Placed an order July 1st, said in the tracking that it cleared Charlotte USA then Toronto Ontario less than 2 hours later which I think is impossible. If it did clear Toronto Ontario on July 14th I live three hours away from there and my package has still not arrived. I've read some bad reviews I think this website is a scam I would not recommend ordering from this company. Buyer beware
I've seen a lot of reviews with the same issue as mine. I placed an order, they charged my card right away, the order never shipped and there's no way to contact SA Fishing that seems to actually work. I've been trying the chat for 3 hours and have contacted my credit card company due to all the above & the overwhelmingly negative reviews online, particularly here and with the BBB.
By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order for 5 masks, created an account within the company site yo ensure I received my tracking number and receipt. I NEVER received a tracking number or even an email for that matter? The money was taken out of my account immediately I tried for over a week To get ahold of customer service via phone number provided (got voicemail due to covid) live chat does not work for me to speak with someone, website says I have no account ( I attempted to create a second account In order to possibly find my tracking number but yet again I was not able to log into either account that I have made). This company has zero integrity and in my personal opinion is owned/operated by spineless thieves who could not possibly care less about its clientele. Would give zero stars or even negative stars if it was possible. HORRIBLE company in every aspect
The adult face shields are way too thin. My facial hair pokes right through and the top part curls up like an old shirt. The kids shields (ages 3-13) do not stay up on my 9 year old or 4 year old and my kids run large. Attempting to return products is a joke. If opened you cannot return. Well how in the heck am I supposed to try them on?!?!? Still trying to get the unopened ones returned. STAY AWAY!
As the title says, it's been 28 days since my order. I've made repeated contact with the company and have been asked to be patient, etc. 6 days ago I was told they were being re-shipped immediately. As of today still no masks or tracking info. False promises from company. Be very wary if you order from them. Probably won't get masks. I've chalked it up to $30 lost dollars. I will not purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.
I received fanny pack in mail and it was ripped right out of package. Been over a month since they said it was going to be replaced. Still trying to get it replaced as of now. Customer service was very helpful in the beginning but as of today issue still hasn't been resolved. I will not be ordering from them again. 2nd issue I had with them. 1st was with wrong face mask.
Cannot review their product since I still have not received it, though they bill immediately. I doubt that they have a customer service department, You can click the chat button all you want but they never answer. Save your money and frustration. Shop elsewhere.
First off I'm not really one to write a review but I think this needs to be out there. I've ordered face mass July 16 and still to this day the 27th I've yet to get a tracking number or any kind of response I've emailed them quite a few times and still no response. May want to consider ordering from others. Very disappointing!

Order 8 face mask 3 weeks ago they never sent shipment confirmation. I chat with sales strive they miraculously found my order and sent me the tracking information stating the ship it on July 16. Still have not seen the product and shipping information has not changed. Beginning to question if it is a real company. I had to order some from Amazon and got them the next day. I live in Miami you would think they could mail them in regular mail. It is funny they can charge you in 10 minutes bit can ship your order for weeks! I will never do business with them again!
For some reason this company decides to hand of their orders to DHL who has the worst track record for shipping in the U.S. and typically fails! For some reason DHL then hands off to USPS to ship the remainder of the way! My companies order has been sitting in Florida for almost two weeks and there is no sign of movement! SAFishing won't help and DHL/USPS give you the run around. Next I'm reading that many orders aren't coming in correct! So now my next fear is that we won't even get what we ordered! Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle!
I ordered two weeks before I am to leave for the military with the expectation I'd have an overpriced mask to take with me. The first order never came and they refused to open a shipping claim, then botched a second order to make up for the first. If any company should be running efficiently and reliably during a time when masks are desperately needed, its SA Fishing. As a first responder and member of our nation's military, SA Fishing has let me and my family down in a time when we needed their product most, price gauging aside. Buy local, but from a competitor, but most importantly, buy from anywhere else.
I ordered several weeks ago and have not received any form of confirmation. I have attempted to contact the business- their phone are off, no email, will not take direct messages through Facebook. When you get on chat live you will wait an hour. I was given a tracking number that shows the product has not left the business.
Never received order, customer service is non existent. I have ordered from SA before with problems, but thought it was just a fluke. Apparently the poor customer service is the norm.
I ordered on July 3rd so wasn't expecting much over the holiday weekend. To my surprise they sent it out with DHL on July 5. That's when the issues started. If they used the usps it would get here faster. Dealt with a few people during this time. I did review their shipping on another site and actually got a real live person since I gave them 1 star there too. She offered to refund my purchase price. Today I got an email saying they are only refunding the shipping, a whopping 5 bucks! I had to laugh. I did get what I ordered on 7/21. Their website makes you think they make everything here in the USA, but the made in China tag says otherwise. From reading other reviews it sounds like I got lucky getting the correct order. I'll never order from them again and recommend that you go elsewhere to find what you want.
I took a chance on this and paid the price. My order never arrived, and there's NO way to contact them. Live chat doesn't work. Never received my face shields either. Stay AWAY and take your money elsewhere. Unreal they are stil in business.
I ordered two different sets if sleeves. The order came and one set the pattern wasn't even close even though the shipping slip had the correct pattern. They sent replacement sleeves but again sent the wrong pattern. They then sent replacement sleeves and of the two sleeves ONLY ONE WAS CORRECT. THE SLEEVE IN THE MIDDLE IS THE CORRECT ONE
I placed my order 3/20/20 and received it on 6/18/20. Even though the company is located on the other side of the state as me, it still took them nearly three months to ship. It was only after I had disputed the charge on my cc that it magically appeared at my doorstep. I had reached out to them numerous times over the three months with no luck and zero communication on their part. The only correspondence I ever received from them was the original order confirmation email. Also, the order I received was completely different from what I placed. As far as the quality, their face shields are nothing but very cheap thin t-shirt like material, thinner then any other face coverings I've seen. I ordered them so I wouldn't breath in so much dirt/dust/grass while mowing the lawn but they're so thin they're not effective at all. The straw hat is just a cheap China made hat that smells and has already started to fall apart after the first wear. Probably won't last long. Oh well, guess I'll chalk this one up to lesson learned.

I was a little worried when I saw the negative reviews... Totally didn't need to worry! Had nothing but an awesome experience. The website is easy to use, prices were great, and shipping was fast. From the checkout to having the items in hand was 7 days. We ordered 2 hats, 1 sun shirt, 15 face shields in various patterns and every single item came in correctly. Even had some questions and the customer service rep Joseline was so sweet and helpful. Completely recommend them and am thinking about getting more of the new sun shirts they are releasing soon.
I made my order, then read the reviews. I thought "Oh no", but I received my correct order faster than I expected. Very happily surprised that my order was here quicker than I was resolved to thinking. Actually was just going to check for a tracking number, but they were delivered.
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
