Great shoes, easy to navigate site. Timely delivery. Very pleased. Lots of negative feedback made me skeptical, however I will purchase again.
I placed an order back. I never received the merchandise that I purchased, but the status showed it was delivered. I contacted customer service by email, by phone. They promised to check with Fedex which they never did, they never updated me on the progress, each time I had to contact them and finally they said there would be no refund or resending the item.
So, dear Saks, you have a very bad rating here. Maybe try to be at least more customer-oriented.
1. Update your client if there is an issue or you claim you opened a case. The customer will feel you do something.
2. When I called you the first time I never asked for a refund, just to check with Fedex the status (which you never did on reality), you were the ones who started talking about a refund So when you promise something people start to expect it from you and then they will deceived.
P.S. Personally I won't buy from you just because of your attitude.
I have never ever experienced the worst customer service in my life as I have with Saks fifth avenue. The customer service agents do not understand nor are capable of acknowledging an issue and drop the calls when they cannot assist. I have been calling and waiting on hold for 50 minutes. This is been going on for an entire week of calling. Very frustrating experience and The most unprofessional company I ever dealt with. Saks should be ashamed. Their reputation at this point is meaningless,, and I will never shop there again. Agents are answering the calls with just a plain Hello. Unacceptable service on so many levels.
After spending about $500, I was supposed to be receive a gift card but it never came. After speaking with their customer service, I was promised a gift card to be either electronically mailed or physically mailed to me. It's been 5 months and after repeatedly calling, I still have no gift card.
I made an order on Saks Fifth Avenue, they created the shipping label, and said the product has been shipped out, however there's only created the label, tracking label had no more updated, i contacted the shipping company that they never received the package. I contacted Saks 4 times, the customer service personnel confirmed it was their issued, however refund never happened. Been keeping my money for almost 2 months, no response. I think they are having a serious financial problem, will never purchase again and would not recommend anyone to shop.
This has to be the worst and I got conned. I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Ordered a pair of Sam Edelman ankle boots should have known the price was too good to be true. $99. After three months no goods. Sent emails asking for tracking # I got sent one it just says ‘China Post in transit.' I haven't received any further replies to my queries. The big draw card to buyers is the free shipping. It's a load of bollocks to hook

I got a $450 card with bad numbers on it. I try to use the card and I get invalid or expired. I have written so many emails and tried calling with HORRIBLE customer service... The money shows in my account but it's impossible to use and is about to expire. I am wondering if its a scam! Never had a store totally ignore a problem like this! Maybe they are going out of business.
I bought Tom Ford perfume and damn sale me fake one. I can't not returns because it's open. Already don't trust this fake aass sake fifth avenue.
I ordered a YSL purse during their cyber sale, so I received $400 off the original price. A couple of days later they sent me an email saying my order was canceled due to inventory. I check the website and it's still available! My friend ordered the same purse, but without the cyber deal and the purse shipped out. I contacted customer service and they told me me I should place a new order, but no cyber deal. Wow! Saks is such a shady business, I hope people will stop shopping at Saks!
I received a creed product on Oct 23,2020. It is a used one inside a super dirty box with manufacture date in 2014. I contacted Saks immediately to get free exchange for a new and fresh product. After long waiting time and four times to send all the required photes, I finally got an resolution email from someone named Keyshell Peter saying they can only offer me 10% off and claimed that I did not start a return and "the number shown below is the lot number of the product, these perfumes do not have an expiration date. The lot number, is a number that manufacturer puts on the products to be able to identify their products and track their movements". WTF! I will your business will be closed forever!
I ordered a blouse from Saks Fifth Avenue.
After I received, I realize it was too small.
I created a return shipping label and send it back.
For two months i did not got any response from Saks Fifth Avenue.
Then i received my package back, with the note that the they are unable to locate proper proof of purchase.
That was in August 2020.
Since then after a lot of phone calls and promises to solve the problem, nothing was resolved.
The customer support is not knowledgeable and does not care.
At this point i am giving up.
I placed an order two weeks ago for two items, they only sent one item. I called right after I opened the package, the customer service said he creates a case number and I should receive the missing item in few days. After nearly a whole week passed, I didn't receive neither any email confirmation, nor the missing item. So I called back again to check the status, the customer service said that he can only refund me the cost of the item WITHOUT tax, and I will need to replace the order if I want the thing.
It's the worst shopping experience I've ever had from a luxury store. Even the small boutiques can do better then Saks, the customer service is also in a very arrogant attitude, he sounds like I made up this situation. They don't feel apologized for the inconvenience they cause for their customer. And of course they don't offer compensation for the extra cost that their customer has to paid for their mistake.
There are so many other luxury websites in the world, most of them ensure you spend money happily. Unfortunately Saks is not one of them, if you don't want to spend money for getting frustration, avoid Saks.

TRASH. Save your money. They sent me $340 pajamas and they came with rips in them. I returned them and they sent them back. Then I reported theme to the BBB and they ignored my claim so it expired. So I disputed the charge with Chase. Chase gave me my money back, then took it out of my account again because Saks told them to. So many people tried to help me but the distribution center put a lock on my account so I couldn't be helped. Been so stressful... All bc I wanted to treat myself to something nice.

They don't even deserve 1 star! Horrible online Customer service! The phone line connection is awful! Customer service representatives so ignorant and unprofessional! Who hire people like these?! I had to contact to CEO President of SacksFifthAvenue to complain, because I wasn't given a chance to talk to the manager! Can you imagine how Bad they are?! I never get any responses from CEO either! I'm not surprised! Shame on SacksFifthAvenue! Do something about it!
Returned item in store, but was charged for return shipping. Even though I returned the item in store! A scam and theft. It's not the $10, it's the dishonesty and principal of the matter.

Absolutely disgusting SERVICE. I placed an order and returned it May 2020 it is now November 2020 and Saks have not made the refund. Saks have confirmed they have received the item but simply think the are entitled to the item and my money. They ignore correspondence and don't reply and when I called them mind you an international call which I was paying for they still could not fix the issue.

I have never experienced such bad service or had any trouble receiving a refund from any other store ever.
I will never purchase from them again and advise anyone thinking of making a purchase to go to another retailer who isn't out there trying to rip off their customers.
BEWARE OF SAKS UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!
Not receiving item. And when I checked back the investigation progress I found that my account got deleted. The most ridiculous things is I can even create an account with the same email address but the order history gone. Purchase proof gone. They're not going to do anything.
I purchased through Saks Fifth Avenue, and the whole process including customer service is really bad, ignorance and unwilling to help. Won't purchase again, and encourage you not experience the same thing with me.
I returned my items later than 30 days policy store is listing. Due to COVID I was unable to return my items on time. I was only 15 days late but my return was not accepted and mailed back to me. I will never ever buy from them anymore. Very disappointed that such expensive store has so poor return policy
Answer: Saks has GONE DOWN THE DRAIN; there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
