Very disappointed

I understand there is a pandemic but I ordered on April 18th and just got my order on June 3rd. My money was taken immediately on April 18th. I waited the 30 days due to covid on shipping. After the 30 days I reached out over 5x to customer service through their live chat, and email notifier. No response. Sent an instagram message as my last sign of hope before I contacted my bank to start a claim on the purchase, and the next morning my items were shipped. No response from them about any of my messages. I received 4 of my 5 face shields as to what I ordered. But they replaced 1 with a black one. I guess thats fine, but let your customers know that. Don't put patterns up that you don't have in stock. I've ordered face shields in the past and had such a great experience. I won't be doing business with this company again.

Terrible service

Did not get my products. I ordered in March. Tracking information disappeared and was unable to retrieve tracking and order number. Excuses are they dont have anyone working due to COVID, so no live person. The Chat live button is dysfunctional. I will also rate then on FB, and request IG remove their ads. I have left several messages, on IG, FB and here. Suck suck suck. They do not even deserve 1 star, but seeing as I needed to speak my piece this is the result of bad terrible horrible customer service

Crap

I bought from here 2 years ago the sleeve gave shields and they were awesome
So being that I'm in health care I decided to start wearing them to work.

So I ordered more, I was fine with the month wait it took but once I received my order, what a bunch of crap
I could of had a five year old make them better then what i received. Horrible cheap quality, not happy at all with them
Junk don't waste your money I even had my co workers liking the ones I got 2 years ago
I'll be calling them all and telling them not to order after all that's over 100 sales you just lost

I wish Zero Stars was an option here. 20+ years of using the internet for goods and services and this was easily the worst, most aggravating experience. After waiting 3 weeks they canceled my order without notifying me or issuing a refund, then expected me to wait 3 more weeks for them to fix THEIR mistake. Then after being promised a refund from someone in their livechat, Surprise Surprise, It never came. I had to file a paypal claim, Then they decided to ship my items(even though they promised a refund at this point) that they said it would take another 3 weeks to get. They finally show up and They're Made In China garbage. Hahahaha. Thankfully I found a much better U.S. company that actually sells gaiters made in the U.S.

This is the absolute WORST company to order anything from. They took 2 months to send the product. Then when they did send it, there was a little note that said the items that I ordered were not in stock. Therefore they sent some other crap that I didn't want and included a note to confirm that the order was intentionally wrong. I contacted them and allowed a full business week to respond. No response. You can't email, call, or live chat with customer service. For the love of all that is holy, learn from my mistake. AVOID.

Don't waste your time and money with this business. They have lousy customer service which consists of none at all. As others have stated their phone or their live chat line (that they recommend for contact) is just webpage eye candy. It does not work or does not truly exist. And they can't seem to send the item that was actually purchased. Three different times. I know. Three times? Since I paid next to nothing for the items (with Honey coupons), I gave them an extra chance. You know. Shame on them. Then shame on me. And then shame on them again. The best thing I can say about this company or business is... absolutely nothing. Run away.

I ordered from this company over a month ago, the only thing I have received from them is 1 email stateing that my order was confirmed. They waited until I had clicked the verify button when I placed my order before the site informs you about the up to 30 day delays. By the time I get the masks I ordered from this company the pandemic will be over and my job will no longer require me to have them on..

Garbage from China

Customer service does not exist. No response for 23 days on my order. DHL held package for 9 days once it finally shipped. Items are made in China. Items are not finished, appear to be cut by a child. Will not order again and will tell others to avoid. Also need to avoid another name they go by Alpha Defense Gear.

Worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. Been trying to contact someone there for more than 6 weeks other than an automated response have yet to get an actual response. Would recommend to avoid at all cost shop somewhere else. Even if paying 50% more.

I ordered some face masks from them and when they finally arrived none of the masks I chose were there. When I attempted to contact them I waited hours for the online chat just to kick me off. I finally contacted them via Facebook messenger and was told they had to make some substitutions to get orders out quicker! But if I was unhappy they would send me the corrected ones. I told them to send me the ones I ordered. It's been over a month and still nothing and no correspondence. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, they will give you what they want to give you.

They charged my card in East April as if they shipped, representing to be in boca. I still had nothing a month later and despite multiple attempts to email got no reply. Their site indicated if something was backordered I would get notified, which never happened. (And aren't credit card rules that you get charged when items ship?). I disputed the charge via PayPal and over a week goes by. They had until May 31 to reply to my claim, on Friday May 29 they create a tracking number. Bull$#*!. I already bought what I need elsewhere. Mind you Saturday the 30th it doesn't show the post office has anything, just created a label. Seriously skeezy business people and I hope they rot in hell. Stop stealing, because taking money, refusing to respond, this is theft in my opinion.

Scam. Buyer beware. Do not order. It's been 60 + days since I ordered and paid. Still no product. Cannot email or message anyone in customer service to get a refund. Tried to message several times with no success. They are steeling.

I can't review the product because I never received it. I ordered mine before the pandemic hit and I still haven't received them. It's now been three months. I have reached out through Facebook, Messenger, email, live chat, and finally I have put in a claim with PayPal. They have failed to answer a single one of my attempt at contact in three months. When I went through PayPal it took two Messages to get back this response "customers order has been sent. She just has to wait". You might as well throw your money down the toilet as you won't receive your products and they think they're too good to respond to customers.

First thing that sent up a red flag is the fact that they did not tell you of how long it would take to send the item until after you paid. They say up to 30 days because of coronavirus issues. Well I am at 32 days and counting. I get on their sight and they offer a chat but no one ever picks up. There is a phone number that if you call they say they have shut down but tell you to go to their chat. I looked them up in the BBB and they have history of not fulfilling their orders long before coronavirus ever was an issue. I suspect I have lost the money. Hopefully someone reads this before they try to buy from SA Company.

Placed an order months ago! Their website says due to COVID orders can be delayed up to 30 days which is understandable. However... over 90 days and still counting? Of course their phones are shut down. Then try the "live chat" option... lol what a joke. That's about as live as tuna in a can. Several hours later a rep finally emails and says he/she will put a personal note on the order. Well... weeks later still haven't heard anything or received anything! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered over a month ago and have actually got in touch with customer service 1 time and all they did was lie to me. I still haven't received anything at all from them and now they are operating another website selling same product called
Alpha defense same address but says veteran operated. Don't buy anything from SA or ALPHA DEFENSE

I ordered on April 11 2020. They finally sent me an email saying it shipped on May 11. On May 28, DHL still shows it enroute to them. Tried to do the live chat for over a week and still no response
