Scam! Run!

I gave it one star bc 0 stars isn't an option. I ordered in March and received an email saying due to covid-19, it can take up to 30 days for processing. I haven't heard from the company since and I've reached out to them a few times thru the chat option on their site. I've tried calling the customer service number listed but an automated message comes on saying they're unavailable due to covid-19. I'll be contacting my bank tomorrow and disputing the charge.

I received my order well over a month so have updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars.

Be very wary when ordering from this company. You may simply have your money taken without receiving a product and with no realistic ability to file a claim. Ordered twice in April. First order came in 3 weeks later which is acceptable in this new norm. Face shields are fine when you consider the low price you are paying.

My second order however never arrived, my money was charged right away of course, but the product was never sent. It's been over a month. Customer service is non existent regardless of their pretensions. Write to your hearts desire is probably their motto.

I get by now my money is gone, but if i can help someone else well in the end i bought me some Karma. Avoid them at all costs would be my suggestion.

Ordered these back on the 29th of march 2020 its now 29th of may 2020 and still have not received my item, try find a way to contact there customer service good luck. There's no way to. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN SCAMMERS.

Placed an order in the beginning of april. It's now may 27th. Tracking number never ended up updating and I never received my order. Been trying to get in touch with them for a month to get a refund and have been stuck waiting in their online chat for hours numerous times only to have their chatting hours close. Still haven't gotten ahold of them and no refund.

I regularly order packs of 12 for $36 face masks from here. Up until Covid-19 I have always received the correct face masks in a reasonable time considering I live in Canada. However I recently made a purchase in April that arrived after just over a month and 3 of the face shields were replaced with other designs. Given the current demand for facemasks I'm not surprised that they are sold out of a lot of designs. I hope once the covid situation slows down they can get back to their regular customer service and shipping.

After ordering I noticed that they said delays up to 30 days could be happening. It has been 33 days since I ordered and I see USPS Tracking shows it out for delivery today. After reading all the reviews I'm pretty sure that I won't be receiving exactly what I ordered. At this point I'm not even worried about it as long as I have something to protect everyone while at work. Just with everything that's going on and the struggles on every day items like toilet paper I see no need to leave a negative review. These guys are inundated with orders I'm guessing, and although I'm sure it's not following their business model they're doing the best they can. If I don't receive the facemask that I ordered and they sent me something else I doubt that I will even bother to address it since so many other people are so insane. It was only $20 and it's been spent for a month so I don't even notice that I spent it. Let's all take a deep breath.

Update I actually received the correct items. I'm shocked. Wasn't expecting order to be correct after what everyone noted. It's not been the best of months for me but maybe things are looking up. I've never been a lucky person so this is a good sign ;) Peace and Love.

Today is May 27th 2020 I placed my order on April 21 2020. I have not received anything, been on chat 5 times told the order was shipping every time... just to hold me off i guess. My advise go purchase from another company. SA customer service totally sucks monkey nutzzz... I have a mission to bad mouth this company as much as possible. After the Covid crisis is over this company will be bankrupt. I have called, emailed, sent Direct messages by facebook, messages on their chat program. Just to ask for my money back. No response at all

I ordered from them just before the Covid pandemic ramped up. I like using the face shields when fishing offshore. They sent a complete mystery pack with not one of the items I had selected. They sent a statement about keeping me safe. These thin cloths will not do that and that isn't the purpose for which I ordered them. They sent a red line fireman one and no one in our household is a fireman. I feel wearing such an item would be an attempt at impersonating someone else. I used their horrible chat function to ask what I should do about the situation and they didn't respond. I sent another with the same results. It was the 5th chat I sent that finally got a person to respond about 5-6 days later. They told me to keep the ones I had been sent and they would send me the ones I ordered. It has been weeks since and I have sent several chats with only one response. This time, their response told me to pick out some more shields. I already picked them out on the original order. They also say to go online to the "saved" chat to continue our conversation, but the chats I have experienced are NOT saved. I asked them to either send me the correct items or refund me and they have completely stopped responding to any chats. This company does not deserve to be in business.

Just don't do it

This company intentionally shipped the wrong product to me. There was a note in my order basically saying they shipped incorrect styles because they were too busy to send the correct ones. I use these facemasks for my business, so the style of the mask is important.

I have tried numerous times to get through to them through Chat, Email, and even filed a paypal compalint to get their attention. The only thing they did was refuse to refund through paypal.

I not have 5 masks I cannot use and am out the money I paid for the masks. The amount was small that I was taken for, but please be aware that this company has no intention on shipping the correct product or making up for it.

I ordered silicone rings in March! May I repeat in MARCH! Have not received anything yet. Can never reach anyone from their dumb $#*! company. Their chat option sucks! You stay in the queue for forever with no replies. No email to contact anyone and no one ever answers calls. Never again

Placed order on 4/22 for 5.
Paid on 4/22 and amount posted same day.
I live near Chicago and gaiters are made in Boca Raton, FL.
Due to COVID-19, I waited a week then I called several times # *******292 and...
"no answer". Then attempted CHAT and was told to wait and provide my email incase
We get disconnected while they checked into my order;
I was cut off, 4x after waiting each time over an hour!
I'm still waiting for a follow up email.
I've checked # again today and it's been disabled, the CHAT has 99 people ahead of me and the email provided bounces back "Demon Mail".
FL to IL, 5 gaiters TOO long to wait, I could have made them myself if I Wasn't Busy on the Front Line with sick patients!
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Do Not Waste Your Time
Do Not Waste Your hard earned Money.
This company must take care of every 5 people because I can't believe they are receiving positive reviews today.

Placed order on April 7,2020 around April 15 the free mystery items with order arrived. On April 19 I received an E-Mail that the rest of the order would be sent along with a tracking number, that was the last I heard from SA Fishing Co, beside the e-mail ads wanting me to buy more stuff. Only 2 ways to contact Facebook direct message or their chat feature, neither of which I have gotten a response. Trying to contact them again today May 26,2020.

I placed my order on April 29th and got my order confirmation. I have been unable to get in touch with them since then. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There is no way to cancel the order and no way to contact customer service. The website sends you to live chat but nobody answers.

I placed my order April 13 and have never received it. The web site stated that it may take 30 days to receive your order due to the pandemic. It's been 43 days. I have tried several times to request a refund. I will never order from this company again.

I purchased the Mahi hat. Several weeks later, I received the American hat. I attempted to contact safishing via their live chat on 5/21. A message came up stating they would reply within 24 hours. Who can stay on a live chat for 24 hours? I contacted them again on 5/26 and again, same message. Their phone number states "due to COVID, we are unable to accept phone calls". Ummm, ok... So I guess I'm now stuck with a hat that I didn't order and don't want. Terrible way to do business! Will never order from them again!

Placed an order for 5 faceshields the beginning of April. Never received a conformation about my order. I figured with the Covid-19 there would be a little delay in processing and also was aware shipping could take 3 to 4 weeks. I was okay with that. A couple weeks after I made the purchase I contacted SA Company on 4/16/20 to verify my purchase. The representative I spoke with confirmed the order and said she would follow up with shipping information. On 4/18/20 I received an email from SACo stating order was shipped. A few days latter I receive my order. Upon opening the package there was a card that mentioned the items sent were not the prints I ordered and if I did not like the prints to contact SACo and they would send out the correct prints. I have tried contacting SACo since the day I got the wrong items. They have shut down the phone number on file and are only conducting Customer Service on their instant Chat. Every morning I would log onto SACo chat. I would receive a message stating I was 99th in the queue and a representative would be with me soon. I would sit on the chat all day without a response. On 5/16/20 I received an email from SACo that they had bad software and it was causing issues with the chat and the issue was corrected and they were able to help customers again. On 5/16/20 I logged into chat. When I logged in it said a representative would be with me in a few minutes. I ended up sitting on chat all day until chat shut down. At the end of the day it gave option to leave a message and contact info and a representative would get back in touch within 24 hours. We are now going on 9 days of the chat being fixed and trying to contact customer service via chat and still not getting a response. I recommend never buying from this company and if you have and are having the same issue as myself file a complaint with the FTC.

Ordered over a month ago tried calling/ emailing nothing finally got them in well over a month after ordering and three of five shields were wrong a note that said we're sorry yet they keep advertising like their fully stocked don't worry I contacted the BBB their gonna have some answering to do

I purchased the buy one get four free pack of face shields or neck gaiters on April 4th for a total of about $26 USD. Part of the reason why I chose SA instead of a competitor was because their advertising stated that the neck gaiters were in stock and ready to ship. After I placed the order I received an email from SA stating that due to the pandemic orders may be delayed 7 to 15 days. I sent an email after about a week asking for a status update on shipping while trying to make up my mind if I should just cancel the order and then order from somewhere else. I did not receive anything back from SA except advertising until April 19th in which I received an unpersonal form email stating that my order had shipped and that I could expect tracking info within a few days. This was hard to understand because I know if the order had shipped the tracking info would already be available. During the next couple weeks I tried to send several emails and I sat in queue on the customer service chat for literally hours. I provided my email address so that if I was disconnected they could still contact me and also accepted push notifications as suggested by the chat bot. I never was able to talk to customer service and never received any reply from them via push notification or email. Customer service was completely shut down except for the overloaded chat option. Finally on May 21st I received tracking information. Today on May 24th I finally received my order in the mail. I have never received an apology or any show of concern from SA about the extreme delay on getting my order out. So now I open my order to find not a single style that I chose had shipped and that they had substituted all five designs for other ridiculous designs that I will never wear. Also they were different thicknesses and sizes, no consistency whatsoever except that they're all made in China.
This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

Do not buy from SA

Ordered 5 things. Received 2 that I ordered and 3 that were not even close to what I ordered. Tried to contact customer support repeatedly. The first time I was number 286 in the queue. How bad do you have to be to have that many people needing customer service. I have since tried 4 more times and my chat with customer service has gone unanswered.
