holds are released. I never ever ever leave reviews but I thought this time was warranted. I reordered hair from SAMSBEAUTY.COM which I'd previously picked up at my local beauty supply. While hair I received was similar curl pattern, luster, length, thickness and texture were COMPLETELY different. I called customer service and they offered no consolation stating that manufacturers make drastic changes to hair all the time and that I could not get a refund since I had installed hair. Buy at your own risk.

I ordered hair from Sam's Beauty and the picture showed ombre hair. When I received the hair it was not ombre. I tried to reach out to customer service and they said I couldn't exchange it and if I returned it I would have to pay a fee and couldn't get all my money back. When I tried to explain, I was ignored. I'll never shop here again!
Our color policy on our site states, "SamsBeauty.com has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that are shown on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using." As far as exchanging a product, you are unable to do so because we do not do exchanges only returns. In able for you to return an item, the item has to be returned in brand new condition within 14 days of the original delivery date. Customers are responsible for the postage back for a return and shipping cost on your original order are not refundable. We apologize for the confusion.
Samsbeauty refuses to accept any of my unopened returns, but accepts all my business! Customer service is very unprofessional. I need another place to shop! Any recommendations?

Those items cannot be resold and were all discarded and you were provided with a refund. Your return from October 2016 was refused due all the items not being in original condition and the consistent return of used items. At this time, the customer service manager informed you were no longer able to return items but could continue purchasing at your own discretion. You continued to purchase from us and have not returned any items since. SamsBeauty will never refuse a customers return without reason. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience of this situation.
I purchased a couple wigs from Sams Beauty, and when they arrived I saw that one of them was an outrageous color. I never tried the wig on or anything, but could see that the color was way too bright for me (I am very dark skinned). I sent an email requesting a return, which they denied because they claimed I wore the wig, solely based on my wording. I said in the email that the color "looks horrible on me" which should have been the "color would look horrible." They refused to take the wig back even though I pleaded with them and told them that I never wore it and they were free to inspect it. They didn't budge, so I am out $35 for a wig I CANNOT and WILL NEVER wear.

If there is an indication that the wig has been tried on, the returns department has to deny your return. Our return policy states, "Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged." Per our policy, we are unable to accept any items that have been tried on. A manager contacted you and provided you with a resolution. You are able to return the item and it will be inspected upon arrival by the returns department. The returns department will process your return as long as the item is brand new as you are stating. We apologize you had to go through this situation but we are glad it has been resolved.
Ive never purchased with this vendor before, but due to my experience with companies whom ive read bad reviews on and still ordered which was my worst mistake, I cant purchase from here, especially not with the history of bad vendors I have had due to ignoring bad reviews. The fact the the vendor replies to every bad review by stating how the customer was wrong, tells me everything i need to know! We all know the customer is not always right, but as a vendor you keep your opinions to yourself and keep it nice and professional. I'm all set! FYI Sams, your reviews can make or break you.
So, yeah I just received an email stating that the item is out of stock. I find it suspect, since I emailed sams beauty customer service due to my item still in processing mode since 08/12/17 on 08/16/17 yet she didn't say anything to me about the item being out of stock. Here it's been 6 days since I placed this order, money has been removed from my card--why even take the money out when the item advertised isn't even available? Why even promote the item when it's not even in stock and force customers to wait days wondering why processing taking an absurd amount of time? Instead of being honest and saying we are currently out of the item, item won't be available until such and such I got nothing until I emailed them. I never shopped online and it takes 6 days to process an order. A day or 2 yeah--but never days and with zero emails from seller explaining why item is taking so long. Now I have to wait 2-10 days to get my refund. It's a good thing I already ordered the hair from somewhere else and I hadn't set up my hair appointment yet. This was going to be my one and only purchase from this place anyways. I'm just flabbergasted by this "business"
Worst company policy ever! Before placing my order I actually called the customer service line. Considering it's a $200 order I wanted to make sure I received the package so I need a request signature confirmation delivery. Was told it would be between $7-$14 additional. No problem. Placed the order ground shipping & called customer service who informed me it's not $7-$14 dollars it's $21 because I need to also pay shipping on a $200 order. (Orders over $60 is usually free shipping but I no longer qualify for that due to signature request) When I questioned the manager why the quote change I receive the most ridiculous response. "Ma'am we do not like to quote over the phone rates however since you FORCED the representative yesterday to quote shipping cost this is why it's inaccurate." WHAT!? Totally confused. I told her I have no problem paying $14 but I refuse to pay an additional $7 for shipping that I'm entitled to. Would not wave shipping fee. So they just lost a $200 sale behind $7. I'm all for supporting local businesses. I'm all for supporting black businesses. However when will they support us? Totally disappointed with Sams beauty and looks like I'm ordering from a different company from now on.
Horrible customer service. Do not waste your hard earned money. I have ordered from Sam's Beauty in the past without any issues. However, this last time I ordered I was sent a wig that was not in new condition. I sent pictures of the wig to show the claims department the condition of the wig. They denied me a refund and when I contacted customer service they said it was nothing they could do. I work too hard for my money and I can guarantee you Sam's Beauty will not be receiving my business again.
Pineapple wave hair is horrible constant tangles and shedding try to post in their website but they will not post it! The picture I posted is just from me passing my fingers through the hair tons more on my bathroom sink.
I ordered from this website Friday and I have to say that most of the "reviews" are really complaints stemming from a lack of comprehension. You can't return sale items (something many online stores do), lost and stolen packages are not their problem, shipping and processing for a return must be made by you, processing time is cut-off at 1pm, etc. these are ALL stated in their terms of use and return policies. Reading is fundamental.
Worst wig I ever purchase. Wig was thick and corse could not use a curlung iron on it as suggested. Looked nothing like the pictures on YouTube save your money. Better off going into your local beauty supply store and seeing what you get for your money. Lies lies lies
I must say the reviews are horrible. But I have ordered from Sams countless times and nevr had a problem. I live in Canada and they were always on point with my order. They answered their phone (unlike some companies). Sams was my go to and I will continue to recommnend them. The only reason I stopped ordering is have alopecia and make my own wigss quality virgin hair only. Their prices are CHEAP, so don't complain and remember, you get what you pay for.
They definitely had the lowest prices online and nice cheap shipping and handling, I was skeptical having read reviews on here but I went ahead and purchased from the sight in an attempt to save money. My order was placed the 25 and I got my stuff today... so not a bad wait at all. My only issue however is that my 2 color Cuban twist hair looks like a 1 and my 99j looks like T530.
So I recently bought some false eyelashes from the place, looked good so I tried them on. Never and I say NEVER buy them. THey don't even stay on, MOST IF THE LASHES FALL ON JUST WHEN I USED THEM!
I placed and order with Sams Beauty, and received an email that my order has been returned to them. If I would like that I may pay shipping or cancellation fee of 10.00. I called and spoke with Kenisha who claims to be the manager. Nonetheless, she was rude talking over me. I gave my correct mailing information which she refused to contact UPS for resolve the shipping issue. I was also told that this only happens to only a few people, so she had taken it upon herself and cancelled my order! I am totally disgusted with the company.

Unfortunately when a package is returned to sender due to insufficient address it is policy that you would be required to pay a reshipment fee in order to have the package reshipped as we are required to pay that fee to the shipping carrier for the reshipment service. It is unbeknownst to us the reason the address was found to be insufficient but that would be conversation to be had with the UPS facility in your area. Canisha the Sams Beauty Manager did inform you correctly of our policies and did give you the option to pay for your reshipment or receive a refund less 10% return to sender processing fee. These policies are always available to be viewed via our website. Once the package has shipped from our facility the responsibility of said package is directed to the recipient and the shipping carrier, therefor it was your responsibility to contact UPS regarding the insufficient address issue. THIS COMPANY IS SO SHADY. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE THE WORST. They cancelled an order that I placed because of "fradulent order history" 3 years ago. How is it fraudulent when I never received my order? And they werent giving me my money back until i notified my bank. I don't even shop with this company because of this same issue. I will take my business somewhere else.

You credit card company contacted and stated that you explained to them the purchase from our website was not authorized by you in August of 2014.
