Every time I place an online order it gets shorted. The product dosen't say it's out of stock they just don't send it. If an item is out of stock it says so under the item. So why r they shorting my orders. They don't give any explanation of why they are not sending the item or if they are gonna send it later they say nothing. It's very aggravating. No sure if I'm going to do business with Sally's any more.
I have never attempted to resolve an issue with a company with such horrible customer service. It is impossible to reach a live person and they will not return an email. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY.
I order a hair color online. It had been opened and slightly used before I received it. Sent a message to customer service and did not receive a response. Called customer service and after 15 minutes on hold, I gave up. Had called a local store and was told they could not take back online products. Very unhappy with this company.
I bought this product, March 2020. This product is no good, it made my hair fall out. It damaged my hair excessively, with lots of shedding, irritated scalp. The product totally messed up my curly wavy, beautiful natural hair. I am almost 57 year's old and I have never ever in my life had a product this defective. I normally use Elgin Charles, Creme of Nature and Main and Tail herbal shampoo etc. I will never look at YOU TUBE video's again, because they were very wrong about Kenya Moore Product's. I have been trying to get a refund, for two month's but the company doesn't call you back. I have made excessive call's and emails, but haven't been successful at all. The next step is to SUE PEOPLE, then they will get the message. My advice don't buy from SALLY BEAUTY and don't buy KENYA MOORE junk generic product's!
Orders appears to have been cancelled by SallyBeauty and I was never notified. My emails to SallyBeauty have not received any response. Ordering from SallyBeauty has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. You would think that a company Like SallyBeauty would be able to provide better customer support, especially when orders have been cancelled. Never again. You have lost, what i'm sure, another customer.
Last week i recieved a broken product 60$ from online order. Called cust. Service to exchange through mail due to covid 19... hangs up after it transferred. I choose a different option hangs up again... so i email customer service a week ago. Nothing... so i call again today... busy signal. I called a store twice... they cant do anything or help me either... What the heck!? This is like ordering something from a scammer. We cant go to salons and the one place we can get stuff to diy is not holding up there part after i paid and did my part. Totally like... ummmmmm!?!?!?!
It took over a month to receive 6 out of 11 products I ordered online. No email information about the whereabouts of the delivery was available. After sending two emails to customer service without getting any answer I called customer service. Bad decision! I was on the phone for a whole hour before someone answered my call. The person was very unfriendly and told me to resend one of the ordered articles I never received and everything else was out of stock! Thank you a lot Sally's... Lack of information and bad customer service. I will not order here again.
Package was missing items that were paid for and on the packing list. They have not responded to multiple emails. Their phone system drops calls before connecting them to the appropriate department. They refuse to accept reviews that are not positive.
I ordered dye and brushes and didn't receive 6 of my 12 items I tried calling and the first 2 days I said on the line for 2 hours with no one picking up and I tried the 3rd day and it just immediately hung up when it asked me to hold, ive emailed numerous times about my missing products THAT I PAID FOR and have gotten no response back it was my first time ordering from Sally's and I will never do so again worst customer service ever I just want my products this is ridiculous if I could give negative stars I will
Las ordenes las envian incompletas y llevo 2 meses esperando el reembolso de mi dinero y no me lo envian. Irresponsables, malisimos con los delivery.
I ordered a paraffin wax spa and got it without the things that come with it. I also order some extra paraffin protectors and did not get them either. I cannot get anyone to anwser the phones after waiting twice for 45 minutes each and they left off other things in my order. I have tried to email but to no avail. They are the worst company. Stay away!
I ordered hair dye plus developer and they only sent me developer. I got an email after it was shipped that they were out of stock. Why the hell would I only want to buy developer that's so stupid. If you don't have the product you shouldn't have it on your website! Dumb
So I already had to wait 9 days for my order to ship. When I got tired of waiting and no longer wanted to dye my hair I emailed asking for it to be cancelled. The same day I got a reply saying that it had already been sent to warehouse and couldn't be cancelled. And magically it shipped the next day. I got a shipping confirmation email and didn't think anything about it. My package comes yesterday and I was going to send it back. But today I woke up and decided I was just gonna do it, only to open the box and there's no BLEACH. What good is anything else in the box without the bleach? Ridiculous. I go to look at the shipping email thinking maybe it's shipping in two orders. But no. ALLL THE WAY. At the bottom it says it couldn't ship this item. Without the bleach I don't need 2 of the developers or the toner. So now I paid $43 for crap I can't even use? Where tf is my bleach? And now I'm being told I can't return it. I can't freaking use any of it. Just out here scamming people saying no returns because of covid. Then give us wtf we ordered. I suffer from severe bipolar and anxiety and every once in awhile I do something for myself to pull my self out of a deep hole. This was that. And I can't even do it. Honestly this entire company should be ashamed of the way they run their business.
Hoy fui a devolver una tijera que había comprado antes del sierre por el Covid 19. Yo la traté y no trabajaba bien l pause en el paquete original y la guarde. Cuando le digo a la señorita que quería devolverla en muy mala forma me dijo que no, y le pregunté, porqué? Y me contestó que por el Covid. Tuvimos una intercambio de palabras, algo que no tiene sentido porque en todas las tiendas se puede retornar excepto los artículos de necesidad. La empleada me trató muy mal me ignoró y me votó denla tienda. Muy poco profesional u muy mal servicio al cliente.
I order online a blue a purple and a mint green... what I got was a purple bottle with pink/ red color that smelt like strawberries not grape! My hair was turned red pink! Then I tried to add blues and greens to try my best to fix the rest as best as I could. The mint green would not even take to my completely silver blonde hair nothing at all! I spent 50 dollars to have my hair completely destroyed. Do not ever purchase online from sallys beauty!
I ordered a developer with a toner over a month ago and have been trying to get ahold of customer service as I STILL have not received the product. I received the toner but not the developer which means I can't even use the toner. I would not be upset if I at least received a reply and a reimbursement. I completely understand this time is difficult but it has been over a month. I would just like someone to reach out to me please. Every time I try to call customer service it hangs up before I even get on hold.
Order a few things 10 days ago and has yet to ship. They keep sending out emails saying to be patient but not offering anything other than that. If you need something quickly, try another site.
I placed an order over a week ago for very necessary hair supplies, and they still haven't shipped it!
Online Service is absolutely horrible. Placed and order which was prepaid and shipped incomplete. Could not get a response by phone, email or even calling a store about the missing products. The online phone system disconnects you emails are not acknowledged or returned. Tried calling numerous times and no one every picked up.
Answer: Absolutely not. Don't waste your time or money here.
