Order placed 7/21. No shipment updates, package doesn't even show at the DHL hub. Only responses to online chat and email are it's coming and the issue is closed. CS and Logistics are laughable. DO NOT order from this company. I just want my money back and can't even ask for a refund until I get my product. Conveniently refunds are only possible within 30 days of order date not delivery meaning if it takes another week or two to get my order I can't even return for a refund. Even more comical is they won't reimburse for the shipping. A carrier pigeon could have brought my order to my house in under a month.
This company is a joke and needs to seriously reevaluate is Logistics and CS strategy and teams.
Will never buy again and will tell anyone who asks the same.

I ordered 5 face masks from this company and it took roughly 3 weeks for them to arrive. Upon arrival two of the masks had severe staining, but were still in their sealed waterproof retail packaging. This company has turned off their phones and takes days to respond to your emails. I've requested a refund and fingers crossed they'll respond in the next year. They clearly do not care about their customers or take pride in the product they sell. They're scum and should be avoided at all costs.
Be careful if you're ordering international with this company!
They say it will arrive in 3-5 business days when you pay "priority shipping" and I have been waiting for 2 weeks! I know COVID and blah blah but when you guarantee a delivery date you kind of hold onto that. Still no foreseeable time for get my merchandise as it is still sitting in Florida and I live in Canada!
No body responded to my messages until the other day. The person on the other end was so hands off they were useless.
Definitely should have just ordered my buffs through Amazon.
I ordered the family pack back on July 19th 2020. It says allow up to 5-10 days shipping. It is now 16 days later non delivery! Customers service is horrible I will never order or recommend this company to anybody
Don't buy anything from them. Shipping is horrid their policy is no refunds until 15 business days after shipped. Then when it has not shipped on time they tell you one more day there was a hold up and we cannot give the refund per policy. When you ask for a refund at the 15 day mark good luck because the package has moved and once it has moved you are not entitled to a refund. Read the BBB 600+ complaints for poor shipping practices on top of the hundreds of other complaints
They have literally zero customer support right now. Lies on their advertising and webpage. 10 days later they have collected my money but my order hasnt even been processed yet?
Buyer beware, they take your money give you the run around, give you a bogus tracking number and you will receive nothing from them. I've purchased before and had no problem as for this time total scam. Stay away and save your money.
Ordered 5 masks for a total $30 on July 14th. Still have not received order. Live 2 states away from address items were shipped from. It is now August 2nd and nothing. Could not find a phone number to contact company for refund. Do not order from this site or anything connected to it.
Very disappointed with the ordering process. Ordered over 10 days ago, charged my account, sent message, still not received and limited way to contact them. Live chat is a joke, will continue to try and contact.
Arm sleeves arrived with holes already in them, and are too small to even pull past my elbow with ripping, and these are the next size up from my normal size. DO NOT BUY THIS TOTAL JUNK FROM CHINA

I received my products within 2 weeks of ordering. After reading several negative reviews here, I wasn't sure I'd even get my order. However... I think the problems previously stated may have been resolved. Maybe covid impacted processing?
Customer service/live chat answered all my questions within 1-2 hours in an email. Tracking number was sent within 4 days of my purchase. Product came and was as ordered, meeting expectations.
Great products(specifically the gators). Hopefully this means whatever stated problems existed have since been resolved. I am a satisfied customer.

We ordered the buy 1 get 4 face shields for $19.99. Did not take us long to receive our order (less than 2 weeks). When the order came each item was individually wrapped in their own plastic. Very pleased with quality of product for amount paid. Have already recommended to others.
Placed an order in March, they did not ship. Filled a complaint with my credit card company. SA Fishing finally shipped in June and contested there refund.
I returned the product, and it was received by then on June 17th. It's July 28 and they are still refusing to issue a credit.

I ordered the masks over a week ago. They haven't been shipped & the company won't acknowledge any of my attempts to get ahold of them. Won't happen again
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
