I wish I could rate my experience lower than a 1. I usually do NOT leave bad reviews but this company has given me nothing but grief. Shipping took over a week longer than they first stated I would get my package. They gave me a generic email at first saying to give shipping 24/48 hours longer. I reached out 2 days AFTER that 48 hours and was told to please be patient. I kept checking the tracking number. It finally says it was delivered but I never received the package. I contacted them 2 days later to give the mail more time. Maybe it was marked delivered but wasn't there quite yet. I'm trying to be optimistic. Nothing...
I reached out again to the company and basically got a too bad so sad response stating they are not liable for lost/stolen items and to contact the carrier.
It has been nothing but hassle with this company.
Turn around now.! Just saving you the headache and money, just don't do it. There are so many other company's to buy from. You have been warned. Listen to the reviews...! Zero stars isn't an option
I ordered 5 Shields for this company several months ago and have not received them. I have tried to have live chats and emailed them several times. No response on live chat or email. I have not received a refund either.
Made a purchase from SA company June 16,2020. It is now July 16,2020, and I still have not received my order. Each time I contacted customer service it took forever for someone to answer the chat. They do not have an option to call. Customer service had a different excuse every time I contacted them. I finally asked for a refund, and did not receive my order. I would not order from this company again!

I placed an order and it took almost a month to receive. Once I got it, The hat, the main item for the order, was missing and the rest of the order was incorrect. Wrong Shorts, Wrong Shirt and Wrong Size. I think the only thing they got correct was the shipping address.
My wife ordered a father's day present for me. Here it is a month later and still haven't recieved her order. Now the tell us we have to wait another 5 days to get our money back.
We recieved our order about 9 days after initial buying so they did arrive quicker than expected. We ordered face shields which were correct, a youth hat which was correct but the adult hat was not correct so unfortunately I dont match with my son. They bent them up to stuff into a small box leaving them misshapen, my sons flattened out ok but mine is still super wonky. All in all not terrible my main goal was the face shield and his hat and I got them so really I'm fine with it.
I ordered one month ago can't get a response and don't have merchandise but they charged my credit card immediately. Beware do not buy from them you get a run around. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau
I initially was going to order from a different company that were offering 4 face Shields for $20 before ordering I looked in to other face Shields and saw an ad by SA offering 8 face shields for $24, so of course I go for the better deal. SA notified me right away of what I ordered and what I would be expecting. After ordering I looked online and saw a bunch of negative reviews.(UH-OH) Well today is 6 days from when I ordered and it just came in the mail and I am extremely satisfied got all the colors that I ordered nothing wrong with any of the face shields I ordered, so I don't understand where these negative reviews came from. As far as I'm concerned SA is a stand-up company and I would recommend them to anybody 7/9/20

I left several messages on the live chat line and received a response. What a joke! 3 months later still no product.
Purchased a 5 pack deal. Went through the many options and picked the 5 masks i wanted. Placed order and received an email quickly thanking me for my order, and how they would keep me updated on the status of my order. After 2 weeks and an email inquiry I was told shipping was the problem. I can be patient, but it took 5 1/2 weeks to receive my order. My happiness was short lived as not even one of the masks I had ordered was in the shipment. I got a flyer stating they wanted me to have a mask, so they sent 5 random ones.
Well, tried to call customer service and of course was put in que line and it stated I was number 99 in line, GREAT... I actually stayed on line and got down to 37, but apparently at closing time, they hang up on everyone. Days later, I finally talked to a lady, who told me if I was unhappy she would restart my order. I told her to please do that as the masks I got were not what I wanted. She said the order would take about 2 weeks and as a bonus I could keep the ones they sent and she would and another one,
I figured it was not going to happen, since they are giving me all this "free" stuff. Here it is months lster and still have not received my order.
Ordered a pack of 7 or 8 masks for $25, and I spent a long time deciding which masks I wanted. Eventually got a lot of purple ones. The order came in 2 months later, and I received 5 masks, none of which I ordered with a little card that said it was on purpose. They have a live chat which they recommend you fix your order from, but the live chat is down. I was about to open a paypal dispute when there was a note from the company saying to contact their email, which I did, then received my refund.
Did not receive order. It was shipped but usps listed it as a "dead package" sa fishing refused to so much as lift a finger to help me out. They will not back their customers. Beware!
Ordered masks 14 days ago. No update, no delivery. Live CHAT no help. Can not reach anyone. CHAT takes hours and then only responds with email. CHAT agent says to be patient. REALLY?
Very disappointing
Do not order from this company. It took almost 3 months, and multiple attempts to speak to someone or even chat with a bot, to receive my order and it was wrong when I received it. They are not capable of correctly filling the orders they are receiving.
Have had many orders and never had a problem with SA, GREAT COMPANY, live chat is great they will e-mail you back if they are busy. Always been satisfied with everything from SA
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: Oh yeah.! Safishing is a scam. Call it what it is. A total loss. Just except it and learn from it. But take the time out like myself and warn others. Maybe we can deter a few people from going thru the same thing.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
