Incomplete order, bad customer service and price gouging. Material is cheap and thin, rough cut and frayed on top and bottom. I tried to contact customer service multiple times and got no answer. Eventually I had to go through my bank to get the money refunded. I'm very disappointed and will never order again.

They charge $5.00 for 2-5 day shipping, not bad, 5 days later get email saying I will get a tracking number in 2 weeks, next day get an email saying 3 weeks, next day get another saying 30 days. I try contacting them I get a recording saying there closed try back during business hours(it was business hours). Tried live chat got a computer generated message saying if your trying to find out when your order will ship they will send out an email letting me know it's on its way! Still waiting cat get a hold of them and no merchandise. WTF! Don't do business with this company!
I purchased the buy 1 get 4 free deal 2 years ago for $20. Now they want $75 for the same deal? Shameful, taking advantage of the situation with thousands of lives at stake. I will do everything I can to steer potential customers away. And the material curls up on the edges after 2 uses, and is thin as paper. Terrible product, and disgusting use of a deadly pandemic to make some money. Shame on you.
Bad customer service waste of money sent wrong item item I order two item of alpha the send something different
Waited 53 minutes on the phone with customer support before being hung up on. Waited another 40 minutes with their online chat system before the rep, "Alex", closed the chat after I provided my order number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They must be a scam. No business should act like them.
I ordered $50 worth of masks several weeks ago and they haven't even sent the shipping info.
I tried contacting them but they never respond to my emails and their "Live Chat" is always offline.
Order for items worth 120 $ on 2. 03. 2020 and the shipment never arrived till today, contacted the shipment company and they clearly informed me to contact SA company and once I did, guess what? I was ignored... keep in mind no email to send them your question so you have to wait in queue for a good 45 minutes till your turn come up then ask you one question ORDER number then they disappear.
If you want to request for refund take my advice contact PayPal and open a dispute they will help you get your money back.
I would have given a 0 star if I could have. I understand that we are in pandemic and had they said they weren't working etc then it would be more understanding but no answer or nothing. Trust me everyone do not order from this company. They will charge your card and send nothing and at this point they are blaming it on the Covid-19. My order has been more than 2 weeks and hasn't even shipped yet. Biggest issue is that only contact with them is that of chat and no one is actually working the chat it's a robot. Just know that I warmed you.
I ordered on March 13th. April 1st my order is still "processing". I called, message said they are closed. I tried the "chat" option, I was #27 in queue, my turn and Eric never said a wordnto me but put me at the back of the queue #40. I wait longer, just as my turn comes they kick me to the back again. I FB message and guess what? They haven't answered that either. Shocking, I know. I want my money back from this scam of a company.
So I saw the ads on IG. I thought it would have been useful to my boyfriend for work. I ordered 5 for 20$ right before Christmas (2019) hoping they would come in as a gift. It's now April 2020 & I still haven't received my package. No one will reply to my emails or answer any calls. My card payment already went though like WTF. Waste of $#*!ing time & my Money.
Tried to do live chat on the SA site and keeps saying it closed. Should I worry about my money? It's over 3 days since the messaged a 72hr delay on the order.

Never received, call 66 min wait after waiting for 20 min, went to online chat. I was #35 in the queue. That's bull$#*!. Wait@ hours for a call and several hours for a chat. Coronavirus should not stop you from answering the dumb phone or a chat. You suck. I want my money back. I'm filing a complaint on line.

The so-called "customer service agent" that I spoke with was SO RUDE! I placed my order OVER A WEEK AGO and hadn't heard anything about it from SA Fishing Company. I called and sat on hold FOR OVER AN HOUR. When I finally got ahold of a person (who sounded like she was from New Jersey and not Florida) she was a complete jerk! She gave me nothing but attitude during the entire conversation. I requested that she send me my tracking information while I was still on the phone. When it came through to my email, I followed the link and the link said that the tracking number wasn't valid. When I told her about the message I received SHE SCREAMED AT ME. When I asked for her name she said, "Yeah, good luck with that." AND HUNG UP ON ME. It's no wonder why this company has such a horrible BBB rating! I wish I had check the BBB website before ordering. This is a rip off! I will be reporting my experience to the Better Business Bureau and will be leaving poor reviews absolutely everywhere I can.
I have ordered from SA many times and never had an issue. Order number ******* plainly shows a short sleeve t shirt was ordered. When my package was delivered my wife opened it and washed everything. I was shipped a long sleeve t shirt not a short sleeve. I do not wear long sleeve shirts. I contacted SA about the issue and was told it was my fault they wouldn't exchange it or mail out the right item because it was washed. They didn't understand that if they wouldn't have mailed the wrong item we wouldn't be having an issue. They told me it was my fault for washing the shirt. I belong to a few organizations that will cease doing business with anyone who can't honor their customers. SA Fishing was wrong when they sent the WRONG item to me.
The hat is put together crooked and not what i ordered. The face shields are rough cut on the ends and frayed out of the package. Return policy says they have to be in the package unopened. Well how will i know how poor of a product without opening them. Now all i can return is the hat.
They shouldn't be allowed to sell this crap to anyone.
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.
