The clothes really bad quality and two items were missing. Tried to message them the response was very poor, very unhelpful. After four months they have not replaced my missing goods or gave me a refund. I had to pay £22 for custom duty.
So I ordered earrings from this website for my friends birthday and it said 7-25 days so now I'm just waiting for it to come in.

I placed a couple orders 5 weeks ago. I bought 1 dress the first time. My problem is that I never actually registered an account with SammyDress(stupid I know) so I was never issued a tracking number to see where my items actually were. I emailed the support email and never heard back from them. So who knows where that order is.
The second order was also five weeks ago and I actually registered with SammyDress and had a login to track my items. About a week ago I checked and the status still stated that in was in some Chinese sorting center. It's strange, because I checked today and now it states that the "information is not available". So this website is a no go. Nice prices, but the shipping of 24 hours is a joke. Expecailly when I payed 15$ Extra on a dress that was 30$.

I ordered a pair of shorts a month ago and I never received them, so I went online to see what was going on and it said ORDER STATUS CANCELLED! I never cancelled my order, and they never gave me my money back, WORST SERVICE EVER
I am convinced sammydress is a scam, and they hire people to post positive reviews on their website and other sites to perpetrate the scam. I placed an order on their website. My credit card was charged within 24 hours, but 20 days later, I still had not even received any shipping information. I submitted multiple tickets on their website and tried calling their customer service phone number. I never got a response. Their customer service phone rings and rings before cutting off in a dial tone. Finally, I submitted a dispute on PayPal and a dispute with my bank. Stay away!

- After about a month I noticed that one of the items had been refunded back onto my card, so I knew I wouldn't be getting that. (Still not sure why, I didn't receive an email or anything)
- Then, about 6 weeks from the date I placed the order, I got 2 of the items.
- Although it took a long time, the dresses were the same quality as something you'd find at Forever 21 or Love Culture.

First of all your are going to pay a heavy delivery price cause it comes from China, then you will recieve from your country's custom a Taxe (quite a big amount to pay) because again it comes from China. So adding up all that, the price of each item becomes very expensive!
And last the products are of bad quality, the sizes are not respected and YOU CAN'T SEND BACK THE ITEMS because it's AT YOU EXPENSE!
It is not for real. I ordered a bunch of stuff from there that was supposed to ship in 3 days and paid extra for it to ship in 24 hours. 2.5 weeks later I start complaining and they tell me they cancelled my order for complaining and I had to file a claim with paypal to get a refund. I placed my order in november and they pretty much ruined Christmas as I will not get the refund in time to shop locally.

This website is a gamble. Yes, they have pretty things for low prices. However, there is a shipping price attached to everything. I've gotten charged for items which claimed free shipping, and items which claim 24 hour shipping that arrived yesterday-- That is almost 2 months after stated price.
If they don't have the item you request, they will give you the closest thing they have. This may mean you order 3 XXL and 2 XL Men's vests, and you get something labeled L but fits a Sm women well.
I also ordered 3 purses, which came in the wrong color. I wanted to match dresses to purses, but that didn't work.
I also ordered 3 dresses which are 1 inch smaller than the said price, and the waist is really high on the dress. If you are tall, or you have breasts, good luck.
The tape measure I ordered is completely inaccurate on the inches side.
In fact, nothing I ordered was what I expected.
However, if you are planning on reselling, and not using the items themselves, it may be worth the gamble. The quality isn't bad for the price, but after shipping, it isn't worth it if you live in America.
I received a partial refund on the vests, because they were obviously off on size. They gave me a 20% discount."

I ordered 10 items from sammydress.com. The shipping came in 1 month after I placed the order. Shipping cost is expensive. All the clothing items were all wrinkled up being packed in a really small white envelope.
Two necklaces and 1 earring came in broken, but I managed to fix them myself and they are still usable. Out of the 10 items, there is only 1 item I really like, the others are either do not like so much of just ok. Overall quality of their clothing is not good (fabric is cheap, sewing quality is poor), sometimes the item does not look like the picture shown on their website. The pics are sometimes deceptive.
They sent me a wrong item (I ordered a long-sleeve top but they sent me the short-sleeve version). I email them. They said I have to send them the wrong item (reasonable) and I have to pay for the shipping (I disagree strongly because I am not the one who made the mistake, but why should I be the one who got penalised). They persuaded me to accept the $5 refund and keep the wrong item. I refused, I just want the correct item I ordered. The issue hasn't been resolved yet.
