SammyDress has a lot of choice and you can always find something to buy. Their customer service is great and provides updates on what it happening to your order throughout the process. Their prices can't be beat and the quality it great. If I could give one area of improvement it would be the shipping fees could be lower to beat others out there with free delivery but when you add the cost of your item and the shipping cost they come up almost even so if they lower their shipping fees they wouldn't be beat by anyone.

This whole experience has been ridiculous. Whatever system is monitoring their transactions is repeatedly refunding anything I try to purchase. I have tried at least 3 times to make a purchase through this site and am now at my wits end! My money can go elsewhere for all I care. The service has been terrible! Any time I ask about why this is happening they send a response that doesn't really answer anything and leaves them with 0 credibility! All I'm ever told is to make a wire transfer... never where to go to do so, or giving me a second chance to make a purchase. I only use paypal for the security of the transaction but every time I make one, my business is promptly rejected.

I ordered eight (8) items from Sammy Dress and I was happy with my order. They looked just as the photos even better. However, one of my tops did not arrive and this is very distasteful. Nevertheless I contacted Sammy Dress and I was refunded for it. I also purchased a Snow Flake light but when it arrived it was stars instead of snowflakes, once again I contacted Sammy Dress and I was refunded. I have been ordering from Sammy for years now and I am mostly very satisfied with my purchases. Great clothes at a great price.The very same clothes that other websites sell for much more money. Yes they messed up my orders but they always rectify the situation.

I always have really good experiences with Sammy Dress. Their items are great quality yet very affordable. I always do the fastest shipping so my items always arrive quickly, I would not recommend the cheapest shipping. Their sizes do run small but the sizing charts are pretty reliable and the items do look similar to their pictures. Also the customer service team are super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company

I'm not loyal customer at Sammydress site, but I have a good experience when shopping. I am truly sorry you do not have enough product for free shipping, but the products that I bought earlier were delivered on time. Product quality is on a very good level and I am very satisfied with the cooperation with this site. Help Center is always available to provide any help.

First order was great. Second time I ordered from them, I only received part of one order (2 pieces out of 8 or 9), with no message explaining why. I had to argue for a refund on remaining items. Another order I placed, I never received, and had to contact them multiple times, again. I got a partial refund because I did not insure the package and it "wasn't their fault", according to the messages sent to me. I will NEVER shop with them again. Out of 5 orders, they got one correct that only had 1 item. Out of the other 15+ items I ordered only 2 arrived! Paying the shipping fees on orders that never arrived is ridiculous!

I've been using Sammydress for several years and I love it. I've gotten some great items for amazing prices and have been really impressed by the customer service.

I think sometimes people have negative experiences because they don't pay attention to a few things: 1. Don't go by your normal size. Instead, use the measurements provided for each item. For one item, you might be an XL and for another you might be a S. 2. Pay attention to the details and material of every item. I usually try to avoid the clothing made from polyester, which can sometimes feel cheap, but many of the cotton, cotton blend, or chiffon items are lovely. 3. Look at reviews from other users if they're posted. I look specifically for people talking about the material and fit. 4. Try to do expedited shipping and include shipping insurance if you can - that gives you a tracking number for your package. With expedited shipping, I've gotten some orders in less than a week. That's amazing when the items are coming from Asia! 5. Recognize that you're buying clothing that may not last forever, but that will often be good for a few seasons and that has saved you money! 6. Reach out to customer support if you need it - they're quick and helpful.

If you're a smart consumer, you can revamp a huge part of your wardrobe for very cheap and get cute, trendy clothes for cheap. I LOVE Sammydress!
