While placing my order there was a pop up for free shipping i clicked and did not get free shipping. I waited over a week for email that my order shipped, i reached out to them and a day later they got back and said one of my products was backordered and they did not know when they would ship any of my order.
I paid $25 for the priority shipping and was supposed to revive the items in 2-3 days. The items haven't even been shipped yet. What a joke this company is. Don't waste you money. Worst customer service ever.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who had issues with this company, thought I was alone. I thought this company had cool products, I was really looking forward to getting my products, but from dealing with the shipping and not knowing when I would be receiving my order, it was just better to get my refund to go else where. Trying to contact customer service is a joke, there's no direct communication with anyone and every response they give is automated. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got my refund quickly. Buyer Beware.
The company is slow to ship. Their specials are misleading. Save you money time and effort. Shop elsewhere. The picture clearly showed the promotion was a two hats for one. Received one hat with a neck garment. I've sent them
A copy of the invoice however they deny the invoice or the add they ran. The second phot shoes you part of the week long txt. Do not trust this company. Buyer beware. Also asked them for a pickup label. I would be contacting the credit card company in the morning. Still holds their position I'm in the wrong. The rating should be a zero stars, however it won't accept that rating.
I ordered two hats two weeks before July 4th. The next day I received an email notifying me that my order had shipped. Excited I waited and check the tracking everyday for a week. However USPS said they never received the package. A week later I contacted SA Company and was told that it never shipped because they are out of the product I ordered. No attempt was made by the company to contact me and correct the order or make it right. I was in fact given a refund so I am made whole but I will NEVER order from this company again.
Don't expect to receive your product in the time listed on their website. Read the fine print on any shipping. The only thing that ships same day are face shields…unless they're part of a bigger order and then they obviously don't ship until everything else is gathered too. It's been a over week since I placed my order and it now says "with shipping partner" (DHL e-commerce) and waiting to go to USPS. I don't anticipate this getting to me for another 1-2 weeks, at earliest. Super disappointing! Had I known that "free shipping" meant it would take half a month+ to get to me, after internal "processing", I would have asked customer service for a faster shipping method. I believed my products were going to be shipped same day and then 4-5 business days, 5-7 days at latest, I would receive my stuff. I bought this for a trip, that I felt I gave plenty of lead time for, and now won't see it until I'm on my trip. Should not take 20+ days to get product. Sign up with UPS and let them handle your supply chain issues SAFishing! I was excited to use my new gear on this trip, big let down!
Did a custom order and was told everything would be delivered within 6 weeks.
Well over 2 1/2 month and haven't received my full order and the customer service rep I was dealing with won't return my emails or call.
He guaranteed me I would have all my order before a set date and haven't heard from his since after multiple attempts to track my order down.
Ordered in January, still have not received. It is now mid March. They keep telling me by chat they can't find where I ordered. I sent them screen shots of everything. They said they would send order out, never have. I was told again that cannot find my order. I resent everything to them and asked for a refund. This company is a joke, do not order from them. I am going to report it as fraud with my bank.
I'm from New Zealand. I've made two orders.
First order issue: my order never arrived and had to be reshipped. It took a long time to receive it!
Second order issue: I was charged twice for the one order and had to continuously contact customer service to fix it. They eventually refunded me. My order hadn't arrived after 29 Business days so I contacted customer service who told be to wait a little longer. I waited a little longer and contacted them again and was given the same advice. After over two months I was finally told that there was a shipping issue and I would be refunded.
Products are nice and what they say they are but it's a mission just to get them!
After purchasing some arm sleeves myself a while back from SA, I decided to start with them when trying to do a large custom order for a group I coach. I was made to fill out a form on their website. I got a reply saying someone would be in touch with me shortly and it's been 11 days since someone has reached out to even acknowledge my outreach. I went to their website to use their chat feature for help and they were equally as useless.
I have purchased from them for years and have had nothing but great luck with their products. I have however in the beginning put my face shields in the dryer making them too tight and loosing their elastic properties but that was on me because i didn't read the directions initially. I have tons of their shields for summer and winter, basically almost all of their products at some point and have been very please and the price for what you get is better then some companies out there. If i have a problem with a shipment happened once the wrong shields were sent, they made it right immediately and i was able to keep the shields that were sent immediately. Thanks customer service. So check them out the have deals all the time.
I purchased some face shields and did not receive my full order and they were wrong. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone at the company. Complete waste! Hope they all go to jail instead of stealing of money.
I have ordered a couple times and have not had a problem with the company. Always recieved my stuff on time.
What amazes me is the bulk of the complaints are coming from early 2020,. The start of the lock downs due to covid. Every single business online or in person were either out of things or orders were going to be late. That is what happens during a pandemic and lock down. I think anybody who reads these comments should keep that in mind. It's 2021 now and their service is great.

Ordered a hat that cost $30 plus after shipping and the emblem is off center and crooked. After sending several pictures they insisted it was straight even though it was obviously not. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products at all!
VERY VERY unhappy with the way they packaged this hat. They stuffed it and folded it into a tiny little box. I baught a straw sunhate that is now destroyed. Would not reccomend

I have been a big fan of SA Fishing until they started offering an "N-99+" mask (supposedly certified), but I found NO proof. Until then, 3 stars.
I love, absolutely LOVE! Their face shields for fishing. But, in these Wuhan Virus daze, I am disappointed in the SA Company's sales tactics. Until they ptove their certification, I suggest to Stay away!

When I ordered from them it was at the beginning of lockdown in Canada. That was the end of March 2020. I finally got my order in June of 2020. The product itself was as advertised and I was happy with it. I was just annoyed at how long it took. Would order again though.
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
