The person on the phone was not very pleasant - you know the bored, this job sux attitude. My hat ripped at the seems - poor quality and workmanship. They were not able to replace it after 30 days. You know it would have cost them a few dollars to make me happy and I likely would have bought again but now they loose me and many other that read this - more than a few dollars. Too bad for their future - the buffs are pretty neat and seem fine, but, poor service hurts them. Not again, guys, sorry.
Ordered 8 on the 10th December 2019. It is now 7th February 2020 and have not received my order. They have no customer service. Virtually impossible to contact as there online chat is always closed. No email address to send to. DO NOT ORDER FROM. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
I ordered 5 of these face shields for my boyfriend and I, and when they got here I wish I never would have bought them. The ends of the shields are frayed and look as though they won't last more than a week. Very thin material that won't keep the face warm at all. I contacted customer service wanting to return them and they told me because I pulled them out of the plastic I can't return them. How are you supposed to decide whether to keep a product or not without removing it from the plastic?!? I also paid extra money for fast shipping (1-3) days, and it took 5 days for the shields to get here. Worst company ever. Don't waste your money here.
Received five face shields and one pilled badly after one wearing and washing. The company wants to charge me shipping to replace the one defective unwearable shield. Not good customer service.
I got the wrong order TWICE. The first person I spoke to was kind but sent me the exact same wrong order for the second time. The third time I called and tried to get what I actually paid for, the lady was a complete $#*!.

My package never arrived, after a month i went to get a refund or reship it however after a total of 3 hours, customerservice being closed during its business hours and half a dozen disconnects i finally got an answer. The rep i talked to refused to comply with the companies policies, refused to do anything to try and fix the situation and basically just said, its not the companys fault and you dont get anything, you money is gone and we dont care.
This is my experience ordering from Canada. It has been almost a month, and still haven't received my order. Yes, their shipping policy for international orders say it can take up to 25 or more business days due to locations of certain countries, but come on---I'm in Canada!
Tried to contact them thru live chat since they don't have a toll-free number and had a rep join the chat. He said hello, then left me hanging for 20 minutes. Came back and said he was "disconnected", though his name remained in my chatbox. Gave me the same tracking info I already had and left me hanging again, saying there are "connection problems".
The tracking info said my package was delivered to a postal agent in Toronto at 7:30pm Dec12, and yet the package departed Miami at 8:55pm on the same day? How is that even possible? No further updates since.
Ordered 12 scarves, only got 8 for my epic picture on Christmas. Called on Dec 20. Got them by 12/24!
Ordered a package deal on 12-14-19, recieved 12-24-19. I ordered a Large sweatshirt SA sent a XL because Large was out of stock, a beanie was a part of the bundle but didn't I receive it because it was also out of stock. Maybe the website should tell the customer that the items are out of stock because I would have never sent payment if I would have known I would be paying for the wrong size and a item I didn't even get. Erik on live chat was zero help.
Picked a package that would meet all my gifting needs. Paid in full up front in full on Dec 2nd. Tracking tells me it has being in a major city since Dec 12 where it still sits. I have sent emails and messages with no answers. Now trying to see about refund. Save your time and money people. This company does not have your best interest in mind.

Ordered on 12/16 said all orders received would be processed within 24hrs accepted payment immediately. After 5 days no confirmation of shipment contacted their Live Chat waited 45min to chat with Kernst who took 20min to locate my order only to tell me it's still processing and once fulfilled I can expect it in 3-5 business days. So won't be arriving anytime soon much less in time for Christmas. Their customer service sucks and no estimated time of delivery business is a joke and would not recommend purchasing anything from this lame $#*! company
I had ordered from this company a couple of times in the past. I placed an order, and was careful to choose only in-stock items on November 30th. Promise 3 to 5 days delivery. It is now December 20th I have been on the chat line at least 8 times customer service at least four. All are useless. Nothing ever shipped, I am filing a claim with my credit card to reverse the charges
Placed an order, did not receive tracking as stated when I placed the order. Customer service, well I'm guessing they don't believe in that because they have none. I would stay very far away from this company. "Do not give them your money".

This is a horrible company or if it is even a company. I ordered something at the beginning of dec and it is now dec 19th and still nothing. Just horrible. Couldn't talk to anyone thru messenger and so I decided to call and waited over an hour. This company needs to get it together. I probably should have checked reviews before I purchased anything anyway so that's my fault.
I ordered from SAFishing last year, no problem. My order came as expected. This year I ordered on Nov 29th, it is now Dec 17th. I received my order number, nothing about shipping. The next information is from their website. Not true

I ordered Christmas gifts, and wish I would have read these reviews first. I got half of my order. My experience is the same as others. Called customer service, they never answered? A recording plays till it wears you down as they want you to live chat! I was caller number 67 in the que. Then when I tried to live chat I was number 38 in the que! After reading these reviews I see why the lines were busy! Sadly I wanted the gifts, but instead filing dispute with bank. Never dealt with a company this bad in today's online world!
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
