We are STILL waiting on the correct items that we ordered back in late January early February. Contacting their customer service is sitting in a chat room for 4 or more hours just so the person can have no idea what their talking about & try to send you to someone else for another 4 plus hours. This issue hasn't been fixed & is ridiculous months later!
They used colorful ads to attract you to place order and then wait for 3 months received totally different color (black and white), what happen to the color one that I had ordered. They even included a preprint card states they need to substitute your designs. I have a reasonable doubt that they don't even have them in stocks and still taking order from public.
Ordered the 5 pack face shields. When they arrived only one was correct. Contacted the live chat which took them 4 days to contact me from the chat. They wanted to correct it and asked me to pick from what they had in stock. I did and a month later, today I get them open the package and none of them are correct. Please steer clear on this company until they get their act together.
Print on the fabric doesn't last that long (face cover). I've ordered it 5 years ago and about a month it start to fade just few wears. Month ago, I've ordered arm sleeves and face cover (random pick). I just received the items just now and it has been a month to receive the item. I mean COVID19 and all but facebook states that they are open and ready to ship out within couple of days, which is false. Do not order arm sleeves from them. It's so uncomfortable and it reaches to your arm pit. I'm 5'7 and med built and it's tight and cutting circulation on the edges. I'm just glad that I didn't ordered anything else from them.
Unfortunately I didn't find this review website until after I ordered from this company. I'm so dissatisfied I searched out a place to write a $#*!ty review. Stay away
Face masks: Takes almost a month to receive. They're not stitched on either end so they just are basically sowing regular leggings material pants and cutting them in chunks, being cheap without reinforcement they will fray in no time. They also sent me a hey we sent you random designs & assumed I was a man sending me 3 camouflage, a weird man face & a British flag. Ok I'm Asian & have no Europe affiliation. They've ignored my emails and messages as well. They should ask if we're ok with their random choosing than picking it themselves then shipping it & saying oops too late. If that's how they do it why do they give us options to pick designs? Total scam, I'm trying to get a refund from PayPal
Placed an order on May 30 for 4 arm sleeves and received exactly what I ordered on June 8 so I can say for me this was a really good online seller and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
Ordered 5 masks in March. I received 4 masks that were the wrong design. I reached out to customer service to have my issue fixed, they said "we'll send replacement masks in 24-48 hours". Well, that was 2.5 months ago and still nothing. They updated their live chat and removed their phone number from their website. It's virtually impossible to talk to their customer service team now. I feel 100% scammed.
I received the order FINALLY and It wasn't what I ordered! There was a card that stated they tried to replace it with something similar! HA HA! I ordered Face covers that were more feminine, I received Traffic cone orange, BRIGHT yellow, army green and white Not to mention a freaky Killer clown! I ordered: tidal waves, Magenta Military, blossom. Mermaid scales and a mystery shield. Killer Clown! Maybe that was the mystery! Looks like something out of GOTHAM! I would never nor would I ever wear such a HIDEOUS scarf! Bait and Switch! I ordered March 20! Received the order June 6 after chatting and emailing the company. What a joke!
I placed an order March 20 and I still have not received information that the order has shipped or a tracking number. I have an order number and the money was taken from my account. I have tried to contact the company via chat as instructed by their website to no avail. I am VERY disappointed, I understand that items may be delayed due to COVID and the current New life we all have but 60 days and NO RESPONSE is ridiculous. I will never order from or recommend this company again. It looks like yet another Instagram fake company taking advantage of people during a scary time.
I started to cancel my order after I placed it with this conpany because I saw so many bad reviews on it. On the site they said it would take about 30 days to ship because they are so backlogged. Thankfully I decided to wait and they sent exactly what I wanted in exactly the amount of time they said it would take.
I ordered back in March and paid priority and still nothing... we are now a week into June 2020... GREAT way to conduct business... and live chat is always offline
I read some reviews and stupidly still gave this company a shot and purchased face masks for my family from them anyway. The shipment never arrived. I never even got a confirmation from them. But they got their money. I got scammed. Shame on them taking advantage of people during a pandemic.
I would not suggest ordering from this company. I have never experienced customer service (or lack there of) as bad as this company. 50% of my order was wrong. Wrong size on one item, and wrong pattern on another. I would rather have been refunded than charged for items that are wrong. I have attempted to contact customer service via live chat multiple times with no success. I have also emailed multiple times with no response. Terrible experience and will steer friends and family that I know are interested in these products away from this company. At this point I would rather send all items back and not support this brand, but I refuse to pay for shipping for an error that was not on my end, but in fact on theirs.
I ordered and was CHARGED for face mask, in MARCH. After patiently waiting (COVID19-Totally understandable)
The order came in, and not"ONE" item was what I ordered, after patiently waiting to connect with someone on CHAT. (Only took me 3 days to connect)
I was told that ORDERED items were no longer available. And pls select different items on Website, and assured NEW order would ship 3-5 days.
And that has been 3 weeks ago and still nothing. How do you stay in business! I demand a refund on my order!#*******
Placed an order April 4th for 8 masks. These were not for the pandemic but an upcoming trip. Order arrived April 24th but contained nothing I had ordered.
I understand with everything going on there may be issues. I reached out to them, which took forever, was told to keep the masks and when inventory came back in they would ship my correct order.
I checked in a few times but still nothing.
On June 1st I received an email stating my order had shipped, it arrived June 5th.
This new order only contained 3 face shields and again not what I ordered.
I have now been sitting on their live chat today (6/6/20) for almost an hour without a single reply to my messages.
They just grab some items similar to what you ordered and throw them into an envelope. You get half of what you order with a promise to make it right. You never hear from them again, can't get in touch with them. Do not order from them! Probably a Chinese shell company that sends $2.00 worth of product, charges you $20.00 and is gone.
My order shipped more than a month after ordering. We are on day 14 of transport from Florida to North Carolina. It appears the package was lost. You can not call or email. The only option is the live chat which you get a response many hours later that says they are working to protect their employees and will be with you when they can. So much for the live portion. I have submitted many times through the live chat only to get an email with a live chat response telling me they are working but working in a way to protect their employees. I have since filed a dispute with the credit card company. My suggestion is to either plan on wasting your money or plan a lengthy back and forth to get nowhere.
Completely ripped off. After a 3 month wait for my bandannas O was sent utter crap not what I selected or paid for all under the guise of urgency'? You poor simpletons what is the urgency your own website Identifies that tubular bandanas are not manufactured to and do not prevent bacteria or viruses (COVID19). So what urgency is the sun now falling in? To say that I was more than disappointed in an understatement and your live chat is completely hopeless for international customers. I only hope that your shoddy practices are identified people buy elsewhere.
My order was late by several weeks. There appears to be no way to contact the company. The phone goes to a message that they are not answering to protect employees. Protect them from what over the phone? So they point you to a chat. The chat stays at 99 no matter what time of day or night I try to reach them. I was finally able to get a refund through paypal. These folks have to be scammers hoping that many will blow off $20 as the hassle of dealing with SA is not worth it.
I ordered 5 face masks from the website on may 19th. Today is june 3rd and still have not heard anything. I guess i should have just came here and read the reviews before ordering cause if you notice; well over the majority of all the reviews are upet and unhappy customers. And the few that are happy go lucky customers... well its obvious they were wrote by safishing themeselves. This has been a terrible experience to say the least. I have already ordered some masks from amazon and they were here in 2 days. Meanwhile... im still waiting for SAfishing to catch up. Slow business and terrible customer service makes for a extremly unpleasant experience. I will not be returning and i will not be telling any of my friends or family about the wonderful experience i didnt have.
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.
