Excellent customer service, quality products!. Love to buy either in the store or online!. Fast delivery!. Great store overall. Don't disappoint us about politics other wise I buy some place else
Despite the website promising duties and taxes paid I have been billed £72.00 duty and tax for a £168.00 item... their website is both misleading and the view order functionality does not work. I cannot even view my order. Customer service is extremely poor - I had to wait 10 minutes for the chat to come available and despite 2 emails noone update me on the delivery times. Avoid.
Purchased a garment online for $158. When it arrived, it had an attached price tag that said $98. Called Saks to ask that the $60 be credited to my account. Three different people (escalating levels of management) refused to do so. Item has been returned, so they lose both the sale and a customer. I'm shocked that a so-called "upscale" retailer would act like this.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Website offers online ordering and mailing to over 150 countries. However to place an order from one of those countries (Australia) you find out after almost an hour on the second chat session after the online order page keeps coming up with an error message that they don't take international orders online, but may take a rare order on a chat session - but you have to type in your credit card details on a chat session. THE TOLL FREE INTERNATIONAL is not SAKs (or does not answer the phone by anything to do with that company name. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
I recently moved to Sarasota Fl and shopped at the new Saks store at University Towne Center. I was shopping. In Eileen Fisher dept. I opened a Saks First charge account spent $1000 and asked to receive emails from Saks I have never been contacted. I went again spent another $600 in Eileen Fisher explained the situation about not receiving emails she said it would be taken care of. I also wanted to be contacted when new merchandise arrived... nothing. I am shocked When I shopped at Neiman Marcus I always got a call when new merchandise from Eileen Fisher was in I also get emails even now and I am 2000 miles away. I moved to Florida just over a year ago and I my original purchase was probably nine months ago
I called and placed an order on 3/2/2016 for a Burberry belt the belt was way to small, called and Spoke with a representative that told me to return the belt at the near post office and to call the next day to place the new order and I was not going to get charge for the order only the difference. Called the next day and the rep said she didn't know who I spoke with but that was not the return policy, placed a new order and explained to her I needed the item In four days she stated there was nothing she could do about it bc it ships from a store. Called back and spoke with a manager that said all she could do was listen to the recording and coach her agents that she was going to try to ship the item in three days but she was leaving and one and she couldn't promise anything l. Speechless this is a high end store I told her I was very disappointed specially when this was the first order I placed with them. After she said there was nothing she could do, I will NEVER buy from them again EVER! Nordstrom knows how to treat their customer way better not to mention saks reps are very unprofessional and ghetto even he manager. I think Walmart call center is way better which is a shame. Well they lost a customer!
This global brand Donna Karan was established in the year 1984 Donna Karan in the place with her husband. The quality of the fragrance takes a worthy place in the ranking of designer brands, exquisite feeling that attaches to the pleasing does not render its smell. In its application, direct hits and bergamot citrus aroma. Then vested in light floral notes and cardamom. After the first application, the scent of it impresses with its exquisite aroma, a pleasant wood trail. Stylish, masculine aroma, lively and sensual, energetic and subtle. Man this an unforgettable scent, not when it will not leave indifferent and lost.
Hello, I am a customer who made a VERY expensive order on 2. 11. 15. I went onto your website and ordered a mens prada wallet for an anniversary gift and I paid $32 extra to have next day delivery. However, when I received my confirmation email and shipping and tracking ifno it stated that my expected delivery date was Monday 2. 15. 16. Confused I went onto the chat services where I spoke with " JAQEULINE THOMPSON". She went on the tell me how WRONG I was and that I ordered too late in the day therefore that's why my order could not be delivered by the date I needed it by 2. 12. 16. She then spoke to her manager which essentially told me the same thing, I ordered too late. When I went onto the website there were 3-4 options on shipping- right next to the shipping option and ridiculous price it stated the date in which it would be delivered. I chose "next business day $32 (expected delivery 2. 12. 16). I am honestly DISGUSTED in the service I received and the way that I was spoken to by he chat associate. I will NEVER be shopping from here again, not that you care. I work for a very large corporation and we would NEVER in a million years talk to treat or convince our customers they are wrong. Im sure this email will be laughed at and go un noticed but im sure if something similar happened to you, it wouldn't be taken lightly. So now for my 3 year anniversary I will not have my special gift, thank you so much for ruining my special day and you are welcome for the almost $40 extra that I provided.
Having placed what looked like a genuine order on the Saks website followed up with a confirmation email, the following day I received a email saying that Saks cancelled my order with no explanation. Furthermore, the item had subsequently sold out. After contacting customer services, I can only describe my experience as a huge waste of time and that the service from Saks representatives was extremely bland and unhelpful. They tried to say that all overseas customers are experiencing order problems (not exactly reassuring!), but after reading other reviews I think the stock record is inaccurate and orders are accepted when the item has aleady sold out. Either way, it is totally unacceptable! If the website is being run like this, then it reflects badly on Saks as a whole. Looking at other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Saks definately have issues and don't seem to care what kind of experience the customer has!
I ordered a Jewerly item. It arrived and looked as if it had been worn and damaged. There was not a packing or return slip included. This was a $2,000 purchase. I called and was told they would send return forms. They did not! After many phone calls to CS I was told to return to a store. I drove 125 miles to the store and got a receipt for the item. They returned to SAKS.com for me. Some where between the date I returned and Saks.com received the item MANY days pasted. I made 8 spaced calla to CS about the item. At first they could not find it and did not think I was telling the truth. CS has been unable to help me and promised a gift certificate because of all the problems. IT NEVER CAME! 7 WEEKS after my return, I was informed today that they are returning it to me today because it was outside the 30 day window. They also told me that the shipping days to me counted toward the return window.
Between myself, my family members we have spent. $$$& over the last year. We are warning everyone to be extremely careful if they wish to shop on Saks. Com. We will now spend our $$$$ at Nordstrom where customers are treated with respect. Saks stores have mor respect for their customers, but sadly the are to far from us.
PLEASE PROFIT FROM MY EXPERIENCE And shop with great care at Saks.com.
Thanks for reading this post.
I received a defective pair of Louboutins, which sot me 1000 dollars. I returned them and though the tracking code confirms the delivery, they DENY having received my return. I've been waiting for 2 months for my money now. AWFUL DISGUSTING SCAMMING company!
Don't order online from this company. You will not get what you think you're getting. I ordered a $300 watch band and it arrived in a mangled box which mangled the contets in the package. It was poorly packaged. The band itself was enclosed in a plain white box that looked like it came from China Town. I wanted to gift it in a nice package that had the Saks logo. I called customer service who offered to overnight a new one but could not guarantee what condition the box would be in, could not provide me with a gift bag or box that said Saks, and no refund of my $15 shipping cost. I could bet this was delivered from Somewhere Not in the U.S. They had no explanation as to why they couldn't send it with something that showed the gift was bought from Saks! I would have bought it for half the price on eBay but can't because now it's 4 days until Christmas and I'm scrambling for a gift.
I will never order from saks on line again. Received an item that was dirty and they wouldn't take it back or change it. Is this how saks treats their loyal customers!
Poor service, and Saks seems to have very little clue about what they carry. I recently ordered a Longchamp Le Pliage Cuir bag in camel. This is the leather version of the infamous Le Pliage series - the foldable tote. I'd had other Longchamp leather (structured) bags as well as the fabric version of Le Pliage in different sizes. The leather quality of the bag sent by Saks was fine, except on the back side, the outer (leather) layer was adhered to the lining in a wrinkled manner. When I unfolded/spread it, the surface was bumpy & couldn't be flattened/smoothed. Perhaps I will come back my favourite shop: fsession.com again" lol. No risk again.
I placed an on-line order with Saks on 11/7. It was acknowledged the same day and I was told I would be emailed when my order was despatched. Having heard nothing I asked about the status on 11/12 and was told my order had reached their despatch center the previous day. Then nothing. After sending several further follow up emails I was finally advised on 11/19 that my order had been "lost" and that I would receive a refund. No apology. No "we are sending a replacement". Nothing. A dreadful service which should be avoided at all costs. Not worthy of the reputation Saks enjoys. I am furious.
I'm sorry I have to give Saks as a whole 1 star. I love Saks, believe it or not I've been shopping there since I was about 16. I got my first job because I took a liking to high fashion and I wanted to buy Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, etc. I got my first credit card at 18 with Saks and thankfully it helped me build my credit to A+ or perfect now at the age of 26 I can buy anything I want. Anytime I need something quick I know Saks will have something I love. Unfortunately my opinion of their customer loyalty has changed. I recently bought a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and they were sent to me broken, the lens was completely missing. Now there is somewhat of a twist... it was tax free weekend when I purchased them. They will not replace or exchange the sunglasses, only return them. If I return them, I will be forced to spend the $30 on tax I saved. It doesn't seem like it's my fault they were incapable of checking to make sure they were in perfect condition. There is nothing they can do for me. It would be devastating to not shop there, everyone is always nice and helpful to me. I know if they wanted to, they could do something for me, but what drives me crazy is that never have the offered to send me even a lens. One last thing on top of that is that their return policy which is stated on the website says, if you do not like your item they would replace it. This is a poor business strategy, lying to your customers.
Saks has entered the 21st century and offers a well-balanced online shopping experience. They have enough features on their website that it allows you to get a sense of what you're buying if you don't have a chance to drop into one of their stores. But at the same time it's easy enough to use you don't get lost. I'll browse the Saks site and if something catches my eye, I'll show up at one of their stores to have a look in person.
I've been buying from Saks for a while and usually everything goes smoothly. However last time, they canceled my order because they didn't have the item in stock. They just emailed me a generic sorry for the inconvenience note. Beware!
Beware of ordering something for a special occasion and using "free rush shipping" code offered... Did just that and it still didn't get here in time because they had to "verify my address." Could've just walked in the store myself but I fell for the offer online. Was graciously offered 10% off my next order, along with anyone else who signs up for their emails. Never again
This is a reliable place to shop for designer clothes at discounted prices. I have shopped here on many occasions, and I have always been happy with the items and customer service.
