I bought a few things from these guys 5 weeks ago. Terrible customer service. I tried their chat line twice and both times the people were not helpful. They said it could take 15-20 days to ship, and I contacted them after 20 days. Absolutely awful company-I'll be calling my credit card company to have them revoke the payment. SA Company, if you read this- you suck.

Scam company

Ordered via Facebook ad. Received a tracking no's and package appeared to ship from them. However package arrived in country on the 18th Nov and left on the 19th.No further updates since then (now 13th Dec)Left various messengers request and sent emails.
Nil response so guess just blew my money Ona thieving scam company.

These people are so full of sh! T said my order shipped to Toronto Nov 14 then on the same day shipped back to Miami WTF? When I questioned it they said it was a "glitch" total bs its been over a month. When I questioned them on when I should expect shipment they cut and paste a disclaimer trying to say "if shipments are lost or stolen its the customer's problem and they assume no responsibility" who does that? Not let's fix this just to bad not our problem. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

We will be contacting BBB, YouTube, Kijiji, Facebook, and Paypal to warn of this scam of a company! So pissed off, buyer beware

Overcharging Liars

I have made 2 orders with this company. First order, I love the product but it took 4 days to receive tracking and 9 total days to receive my order. Thought "okay. No big deal. Maybe the shipping issue is a one time thing. I like these, I want to order some more as Christmas gifts." So I made another purchase. 6 days ago. I still haven't received tracking info nor have I received my order. They say 2-5 day shipping. That's nothing but a lie. When I contacted them to question it, all they could tell me was "I'll refund your shipping cost for the inconvenience." Yeah. Thanks for my $7 back. How about you ship my damn order to me. Not happy at all.

Its sad because before I started to write this review I read a few and they are right in line with what I am experiencing. I ordered a straw hat and 3 face shields back on August 3rd. I received my face shields within 8 days and then was informed that the straw hats were back ordered. Then after about 6 more days I was informed that the straw hat was in and shipping to my house. THAT WAS ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO! Its now August 19th and I have still not received the hat! I have been on the phone and chat with customer service at least 6 times and always promised another order but it never comes through.! They are a COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! IM OUT $45 FOR NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE!

I will be reporting this company immediately!

I ordered two hats and four face shields as part of a promotion that was going on. I spent 17$ on shipping for a very small package to arrive which only had one of the hats in it. (Face shields were present). The hat was crammed into the box distorting the shape and ultimately destroying it. This was beyond frustrating to not only get an incomplete order but one that I couldn't even give as a gift as I originally intended it to be.

Next, I tried to contact the company, which for some reason, the phones don't work. Therefore I resorted to sending two emails weeks ago. I have yet to hear back when the policy says there should be a response in up to 48 hours. Additionally I tried to speak with someone via chat which couldn't be much help. She first informed me that return labels are not provided for the hats. However upon reading your return policy which states "SA company only offered USPS return labels on domestic returns only". Which I apply because I am in Hollywood which is basically down the street. She finally advised me that a return shipping label could be emailed to me to return the products so I can get a refund. She stated I would get an email in 24-48 hours. It has been over that time and still no response from your team. Eventually the women in the chat stopped responding to my questions all together inquiring about refunds.

Disappointing isn't a great enough adjective to describe my feelings about this entire process. I got an incomplete order, a destroyed hat, and lack of "valued customer service". It has been the worst $70 I've ever spent.

I have now initiated a dispute with my credit card company and the better business bureau. If you don't believe my review go look at all the disputes on BBB and the customers say the exact same thing as I am.

This company is fraudulent and the most disappointing outcome I've ever experienced.

I placed an order with 3-5 day shipping. 12 days later, I still had not received my packages so I reached out to customer service. After waiting for several hours to talk to someone, I was informed that none of my order had been shipped and that one of my items was out of stock, but they were going to ship a replacement item. My items started to arrive several days later in various shipments, but now, 30 days after my order, I still have not received one of my items. I have exchanged numerous emails with customer service, who are either unwilling or unable to provide any assistance or confirm my request for a refund. I will not be ordering from SA Company again.

NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I would have read the previous reviews before ordering from this company. Like so many others have said, it is obvious that all the money went into the marketing campaign as the customer service is horrendous! No one to call. Sit in a chat for an extended period of time. Only to get a "your order is in the process of getting to you"! WTH does that mean? Never again and will be sharing this with all that I know and via socials.

After I paid for board shorts, I get an email saying they are backordered and will receive an email soon to let me know when they will be shipped.
Now, a month later still no email, don't answer their phone ever, "Chat" doesn't work and no reply to any email I have sent.
Don't buy from this company.

SCAM!

Ordered on July 2nd 2019. By the 9th still had not received a tracking number. Was sent an email the shorts were back ordered and they would email me when the item came in. I called 4 times during normal hours phone message repeats 3 times they are busy and then line goes dead. Emailed customer service 9 time and never got a response. Finally got mike on the live chat option and he finally sent a tracking number and said it would update "sometime this week". Order finally arrived today. They sent some chap straw hat that was damaged and not what I ordered and the order was missing another hat I ordered. I have been plastering scam on social media and emailing them non stop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will not get your order.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Horrible company to work with. 4 weeks later and we still havent received our order. Live chat doesnt help or doesnt respond. Call customer service and you either hold or they are closed during business hours. ZERO STARS. I will be calling the BBB and my bank for a fraudulent purchase today.

Took money out the day I ordered. Received only 3 buffs 10 days later. Invoice said shorts, shirt and hat were on back order. Contacted customer service after 3 weeks and was told it would be another month or more before my items were in. They sell items that they do not have in stock. Should be up front with customers and either not sell items they do not have or at the very least, let them know BEFORE order is placed that they are on back order like every other online retailer. Do not order from here. This will be our last order.

They take your money then say your item is backordered, no projected date of when I will receive it. No option to simply swap for another style. Call their number and you will hear a hold loop for 1.5 minutes then it says "thank you, goodbye" I tried several times during normal business hours but this happens over and over. I disputed the charge with my bank.

Only got part of my order. Had to email 3 times over 2 months to finally get part of my order. The items are not good enough quality to fight with them to get it. The customer service is probly the worst I've ever dealt with. They have zero people skills. However they are very skilled at charging your credit card. Can get the exact same item from places like Aliexpress. So way over priced anyway. Save your money and sanity and avoid them.

Paid extra $15 for 1-3 day shipping. Its now day 4 and I'm currebtly on hold with my 3rd cs rep. The 1st 2 said they were sending an email about my refund, this one wanted to call me back. They couldn't even find my order number in their records. Waiting for a supervisor. At this point, I want my whole order cancelled and refund my money. I'll take my business elsewhere.
