Regardless of what it says about processing times their shipments must come from overseas because from Boca Raton Florida to Tampa Florida they have taken over 25 days on two separate orders. They blame it on COVID but nothing takes that long right now in the US. Just be prepared to get your order a month late and hope it is all in there

I have purchased several times from SA fishing. Despite what other reviews say they are decent products for the price paid. Yes their customer service was through the roof at the beginning of Corona, they sell face shields! Customer service called me after one of my orders to let me know they were out of stock on a particular item and offer me several options. There is no reason to poke at this company for quality for what you pay for the items. Me and my work place will continue to order from SA fishing in the future.

I recently ordered some face masks and gators from SA Fishing. The website was easy to use and shipping was fairly quick. I received my product less than a week after I ordered it. The product itself was subpar. The face masks were nowhere near thick enough for adequate protection from COVID nor were the gators; however, the gators may work for other uses such as blocking dust during mowing or other activities. The price wasn't amazing, but also wasn't bad. Overall, I think you can get a better quality product, but this website and product wasn't horrible.

They take their sweet time sending you the items they quickly take your money for they use covid as an excuse now but I ordered from them before and it took them forever dont order unless you're cool with waiting a couple months

They scamm items, if you put mystery they will send all the same one color 50 sent faceshields that they buy from ebay, if you write support they tell you need 2 pay and send them back btw my shipping was 11 dollars. Added only last chat but you get the point she acts like they dont scam and then talk $#*! it wwas system error, and its not first time

I have purchased over ten times from SA Company... I love the quality of the product and the fast shipping. If there are any questions on the delivery times I always contact customer service and the live chat helps me right away. I live close to the beach so sun protection is a high priority for myself and my family. The face shields are UPF 30 and come in many designs. The performance shirts are lightweight and breathable and the best part is they dry quick after jumping in the ocean. I highly recommend this for company for anyone who loves the outdoors

Sent them a message about my order got a response from Alexander asked for my order number and a pic of my receipt so i sent it to him and he made it right thank you so much

I ordered through them and was offered free gifts for ordering more. I did. Twice. When the package arrived, I had wrong items and no free items. No explanation as to why the free items where missing. I used chat and they agreed to send the incorrect items, but they were out of the free stuff, so ya know, sorry. They offered a few of the thier cheapest shields as a gift instead. That's not what I spent more money for. I am still trying to get those items. I received the replacement, only to find that it was still wrong. One order. Two months ago and I am still trying to sort it out. Save your money.

This is the second time I have ordered face coverings.
Even with shipping to the UK they are cheaper for the quality.

Everything seemed alright except I was missing the aqua military camo trapper hat that I ordered to specifically match the aqua military camo hoodie I also ordered. I was told they were out of stock. They weren't out of stock when I ordered it.
They are more concerned with getting people to click complete payment than they are about getting the items that customers PAID FOR.
I'm really disappointed how this was handled.
Buyers beware just because something is in stock when you order it doesn't mean a thing to these people.

Items never arrived customer service keep saying just wait.
I guess that's their tactic and hope the buyers forget and in my case it worked. It's been over a year, I guess I'm never getting my order and they got my money.

My order was late almost 2 weeks and they took no responsibility. They pretty much told me to deal with it. Horrible! Unacceptable!
