Our tracking number said it wouldn't be here until August 24th but I got our mail today and they were here. I really like them because they are easy to breath through and I have asthma

Face shields

Cool face shield designs but very cheap material and doesn't fit very well. It kept slipping off our faces unless we tucked it into our hats or put it on the top part of our heads. I bet they make them for 25-30 cents and sell them for $5 each. Good business model but if you don't like them it'll cost you 14 bucks to return it.

I fell for their ad on FB. But 1 and get 2 FREE!. Turn's out that the total came out to be $15 excluding shipping. Which is $5 each sleeve. Now I'm thinking without checking and assuming it's a pair each color. NOPE that's $5 PER SLEEVE! To give you a perspective for the cheap quality of this sleeve, it goes for $2 for a PAIR on amazon.
There are so many better and cheaper alternative elsewhere. But the disappointment doesn't stop there. All the colors are off. The army camo one on their ad you can distinctly see all three colors. In real life only the green pops. And the Black Out Flag? Looks more like Purple flag to me, and no it's not some lighting illusion. I even put up dollar bills so you can see the correct colors for the bills. STAY AWAY from these guys!

I ordered face shield/masks for our whole family here when the pandemic first started. It is now in August and they still haven't left Miami. I contacted there customer service and he sent me another order. 3 weeks later still nothing, it says both are "stuck" in Miami. Contacted customer service again and was told that once a customer purchases product and it is shipped they will not warranty or replace any lost or damaged product that once it leaves there warehouse it's not there "problem" it's mine as the customer. Horrible customer service! DO NOT BUY HERE

Do not buy

I placed a order for 1 face covering thinking I was buying one & getting 4 free this was not so... you have to order from a different option so I did. I received the first face covering which was ABSOLUTELY garbage for $20 Canadian it's nothing more than a rag. I tried to cancel the second order but was told it's already shipped 1 month latter still nothing

Company is a scam. I paid waited a month. Never received anything. Contacted them, they said my order was lost at the airport and they would send out again but instead i said I wanted a refund. They pretend to act like they would give it but then asked how i paid and I said paypal. Like are you serious? They already had my order, they already knew how i paid. They haven't refunded. To top it off the live chat support rep Stephen wanted me to leave a review and I told them I won't be leaving a good review as I never got my product or my refund. I'm filing a complaint with paypal as this is a form of fraud. I'm not the only one that this company has done it to. The rest of the reviews on here that are 5 star are fake and paid for by the company. Avoid at all costs. If they refund me i will update this review. It's up to you SAFISHING. Refund and I will update this. Don't refund and it will stay here.

Nothing special about their face shields, just a junk elastic fabric
Never ever order a mystery mask in the lot, because you gonna receive black or green face shield as I did and customer service doesnt care, they are just sorry for your order

I'm not sure about the products but service is poor at best.
I have been waiting 2 months for my order to arrive and I get no help from the seller.

I orders 5 face shields on July 21st I still haven't received them I never received a confirmation email I tried calling no one answering phones then I emailed twice and no one responded I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges

Happy customer

My face shields arrived today and were exactly as expected. I like the stretch in the fabric and the prints are nice too.
I read the bad reviews after completing my purchase and was afraid I'd be disappointed. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience though. Received tracking info a day or two after purchase and they arrived in less than a week. And my patterns were exactly as ordered as well. I would recommend.

Did not ship

They gladly took my money but almost a month later I still didn't have tracking number. Took 3 days to get someone on chat. They blamed it on DHL losing the package and that their tracking system is broken. The link he gave me says tracking number not found. I asked for a refund and why do you have a tracking number but I don't. Was told a refund will show with bank in 5 to 7 days. We will see.

Worst company ever

Ordered a bunch of neck gaitors that said they would ship by a certain date. A week after that date I contacted customer service to cancel the order and they said it shipped. I received a bunch of crap I didn't order and lots of duplicates. I contacted customer service and they said they would send me a list of the currently available gaitors so I could get what I wanted instead of the random crap they sent me. I never got the email and after weeks of trying to contact customer service for a refund/return I received no response. This company is pure crap. Unless you want to spend your hard earned money on a bunch of random crap they have laying around, do not order anything from this sad excuse for a company.

Received order confirmation and was immediately charged. The account I created on the company's website has no indication of my order. Phone line is not being used, live chat unavailable, and they are no longer utilizing Facebook chat. I'm willing to change my review if someone contacts me by phone of the status of my order. I may need to dispute the charge on my back account.
