If anyone wants Facemasks or any paraphernalia for riding motor bikes or whatever, I highly recommend not to buy from SA Company. I ordered in middle of April and finally shipped May 20th, It took over a month just to ship my items and still havent got my items, SAFishing.com use Standard USPS for shipping items to Canada and its been the worst experience. My items are still sitting in at a distribution Centre in Miami apparently since June 8th.
I cant even get ahold of this company for refund if I wanted to.
Very sub par company to deal with in my opinion

My husband loves their products but if you have an issue with your order customer service is a joke! They continued to give the same generic responses, we were unable to actually talk to a person the entire time we were trying to resolve our issue and after telling me they would resend the order they then said they are not responsible and wouldn't resend it
Don't order you will not get you product, can't call them, their live chat asks for an email to get back at you and they never do. Sent email and the girl gave me a bogus tracking number that hasn't moved in a week. Its been a month and no way to get ahold of anyone so I disputed it with paypal and my credit card.
I ordered face masks on April 13th and have yet received my product! Every time i contact costumer service I get a generic answer now they had to reship my package, give me a new order and tracking number. When I got to track it's either an Invalid number or the label was created but never left their warehouse. Do Not order from this company.
Worst customer service ever! Put an order in 3/26/2020. 6/27 still not here. They charged my credit card 3/27. No contact number or email for customer service. Live chat never works! These people are low lifes! Stay away.
I ordered the 5pk of face shields they were not very pricey but they came super fast and are high quality I am very satisfied... I'm not sure why they have bad reviews at all in glad I gave them a chance!
They sent the wrong items, slow shipping, missing items. Can't contact them. No email, phone or chat response. Better to spend your money elsewhere
I see that SAFishing seems to have a bad rating... I have no idea why. I have ordered from them twice, and my roommate did once as well. The products were exactly what I expected and arrived very quickly. They now have soooo many packages and deals that you pretty much can come up with a combo you'd like, just keep scrolling, and you'll find it! The selection of the prints is soo vast and just keeps getting larger, along with the different kinds of products. My first order all they had was the shields. The second, they had started having the winter ones in the packs... now dog scarfs, and hoodies... blah blah the list continues to grow. I'd also like to say that my products still look like new and it's been at least 8 yrs...
I just feel with the crazy low rating, I should let someone know that my experiences have been great!
Did not get my complete order, missing board shorts, and I cant get anyone to respond to my concerns via their "live chat" I think they are a scam company.
Just horrible communication can get a hold of any body by phone and or live chat never could great product horrible communication or costumer service I feel they don't care
At the beginning of April I saw a Facebook ad and thought I'd order face masks for my entire family. When ordering they did mention there would be delay; however, almost two months later I attempted to contact them. I NEVER recieved an email from them- so I had to go to my paypal account to even figure out what the company was called to attempt to contact them. After I contacted them that's when the product actually shipped- about 3-4 days later. Finally, I received items in the mail but the invoice did not match what I ordered. I have been trying to reach out to them through the chat feature to figure out a way to return, but they finally responded that they would send a shipping label for return and three days later I still have not received one. The quality is horrible- I am 100% sure the mask in their pictures is NOT the same as the ones they delivered. DO NOT order from them! I finally just submitted a dispute with PayPal because I can not and will not spend one more minute trying to dispute this over $24.
We all have seen the advertisement on Pinterest and other places about buy 4 face shields and get 1 free. Well I did just that and spent a fair amount of time picking out which shields I wanted. About 6 weeks later my items came In and were not even close to the items I picked out. Not only were they wrong they were about as different from my choices as you can get. I have had not luck with customer service to get items I truly wanted. Reading other reviews you may get what you want or, like myself and others may not. This is not Vegas I did not want a roll of the dice to see if what I paid for will be sent to me.
I ordered mid April. It took a whole month to get a notification of shipping. This was on May 14 and it's June 18 with nothing arriving yet. I contacted customer service on June 2 with no word back yet. Very very disappointed!
Ordered got wrong product. Lady called me after I paid $10.00 to ship unopened in a secure BOX so they couldn't be damaged and told me they were keeping $17.80 for shipping even though they got their product back unopened and I paid return shipping. On their site it shows a guy opening a box, mine came in a flimsy envelope. No way cost them over $5.00 if close to that to ship to me but they're charging me $17.80. Didn't even ATTEMPT to offer to send me correct product either. Then they won't allow reviews on their site, I see now after looking up where to leave one. They have habit and LONG PATTERN of sending wrong product and them keeping your money. It cost me about $27.00 with this Company and have no product. I'm appalled that an American Co treats people like this. Wish I saw their reviews ahead of time. VERY DISSATISFIED!
Ive placed 2 orders since april. The first one got to me and not a single sleeve was what i ordered. None of my grandbabies shields came. Oh and that order took over a month. Attempted to reach customer service and got NOTHING. Second order was placed right after this one and i stillhave not gotten it. This company has amazing products just TERRIBLE ETHICS, NO INTEGRITY, AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS DANIELLE YOU ROBO CSR THAT SUCKED!

This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time and I buy almost everything on line. After waiting almost a month to receive my order. The one size fits all straw hat was a good quality hat will fit properly only on a very large head. There is no elastic band like some hats have just a huge hole. You can keep it on your head with the strap but it will cover your ears and forehead. I also ordered three face shields and not one of them was what I ordered, this is after waiting a month for my order. The face shields were of low quality. I sent it all back for a refund which is made very difficult. Their customer service is the worst. You can not call the 800 number because of COVID-19. Many times the live chat button will not let you connect and when you do connect you will NEVER talk with someone on the other end. They don't tell you they will get back with you they just let you sit there as if your waiting for someone to respond but there is no one there. You will get a reply by email several days later. This is how the live chat works. I can not tell you how much time I have wasted trying to return my order and now after they have had my returned order in their possession for over 2 weeks and counting I still no refund which they said I would have 1-3 days after receiving my order. So now I'm back to their live (dead) chat. Hopefully I will hear from them by email in three or four days. In the mean time i will contact my credit card to get my refund from this corrupt company. Stay away. Do not from this pathetic company.

Like most on here the bad experiences just keep coming when dealing with this company. Got the wrong items in my order, item missing and threw junk in as subistutes (makes sense to throw in a flower print for a guy ordering mostly camo items). And the only way to get a response is by posting a bad review.
Brought an buy one get four for free. Well when I received my package today I got ten in my package so if it was scam don't think would have got anything in the mail.
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.
