I have experienced the same thing as everybody else here. I ordered a dress, they took the money immediately and its been one week and its still processing. I emailed twice, no response. I called US toll free number and no answer. All they send is an automated email saying that its holiday over there and that it will resume on a certain date. Holiday's gone and still no response. I cant really get my money back if no one responds.

Horrible I ordered 8 dresses on 9/9 took my money immediately. My order was processing for 2 weeks, they were playing game with my paypal account finally told me some dresses were out stock. I did ask for whole cancelation and They still sent me 6 dresses almost a month later. Two of the dresses don't fit me even they are my size. I want a exchange or return... They just keep ignoring my email... No response... How horrible is this..

UPDATE** still nothing - October 16,2013. Not a word and definitely none of my stuff has arrived... Filed a complaint with paypal. This place is a scam and all the idiots posting how much they like it - get a real life. You're liars.

Well - you guys complain about a week to wait - a month? Pfffft! Im in canada. I ordered July5th - it didnt leave there until July18th! Guess what - Sept27th - hmmm still nothing! Over a dozen emails back and forth with "Coco" - couldnt be more rude! Ugh HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Placed my order in on 09/21 for the amount of $165.79 which expedited shipping cost. They claim on their site that it takes 3-5 days for shipping WORLDWIDE using expedited shipping. After not receiving anything or any email on 09/26, I logged on to my account to check if my order was even shipped yet. My order read "processing". Contacted them and received a reply telling me that my items were out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock till "AROUND" 10/12 to be even shipped out. They even had the nerves to ask me if I wanted other items or to wait "A COUPLE DAYS". That is not a couple day! They're telling me to wait for an order till mid October to be even shipped out when I placed my order on mid September! When I placed my order, none of my items said out of stock before, during, and the finishing of my ordering process. If I had not contacted them to ask them about my order, would they have not contacted me and just ship my order out when they arrive "AROUND 10/12"?! They were quick to charge me my money within 1 minute of me pressing submit on my order too! If they did not have the item or have the items in stock physically, they shouldn't have advertised and sold them on their site! It's false advertisement and misleading! Their shipping is misleading! Everything is misleading! They didn't even bother to send an email notifying me, instead, I had to ask them about it! What the heck is that?! Are they even a professional business?! Should they even sell?! Shouldn't they be reported and have their site taken down?! False advertisement!

I ordered some clothing and shoes from sammy dress. The site says ship within 24 hours. After about two weeks i contacted them since i did not receive the package. And then i was told that some items are out of stock. It was in stock when i placed my order and paid for it. I was on live chat and was chatting with echo who said may be the items i have ordered must be hot sellers. Hot sellers or not i paid for it and would like to have them. Finally i asked to ship out what ever that is in stock and refund the rest of the money. Apparently you have to wait to get an refund. I called one day later and spoke to kevin and found out it was still not shipped put even after echo promised to do so. Stay away from them is the best thing that can happen.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes w/ expedited shipping! Supposed to have received my items in 3-5 days, today... i contacted them because it was supposed to have shipped already. Chatted with kevin only to tell me both my items were out of stock and 1 will not be in stock anymore! So why take my money?!? Told him it wasnt out of stock at the time of my purchase, so how is it that they're out of stock now? That's false advertising! And why was i never notified. He couldnt give me an answer, but kept apologizing and said i can chose another item to replace the out of stock items, i simply asked for a refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Cute stuff, but service is HORRIBLE! Doubt i will ever do business with them again!

I have a long story with this site.
First time i ordered from them shoes and i received awesome shoes in 15 days and they are still alive which means that quality is very good cause i wear them at work every day. Then i ordered dress and it came in 2 weeks but unfortunately was too small for me but it was not the fault of the site-i made mistake with measurements. Then i ordered 3 items and after one week status was still not shipped out. I wrote letter and they replied that one item is not available. I was very surprised that they took money and it showed available and now it's not. They said item will be available from 12th of September but if i want they can send me other items first and then one when it will be back in stock. I agreed. Still didn't have any thoughts that they are lying, i was absolutely sure that it's just a mistake and they will solve this problem as soon as possible and the same day i ordered another sweatshirt for my friend.it's been more than one month since all the story started and i'm still waiting 4 items. Still hope that they will come one day. I read comments and can say that quality is cheap indeed but what do you expect from dress for 10 euro? I knew what i order and what money i pay for this, but situation with shipping is upsetting and if they at least replied on my emails.
