I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and my order still says "processing". When I messaged them to ask why it's taking so long they sent me a computer generated reply from 4 different sammydress employees that said I had to send them copies of the PayPal payment (even though the money was taken from my account 3 weeks ago) then they also wanted copies of my Passport, Credit Card and ID Document (like a drivers license). They said this was to avoid fraud but this sounds like a fraudulent scam to me. I have NEVER had to send any of these kinds of documents before when I've bought anything online. How useles now im sitting short of $300. I would definitely not buy from this website again, the products and price look good but why pay for something if you're never going to receive it?
Hmm... I think this is a pretty good site based on what I heard so far. I <3 the cheap clothing & it's very good quality. So far I absolutely love it. But I'm not so sure if I am loving the shoe sizes. I wear a size 9 & I don't know if I am 40, 41, 39 or a 38. Those the issues I am dealing with this site. I would like for someone to tell me what shoes size I need. Besides all of that I <3 the cheap prices. Rate? 9.8

I ordered from this site, mostly because my friend had ordered and got her stuff so i was pretty sure they were legit. Boy, was i wrong. Yes, the dresses are cute and well-priced but the service is (insert a word that means the EPITOME of awful). I ordered a dress, they took my money, i check the status of my order 3 weeks later, STILL WASN'T SHIPPED. Called their help line. MY DRESS WAS OUT OF STOCK. REALLY. YOU TOOK MY MONEY WHEN IT SAID IT WAS IN STOCK, AND NOW IT'S OUT OF STOCK?! Cool awesome wonderful great. Asked for a refund straight away. At least they got THAT to me in a reasonable time frame. Never again. If only there was a way to give this site no stars. So frustrating and not worth the wait.

I've ordered 7 items and spent almost 100$ a month ago and i'm still waiting for my package. Them sent me two emails telling me my order was shipped. For my surprise i contacted FEDEX that told me they didn't shipped the merchandising.
I paid extra to receive faster and i'm realizing from all these reviews that i'll be lucky to receive at all.

I order 2 outfit from this website after about two week my clothes had not shipped so I emailed them. They apologized for the delay and told me one of the outfit were out of stock ( still not sure why they never bother to contacted me regarding or this or at least ship me the correct idem! Anyway I picked a new outfit to replace the one which was out of stock. I emailed them specifically to make sure the included the original in stock item in my order. They wrote me back and said it had shipped. When I finally got the package in the mail guess what they did not ship?! Yep the dress that I originally purchased! I have emailed them 3 times now with no response as to where this idem is! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!"

I bought a pair of shoes from sammydress, they gave me a small discount.So cute. I love these shoes! It helps that they have a platform because they're not as tiring to walk in as I expected. They're actually very comfortable. They arrived in perfect condition too, which was great. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them because the pattern is so unique. Again, these are great shoes! Gave me a good experience.
I ordered from Sammy Dress nearly three weeks ago paid a hefty fee for expedited shipping and was supposed to receive my items in less than 5 business days... I never received anything. Went on the website today and saw that my order was still "processing"! Whats worse is that they charged my card right away and sent me an email saying my items where on their way. Then when i filled out a customer service form I was NEVER contacted back! This website is a totally FRAUDULENT and a big SCAM! Wish I could rate them ZERO stars.

I thought that ordering off of sammydress would be a good idea because they have alot of stylish options for uniform clothing... but it havent received my order yet. I ONLY ORDERED TWO SHIRTS? So im kinda of speculating weather this is just a really good scam or what... ive read other review saying that the site is bad and they are nothing but a bunch of scams but other reviews are saying they are great but im just stuck in the middle... i honestly just want to get a refund although what i ordered was cute im just not willing to wait this long to get it...

I am highly dissapointed. I paid extra for quick delivery. I ordered weeks ago and the site said I should recieve my parcel within 5 working days. It has been held up at customs and I have been told that Sammydress is under investigations.
I am due to get married in 4 weeks time and have ordered quite a few things.
I am yet to receive anything and from reading the majority of the reviews I think the quality might be poor. For one shipment I do not have a tracking number.

Ordered stuff yesterday and today I realized I ordered the wrong size for two pairs of boots. I tried to call, it says they have 24/7 customer support to call, but I called 12 TIMES and no answer, no answering service, NOTHING! Trying to contact them before it ships but no one is answering my calls or messages!

I have used this website twice. The first time, I received my order after like 2 months. I had ordered a dress for a party and did not even get to wear it coz it came late. I forgot about the issue and decided to give them a second chance. I ordered my stuff on July 25th. It is September 12th and I still have not received it. After getting in touch with customer service today, I was told one of my item is currently out of stock! What the F**** is wrong with this site? So you are telling me my stuff haven't even shipped after 2 months? Don't buy stuff if you need it in less than 3 months or else good luck getting it

I would say do not order off this site. The sizes are wrong they say one size the dress i ordered would fit a 6 year old. It is the worst quality I've ever seen and don't offer a full return only part but you have to pay to return it so really you send it back for them to send it to some other person and you lose the item and your money. Also would like to say I paid extra to get my order faster which said it would come within 3 to 6 days and didn't receive it until 7 days to be ripped off. Will end here in saying its a scam.
