I purchased some things last month to find out this company is a fraud. I never even received a tracking number. Their live chat says they are open 24/7 but they are never online and the phone number listed doesn't work. Finally found a legitimate email, but no one responded.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Not able to call them and online chat took about an hour to connect. I was something like 76th in que. Then, when I did reach someone to check on my order, I was told that it is taking 5 - 10 days to get orders out and they hoped to have it shipped next week. I explained that we were on day 9 since I placed my order so shipping next week would go well beyond 5 -10 days. I was then told that the website indicates there may be delays of up to 30 days, which I explained was not posting on the website when I placed my order. I think they are taking orders, promising deliveries, and taking the money, even when they know they can't deliver when promised. And the customer service seems like you are talking to a robot that is programmed with certain responses. I sure hope my money is refunded as I was told it would be.

Ordered on 2/24 was told 3 weeks after my order that the rings were backordered, fine. I'm still waiting and can get nobody to respond to me. I've emailed twice, live chatted 4 times only to be hung up on, Facebook messenger, posted on Facebook AND called numerous times. Zero response. I have wasted my money and dont even have a product to show for it. Thank you for nothing.

After placing an order I was told my items would be shipped in 3 days, then I received an email telling me my item could be delayed 7-14 days. After that time had elapsed and I chatted with customer service I was told my items would ship soon. I returned to their website to find another means of contact and there was a notice of it taking 30 days or longer with the excuse being covid19. Problem with that excuse is that they have had this same problem for years when there was no pandemic. Update: finally received a package that included five face shields that I didn't order, mostly of flower patterns when what I ordered were skulls and camo and things like that. It included a card that apologized for sending me whatever the hell they wanted and that if I wanted to I could return the items I contacted them numerous times they gave me no return information nor did they reply to any email. But this was a card they had printed so they're doing this to all of their consumers or at least enough to warrant having cards printed.

Their customer service is unresponsive and will tell you that they are going to investigate the error, and then walk away to take a nap. I gave up after a couple hours.
Their scarves are seriously just printed t-shirt tubes, with no surging on the ends. Yes. This means that they will quickly curl on you. They will not serve you ANY protection during the pandemic. You are literally more protected if you scotch tape a coffee filter to your face. I'm sure YouTube shows how to make a face mask out of your mom's panties. You will be far less embarrassed with those on your face than the ridiculously poor cartoon faces that they try to put on their face tights. Their patterns are okay, especially the flag focused ones, but you'll never get them if you place an order for them... they will give you an assortment of hideous alternatives that will likely be blamed on inventory and demand, because, hey, that's how amazon works, right? Oh... wait.
Yes, you will be waiting forever, both on your order and then on the useless cust service chat when you try to get a resolution. Just save your time and buy and repurpose a medium sized dog t shirt.

SCAM Company

The email they provide is a scam email. They do not answer their phones nor listen to the voicemail messages. The Chat bot with a live person is also just a scam as they do nothing. I HAVE REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF FLORIDA.

I'm tring to get a refund from a order I placed. I've been using their so call live chat system and they sent me someone else's complete personal information. This company is extremely unprofessional and dangerous to your personal information.

I placed 2 orders on 04.02.2020 (one of which needed to be cancelled or refunded).

I called their company asap and was on hold for over an hour, only to be disconnected by someone on their end. I've now been calling for days only to get the same message "We're closed, please contact us via Live Chat".
I've waited in "Queue" for over an hour on 5 separate occasions, and when I'm finally number 1, all I get is a pre-typed auto response, and once again, I'm disconnected.
I've also sent several emails in regards to cancelling my order/requesting a refund, and have not received anything back from their company.

They did however charge me several days after, for the order I wished to be cancelled. If and when it ever arrives, I will be sending it back. If there are any issues in sending it back/getting a refund (which I highly anticipate there will be), I will be opening a dispute via PayPal in order to get my money back.

I've learned the hard way that ordering from this company is a gamble, so buyer beware.

Shipping dates are very wrong.
They take money as soon as you place the order.
Horrible communication.
Items left off order.
No good way to get in touch.
This company buys from China and adds their logo.
Highly dissappointed in deciding to give this company a chance.
Took longer and paid for items not recieved. Nothing I can really do now. Very Frustrating!

I ordered products over two months ago, on February 4th 2020. They crossed the border into Canada on February 10th, with no new updates, no attempt to contact me regarding my delivery, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service at SA several times, and they were not able to assist. They would also not issue a refund for products never delivered after over two months post-purchase. The current date is April 7th with no further steps or assistance from the company. I would warn against!

I placed my order weeks ago and have had nothing but a headache since. I've received multiple emails saying different delay times and it is impossible to contact customer service. They're supposedly not accepting phone calls, no response on their "live chat" service and no email is listed. DO NOT ORDER on this site.

I ordered a few things from them. I was trying on a pair of swim short and they ripped and fell apart. Saw tag is from china and when i chatted with sa. They said they would be charging shipping for the item. One that i never was able to wear once. There is no quality control from them. Sell cheep clothes with no respect for there customers.
