It has been a week since I ordered a watch. I'm very picky about what I buy, this was a style I thought I could live with. I received two emails. On July 31st I received an email that order number such and such has shipped out, with one tracking number. On Aug 1 I received another email stating that order number such and such shipped out and it had a different tracking number. I had not realized this website/online store was based in China. That's concern number one. I paid via paypal hoping that will give me some measure of protection if I need to request a refund. In doing so, I clicked on shipping address is same as billing (in paypal), and my address was automatically filled out. I don't understand why when I live in new jersey, the shipping address they have for me on sammydress.com is my town and my zip code, but in alabama? That's concern number 3. I hope with the correct zip code, if my item is en route, it'll find me. Concern number 4 is how my tracking numbers don't work. I googled china post. My tracking number doesn't match any in any of the shipper descriptions. The link provided in the email they sent to me returns a 404 error. I'm just very worried that I just lost $18.83.

If I receive my item in tact and working, I'll raise my rating. Until then, I've not received any clear concise answers to my questions and my rating will remain a NEGATIVE one.

Do not purchase from this company. The quality is rubbish. When i asked for my refund within the 7 day period they tried to resolute it by offering me $6 back on my order. Which was a joke. Then they offered me $10 back and a 4% coupon code (why would i buy from them again if i wasnt happy in the first place beats me!?). The quality is not what comments make out to be, and they do not offer a full refund, or even offer to refund the shipping amount at least. I will make sure all sites are aware of this. I was also told they didnt have the items i wanted in stock even though the site said it did have them. It also stated they would ship within 24 hours. Mine took a week to ship! Pffft

Ordered 8 items and was told that they aren't all in stock! I wanted expedited shipping because I needed them within 12 days but now I'm told that my other items won't be in for another 9 days and then I have to wait for packaging time plus shipping time. I really wish I knew about this before I placed a big order

So this is my story, bought more than 100 dollars in items, never received them, sent more than 50 emails (NO JOKE) trying to find a resolution with the customer service, spoke with ALL of them, agents, supervisors and manager, the agents obviously didn´t help at all, my tracking number was on hold since the beginning, stuck somewhere in China, and keep on telling me that i have to wait, giving me tons of excuses, and yes i wait 7 MONTHS, the way that they deal with me was absolutely rude and unprofessional, felt several times that they were making fun of my situation, decided to post everywhere the bad experience on their Facebook page until they blocked me, finally i posted in one internet page about reviews of clothes online, apparently very important for them because they asked me immediately to erase the post so they can return my money, they said that i have to erase it so they can give me back my money, at this point i really didn't care about the money, told them that ill erase it if they return the money, so, they did it, it didn't take more than one minute to do it, plus, they took almost half of the money, so i ended up receiving 70 dollars only, PLEASE DONT BUY HERE, I had time to read a lot of comments about this website and most of them are very bad, maybe i was "lucky" to find this web site, but believe me, they always ended up telling you that the items are out of stuck.

I am very disappointed with the "service" from SammyDress. I am an American who currently has a business in Ghana (Western Africa). I should not be required to pay via Western Union JUST because I happen to currently be in Africa. This is a DISCRIMINATORY practice. I could accept that their system does not allow for a credit card payment from some areas, but if I have the proper credentials and authorization to pay via PayPal, and the transaction successfully is confirmed, THEN why should they decide that they didn't like my and issue a refund, asking me to pay again via Western Union? That's just wrong. I refuse. I'll simply buy from another vendor like TheLees or Doublju --both who have had no issue taking my money. They have wasted my time.

Just as a warning to others, any time that a company requests that someone send them payment via Western Union, it is a good bet that the company or transaction is a scam. If I had acquiesced to their request, then I would would have possibly been out of a couple hundreds dollars with no recourse or way to recoup my loss...

I had ordered 7 items and after a week had not received a tracking #. So I contacted customer support who finally informed that 2 of my items were out of stock and another wouldn't be in stock until later and that I could either choose items to replace them or get a refund. So I opted to replace the items.

Except, the items I chose (that said on the product page were in stock) were also out of stock. So I chose, yet again, some different items. Those ones were actually in stock.

However, because I chose more items to replace the ones that weren't available (one of the sweaters was higher in price so I had chose 2 items lesser in price to replace it) they wanted me to pay more shipping.

I found this to be unfair as it was their mistake to begin with to let me purchase items that weren't in stock to begin with. PLUS they didn't even tell me about it until I asked a week after placing my order for a tracking #. PLUS the items I chose to replace them that were also said to be in stock were also out of stock.

It just seemed to be one big hassle to receive my order and so I asked for a full refund. It's too bad really because the items I ordered were really cute.

Sammydress is a total scam and they think your are an idiot! My order number is: MM************** I paid over 500$ for 26 items, only received a few, after waiting over 2 months for the remaining items (14 items were missing) and asked numerously times to get the the tracking number (which they never provided me with). I'm told that my shipment was destroyed by the post office after 2 delivery attempts and no one was home to sign for the package... worst Sammydress is offering to pay me 50% of my ''loss''. That is the stupidest lie ever and that totally insulted my intelligence:
1- I'm in Canada, and at every attempt the post office always leaves a notice (no notice was ever received)
2- Even if they couldn't deliver the package because no one was home, the post office would never destroy it, it always sends back to the sender
3- If Sammydress really sent the package, why can't they provide me with the tracking number?
4- They can't provide me with a tracking number but suddenly my package was registered and no one home to sign for it?

Dear Sammydress employees... for your information, signature is requested only for registered package, and if that is the case, you must provide me with the tracking number, if not I want my 100% money back because you never sent my items, if you did, please prove it by giving me the tracking number.

Firts of all, please accept our apologize.It's so sorry to make you so trouble.We shipped the available items to you in 2 packages, the rest items we've refunded to you on the 2013-06-17. I think you've already got the refund.One package we deliveried to you, when the package arrived your home, nobody sign in this package, and we don't know how do contact you, also left message to you, but no response. Finally, the package returned back to us.We also refuded to you on the 2013-08-06. About the second pakcage, because you're received it, so we can't refund your money back.If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.It's our responsibility to service for our customers.

The service at Sammy Dress is very bad. I had a problem with the delay of the shipment because it was not shipped with expedited service that I had paid for. When I inquired about their mistake, all I got of a response that I would receive my order soon. I know I would get my order soon but it should be here. I also ask about the delay of the handling time. It took a day longer for my order to ship out. I received no response about it. It was my first experience with Sammy Dress and it will be last one as well.

Sammy Dress tried to scam me out of $205.81.

When the prices weren't right once it had been sent to me, (a month late-even after paying expedited shipping, and also missing an item that they weren't going to refund me for), I asked if I could send it back and obtain a refund.

As soon as I said this, they answered me with a message saying that within the few hours between my previous message about the package, the package had been sent back and accidentally destroyed, and therefore I would only be able to receive 50% of my money back (minus expedited shipping costs, shipping insurance, and any refund for item they could not give me).

This sounded ridiculous and so I called the shipping company, and they sent the package back to me within an hour, and it was perfectly fine.

So once I told the company that I needed a refund, they tried to lie to me about the package having been destroyed so that they wouldn't have to refund me (even after paying shipping insurance).
They also tried to convince me to commit fraudulent activity so that I wouldn't want a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS WEBSITE.

At first I was nervous because of all the bad reviews, but I placed my orders, two separate ones, and in a month I received all but one item. They emailed me and told me the item was out of stock and with in 5 days the money plus shipping was back in my Paypal. The items are what I had expected being so cheap. They are nice materials and don't look cheap. So for me I had a great experience. I will order again.

Well, I have placed and order 07/11 and the order keeps saying "processing" and today is 07/19. I sent them a message asking for my tracking number and that is when they said 7 of my items were out of stock and if I wanted to "wait" until around 07/29. I said I do not wish to wait as I believe they are buying themselves time to avoid credit disputes and to send me the tracking number for the items they have in stock immediately. After reading the reviews here, if they do not ship everything within 3 days, I am going to contact my credit card company.

IF POSSIBLE I WILL GIVE – STAR OR NO STAR AT ALL!
NEVER VISIT THIS WEBSITE ‘SAMMY DRESS' THEY NEVER GOT ANYTHING IN STOCK. LOOK LOTS STUFF BUT IS EMPTY SHELL!
I gave them more than 15 options, hours and hours searching for them, back and forward email to replace 1 jacket and answer back to me ALL OUT OF STOCK! Are they LAZY to search or just want CON the money?!?! That jacket around £20 with around £8 for delivery (1kg weight) but they want me to accept 2 same wallet, (this wallet is replacement from 1kg bag to wallet already, what the $#*! I need so many wallet for?!?!?) cost less, around £4 and less weight, which is bag & jacket total weight/cost is 2kg & over £40! Paid for over £86, you can get so many stuff from Primark, H&M etc OR other website AND LESS HASSLE!
POOR WEBSITE=CON MONEY=FRUSTRATED

REMEMBER YOU STILL OWE ME 2 ITEMS OUT OF 5 ITEMS - YL******* & YG******* AND YET I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING!

I think most 5 out of 5 star ratings is rate by they own lazy staff!@^$@%#%$@^

The biggest problem in my experience is that the items you order look different from the ones in pictures when you receive them. Models look great but the real ones are sloppy. For example, I received some clothes with no button holes (I sewed them by myself!). Normally, size is too small. Once, I got a jacket that one shoulder length is longer than the other (ridiculous sewing!). So don't expect too much. Another thing is about shipping. Once it took almost two months (Flat Rate shipping) but received them right before Christmas. Men's clothing I bought for my boys were all right and actually they like them.

I stumbled across sammydress.com when I googled cheap online clothes over two months ago. On the website, the clothes and accessories looked really cute and well made so I got really excited and decided to order that same day. I ordered 23 items which was roughly $160 Canadian, delivery cost $78 which I didn't really mind because I got a 10% discount plus the items seemed really nice and priced so unbelievably low. Big mistake... My shipment didn't arrive until 6 weeks after I placed my order and to make things worse, I only received half of my order AND got charged $33 for custom clearance! What the hell?! 3 of the items were damaged, one has a small hole in the back and the other two have stains. Disgusting! Oh and their customer service stinks too and Im not gonna go any further into that, I just get so mad writing about it. It's been over 2 months now since I placed my order and I am still waiting for the rest of my clothes. I told sammydress to cancel the shipment and give me a refund but they denied and offered to give me a discount on my next order instead. Yeah, right. As if I would order from them again! Avoid this website like the plague. Their clothes are cheap for a reason. If you want to order nice clothes, order from yesstyle.com instead.

Bought more than once and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This website is a fraud. They take a zilion years to ship every order, not to mention the fact I never even got some of my orders and the one I got came with a missing item!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, they can't even speak english on the online chat.
If you buy I can sure you'll regret!

Well all of the clothes arrived after a month, and that's okay, since I'm from Denmark... But even though the clothes were cheap, they were not even worth it. Out of the seven items, I have two I use. Others were falling apart or were just horrible. I am not one to judge clothing that much, but I know that this was below the quiality it should have been for the money I used.
Sad that it had to happen, but at least two pieces were great quiality and I love them.

I got expedited shipping for a reason. It shouldn't take 2+ weeks just to ship something out... I also had to contact them before they let me know that 2 of the necklaces I ordered were out of stock... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY FAR AWAY! Or be prepared to wait a month+ for your items to ship...
