Company didn't ship for weeks but wouldn't cancel the order either. When they finally shipped it was total trash, one wash and the cloth was fraying. Only ONE use! They argued and finally agreed to give me a label but never refunded my shipping. This company is terrible. Avoid!

Pretty Sure SA Is A Scam

Great gaiters!

Their mask prints are super cute & even with long time wear & multiple washes they hold up and the print doesn't seem to fade. We have ordered multiple times & probably up to 70masks. Our last 2 orders have come in within the week I've placed the orders (most the bad reviews look like they were written during the height of the covid mask freakout when all places selling masks were backed up due to not being prepared for the random high volume of orders)
The kids masks fit my kids perfectly also without being too baggy or falling off constantly

I was looking for a few items of a specific design. I ordered them as part of a pack that was cheaper than individually, and included a free leather hat. The order took a long time to arrive (couple months) The hat is vinyl. I guess to be expected for a free item. Second, only 1 of the designs I chose arrived. The rest were replaced with completely different items with a card that they were similar to my chosen devices. They keep promising to send a replacement when it is available. 5 months later, it isn't. They also said they would refund if it wasn't. They haven't. In the my account my order is now listed as "trash" for category.

BUYER BEWARE

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a bundle of masks for $20 back in April 2020 and received my order a couple weeks later and it was wrong. Then when I contacted Customer Service they assured me they would send me the missing item. I never received any tracking information thus never received the item. I continued to reach out for months before reporting them to the BBB. The BBB was never able to resolve the issue for me either. The other day I received an email with a return label, come to find out it is not even for MY ORDER. I then emailed and asked why I was receiving this email and asked why I have not had any communication regarding my order but am being contacted about another persons order! They will not respond to you or fix their errors. They will just take your money and then ignore you if you have any issues with their products. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Trash company

I did there promo but 1 sleeve get 2 free. That was a mistake. WTH am I gonna do with 1 single sleeve. Them the shipping I paid for them to ship to my house. But for some reason I had to go to the post office and pick it up. Talked to their live chat and the representative told me I had to call the post office and tell them to ship it to my house which would take another 3days. WTF. Then when I got my package after going to the post office. Open it up the camp I got was lighter then the picture after that I was done. Talks to the live chat again to see if they would send my a shipping return label. They said then can't do tthst because it wasn't there fault the I had to go to the post office and get my package or that the color was off from the picture. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH DONT BUY FROM THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Don't waste your money!

It all looks legitimate from the website to taking your payment. Your shipment will never arrive! Live chat not working on FB messenger nor on their website and no customer service number available.
If you have ordered consider yourself SCAMMED!

Ordered our items and was sent a shipping number... its been 3 months and it's apparently "in transit" to our town thats only 4 hours from last location.
Unable to contact at all.

Worst con job going around

Been over 2 months since I purchased items. Tracking number means nothing, cannot contact via email, Facebook messenger I never get a reply, tried contacting USPS for my package no way of contacting, I can't even get my money back because there is no customer service or complaints email to send to. Biggest con job going around.

Tried to buy their masks they are always going on about. Big mistake been two months and no word from them. The tracking history is sent all over the world. It was sent from America to Jamaica and then back to America. Its a terrible size and company. Save your money and go some where else! Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Ordered my faceshields on August 8th and nothing has been shipped. I went to call the company the following week after my order but they do not have active phones. Live chat was not available the 1st time I tried. I attempted to get a refund 3 different times through live chat and customer support was unwilling to refund. They were not able to provide any status on my order. They claimed they would move it up to their priority list. 64 hours later still nothing. Report filed to the BBB, awaiting refund. Save yourself the hassle and order off of Amazon. This company is not fit to do business.

Horrible delivery time

It's been 16 days and my order has not even been sent out. Their site claims that if it is back ordered they would send an email or call. Never heard a thing from them and they state on their site that orders would be processed either that same day or the next. This is from their Domestic Shipping Policy on their site. "All Face Shield® orders by 12 PM will process and ship same day. All orders placed after 12 PM will process and ship the following day. This will include all orders we get from Sunday through Thursday (excluding any Holidays). Orders received on Friday & Saturday will be shipped on Monday. SA Co. Can not control the arrival of the package once it leaves the facility at Boca Raton, Florida. We do however post a tracking number once the item leaves our facility." If I could give negative stars I certainly would.

I purchased several items from SA back in April. I understood that shipping could be delayed due to COVID so that was not a worry for me. Unfortunately when my order was delivered 6 weeks later most of the items in the package were not what I ordered. Inside the package was a laminated card that said "Unfortunately we had to make the hard decision to substitute some of your items. I was not okay with this as I felt they should have simply canceled my order and refunded my payment in full since they could not fulfill the order so i tried contacting SA. Their phone system where I had placed the order 6 weeks prior was now shut down and directed me to contact them via live chat - I tried several times, but my chat request was always dropped when I was getting near the front of the cue (mind you I had been on hold for 2-3 hours waiting for the chat request). I left several email, but never received a single response from the company. I paid $50 and they never sent me the products i ordered - Don't even consider giving them your business - run the other way.

I am not happy they suck on both ends won't send me my stuff and they will not answer me back they took the money out of my account and won't send me my $#*! that's a very bad way to run a business if I did that to my heating and air customers I would have any so I recommend buying something else

My order is late/delayed or lost as far as I know. The chat person abandoned the chat for over 40 minutes when I started asking the tough questions about why they were not assisting me further. The customer service chat person does not know and won't "break their protocol" to help me further. (With all the complaints/bad reviews I have seen, they need to change their protocol so they don't have to tell you they can't "break the protocol"). The first chat 5 days ago gave little info but it did get them to send an email with a tracking number (that should have already been sent, email was 11 days late). The second chat person today advised the order would be put on a list so that it is reviewed and sped up. (That is what should have been done on the first chat conversation). They told me to contact them in 6 days if the tracking number status wasn't updated. I told them good customer service would be for them to proactively contact me in less than 6 days. Speaking to a Supervisor was a no-go. I may not get my order, I may get no further assistance from them and the best way for them to hear how bad they are could be in the chat. Suggestion: go on the chat and just post all the recent bad reviews you can find, and give them a link to them too. If they aren't providing any real customer service give them some reading material to pass the time.
