I paid priority 1-3 days shipping for 4 save masks. It's been 7 days. Still nothing. There isn't even a date when I try and look it up on usps. I'm not sure if I got scammed. I just hope I can get my $100 back from this!
Ordered a month before Xmas. Apparently arrived but never received. No communication and poor response when asked for a reahip or refund.
I just contacted their customer service to ask about adding a promo code for a additional free face shield they sent me in my email that I forgot to apply during checkout (Promo code SA5). So I asked if I could add the extra shield last minute. The representative Alex kept sending me a tracking number and short answers to all my questions that were completely unclear, AT ALL! Then, I asked if the tracking number he continually sent was my original order or if he created a extra face shield order suspecting he was being nice by sending out a separate order. He replied with, "it's your order"... Alex! Please do you job and be more clear! He finally replied that my original order had been shipped and he couldn't add the promo, but I figured he'd just send it out anyway since I just paid $60 for their products. If Alex was more attentive I probably would've disregarded him not sending me the extra mask just thinking this is a reputable company either way, but I'm obviously not satisfied. It was my fault for not adding the code, so nobody to blame but myself; however, this company isn't as high end as their website suggests. In conclusion my order better arrive within the time they claim or I will be requesting a return slip of my unopened items. I will expect them to pay for shipping back if they don't arrive on time since I need these for my up coming trip. If they don't I will do a BBB, Federal Trading inquiry and a credit card reversal. Thanks Alex for all the animosity you just put me under with my first experience. Pictures of our conversation below.
Paid extra money for 2-3 business day shipping, tracking said arrive my 11. 29. 18 by 8pm(day 4), and now it says "on its way" with no eta. So mad, So disappointed.
It took 25 days to get my delivery. I had to wait 10 business days from the last tracking scan before they would send a replacement delivery. The face shields are low quality too.
I bought a cute straw hat & since it wasn't cheap I thought it would be better quality but it just pretty much fell apart & I take good care of my stuff & only wore it a handful of times. The face masks were good though.
I ordered and paid for 50 items and received 5. I contacted them and they said they'd send the rest of the order. Again I got 5. Unbelievable, do they not have a checking system? Was wanting the items for an event, ordered in plenty of time and now we have 10. Takes over 2 weeks to get to West Australia, so now it's too late. I would never recommend to use this company.
Good day, its been a month and no one is able to tell me where my order is or when I actually will receive this. Very disappointing considering that I paid for the order with a courier service of SA fishings selection. If there was an option to use DHL it would have made it so much easier even if there was an added cost. Right now all I have is people saying its on its way to you the last tracking update was 24 june2018 and nothing since. Very very disappointing service delivery and feedback.
Sent in an order and received nothing. Customer service told me it was on the way and would not respond further. I finally received an email reply and they told me I should contact customs. Th order is well over a month late. Ive been ripped off. I checked Better business bureau and there is over 144 complaints. Beware.
Im still waiting for something that was supposed to be here a week ago... oh and get this the tracking has this package gling from florida to ontario to quebec back to florida. Im not impressed at all... i will gladly chanhe my reviews and such if they ever make good

Don't believe their advertising that says "same day shipping" and "1-4 day delivery"- I placed an order on June 4th and didn't get my order until June 25th and that was AFTER contacting customer service twice. Over 3 weeks to get a hat and 3 face shields- I could have walked to Boca Raton and bought them myself and walked back to Indiana in that time!
I placed an order for a package that included a straw hat, shirt, and three face shields. It took 11 days before I even got a confirmation email, another week until I got tracking info that said I should receive it on the 18th (on their websites tracking). I checked it today the 18th on the website for USPS and the item has not even been received by the post office. Salt Armour still has not shipped my package.
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: Oh yeah.! Safishing is a scam. Call it what it is. A total loss. Just except it and learn from it. But take the time out like myself and warn others. Maybe we can deter a few people from going thru the same thing.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
