I LOOOVE my SAFishing mask these thing are so confortable that wearing it on my neck i've forgoten it's on my neck n two occations but on the down side it is a bit losse but I think thats just my face size other than that it is gooood.
They cut the length of their neck gaiters almost in half from last year. Either covers the face or the neck but not both. Taking advantage of people during covid. I will never order from them again.
The face shields are bad quality. One was ripped. The fleece shield I ordered was missing from the package. The are supposedly shipping a replacement but I can't track it so I have no idea if it will arrive by the time I need it. Reading other reviews I see it is a common problem for items to be missing. The quality is so bad. I feel like it is a scam. I think they purposely leave out an item from a large order hoping it will go unnoticed or people won't bother reaching out to customer service. I doubt the face shields will hold up through frequent wearing and washing. Do not order from this company!

Shields are falling apart after one week of light use. Customer service says its not a quality issue and that im responsible for shipping them back on MY dime when its not my fault theyre breaking apart. Pathetic.
This is the second time I ordered from them.
The first time the quality of the product was excellent and branded with there logo.
The second order A little over a year later and just received is a much cheaper and thinner material, very basic, no logo, very cheap.
Was planning on more when there was more designs available but will find another company to order from instead.
Disappointed customer.

Product was garbage, customer service …poor and not worth your time and money. They'll tell you everything you want to hear then when there is a problem or refund involved, you really don't get a refund.

Read the reviews after I got my package. Seems to me they had have some $#*! employees from time to time and run multiple outlets. But will say I had orderd 8 face shields got 7. Once I used live chat and informed of the error they immediately sent what was missing which means I get one free cause it was missing 2 I got a random extra. And it was just after listed hours. Will order again and provide more reviews.
They will not cancel your order, they will jerk you around and lie to you, not ship out your product but give you a tracking number anyways. Knowingly send you the wrong items because they are back ordered and won't say anything unless you contact them before your order "ships". Canceled my order yesterday because my items aren't in stock, then get an email today saying my order shipped. Wtf
After not seeing my order I started watching the tracking. It wasn't moving at all so I asked them to check on the order. Customer service said one thing was on backorder Wich no one informed me about. I choose something else and promised I would have order by end of the week. I contacted customer service again stating I wanted a refund and to cancel the order. But I was informed it was getting shipped out. I will never do business with them again.

I ordered $75.00 in products from this company in September. At the time of this review I had not received my product AND the company wanted me to pay a second shipping cost just to reship the order I never received. You can get similar and better products from Amazon and competitors and both alternatives will FUFILL their orders. Don't waste your time with SA Fishing.
These masks have cool designs but during covid we don't care about a design. It's the quality. Yes it breathes well but these are made for a HUGE head to even possibly keep them secured to your face. I highly suggest you reduce the diameter to a humans head diameter and absolutely must hem the ends. What's up with that? You guys are beating Mission's quality of mask. That's for sure!
Not only do I feel safe, they are super comfortable to wear. I love these facemasks. These are super breathable. Shipped in time!

I purchased back in August, and no word from them til finally received my order in October and sent my hat in a bag so hat was crushed beyond belief and missing 2 items. We are now past Nov. 15th and still no response to my emails or calls and still have not completed my order. Calling bank today and starting a dispute to get my refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH MY ENTIRE LIFE... SA COMPANY IS A SCAM COMPANY! PLACE AN ORDER AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF. BEWARE OF SA COMPANY! THEY'LL BE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT CARE IF YOU GET YOUR ORDER OR NOT, AND NOT PACKAGE WHAT THEY DO SEND PROPERLY SO YOUR HAT WILL LOOK LIKE THIS 2 MONTHS AFTER DELIVERY. SMH
My products never arrived and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a refund. They always had an excuse and wanted me to continually wait longer just to see if it will show up. Once I finally convinced them to refund me I had to wait another week for the refund to come through. All in all this was a 2 month process with abysmal customer service. I would not recommend anyone order from this scam of a sight.
Ordered on October 6th... messaged on November 3rd and was given a tracking number... the tracking... Florida to michigan to toronto to new york city to florida... When I asked why it was not delivered while in Canada, I was told it was a USPS issue. USPS does not deliver in Canada! Now I have been notified that it is in Florida and "READY FOR PICK UP"... perhaps someone needs a geography lesson. Pathetic!
Don't give this company any more money, absolutely useless. Been months and haven't received order, waste of 50$
I could have ordered face shields from Amazon. But at $15 for the ones that go around your ears. I wasn't looking to spend over $200 just for work. I was needing about 14 masks. And with many offers they have going on. You can always find a deal. I had a deal for 8 for 24.
I have also piggyback on some orders with coworkers and go a tried one before I did my orders.
