Bought two scooters on 5/3 with a delivery date scheduled between 6/30-7/2. Followed up several times to insure delivery window would be kept. Saferwholesale.com called me twice indicating they were out of stock of the scooter that I ordered and offered replacement scooters which I accepted. They day before the delivery window I called to check on the delivery and was informed they were shipping later that day and I would receive a tracking number. No tracking number was received so I called again the next day and was informed they were out of stock but had an upgrade available but would not receive them during the delivery window I needed for my vacation. I had to cancel order and buy them locally. Would never do business with them again and recommend that others stay away.
I ORDERED A UTV FOR $8600. 00 IN NOV. 2013. IT CAME IN MISSING A PART. I HAVE BEEN THRU HELL TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO GET ME THE MISSING PART, AND IT HAS BEEN 8 MONTHS AND STILL THE RUN AROUND. MY NEXT STEP IS TO SUE T SOBS MY PHONE # IS *******277 AND I WILL GLADLY TALK TO ANY ONE AND DISCOURAGE THEM FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I do aplogize you feel this way, but I can assure you we have customer service departments to help with all of your issues. If you have missing parts when a product is received you can get the needed parts from our Warranty department. As far as delayed shipments, that all relies on the specific product and manufacturer the product is from. We have over 18,000 products and 1,000 different vendors who sell their products on our website. Some items are less available than others and some products have longer lead times than others. We try our best to keep you up to date on any delays that may occur, but you can understand that some customer's are not willing to accept any sort of delay. At the end of the day we are here to get you a product less expensive than anyone else and we cut out the retail prices. We are your representation to a manufacturer's warehouse that has no customer service. We supply you with the point of contact to have all of your issues resolved. Even though the products do not come directly from us we are here to assist you with satisfying your needs.
I have been trying to find a solution to a problem with my JonWay scooter. I contacted Jerry at Great Sports Inc. In less than a minute he had the easy no cost fix for me. Who said customer service is dead! Really appreciate his willingness to help me.
I have been talking with Jerry by phone since I bought an Elite Pacifica Scooter on the internet. I've had a few problems with the scooter. The 1st is resolved with the helmet trunk local It did work a couple of times - but completely failed to lock thereafter. I was told the warranty lapsed after 30 days? That seems rather quick for a new product! We settled for me paying the postage & he paying for a new lock.
Item 2 - The headlights never worked?
After removing the front panel to get at the lights, I found that no V. was getting to them. So I wired a hot wire to them.
Item 3 - The fuel tank is lester at 2.38 gal. - I frilled it at 1.2 gal.
Item 4 - The front wheel is supposed to lock with the key, but it doesn't?
Item 5 - I can't get the scooter inspection OKed (NYS) because the high beam swt. Doesn't work. "Although I'm still using the bike!
I would give this company minus stars, as they are a complete rip off order a 250cc Scooter back in July 8,2013. It arrived 3 months later, never told it was a Chinese made scooter, that had multiple problems, first off paid for a certificate of origin, which after a year, July 2,2014, still have not received. The bike is a piece of crap, the original battery was bad, ordered a new one from Great Sports, Inc.aka saferwholesale.com it was useless. The starter was bad, wiring was bad, had to have it towed to a local bike shop to repair it. Without the certificate of origin I can not get it register in Pa., I can not get plates to drive it on the road or sell it. I also made a very bad mistake of ordering a sidecar, it took 6 months to get it, it came from Indonesia, it is a piece of crap, the kit, had no directions, poorly made, the sidedoor does not close, the top pieces do not fit and it does not fit the scooter. With all the charges to get inside the country it was about $1000 dollars all together this whole transaction for a Chinese bike and unknown made sidecar is well over $5000. This is not including the costs associated with repairs and towing costs. The company including Artie the supervisor just give you the run around. I am filing a compliant with the Attorney General's office.
It seems to me that you have not had the scooter correctly assembled and that is why you are experiencing so many issues. The Scooters come in a Metal Crate not fully assembled for packaging reasons. You need to assemble just a few small parts including the Handle Bars, Front Tire and Battery installation. Outside of that the unit must be PDI (Post Delivery Inspected) the same way a unit is gone over at the dealership selling the unit. If this process is not done correctly you may harm the unit by using it while not correctly PDI'd. As for your registration, that is something you must request. You need to email your VIN # to [email protected] and you MSO paperwork will be mailed directly to you. If you never email us your VIN we cannot process your MSO and have it notarized. All of your issues can be easily resolved and we are willing to work with you to come to an amicable resolution.
I ordered a 2 tents in February, one of the tents, a 20 x 40 was missing a substantial amount of pieces. After having spoke to someone else in Saferwholesale nothing was accomplished. I got in touch with Jerry and he had the problem taken care of in less than 2 weeks. He kept in touch with me via email and was very helpful.
I bought a Lightening extended UTV for 4450. 00 It was suppose to be for adults and street legal. The machine i received was completely different. It is a cazador and for kids. It is not street legal as well. When i called the company to tell them they sent me the wrong machine i was told to send pics and email them which i did. They responded that it is the extended version and if i felt it was the wrong unit i should have left it in the crate. Well how am i suppose to know it is not the right version or even model if i don't take it out of the crate and put it together. There are no headlights or taillights turn signals side steps etc. There are stickers though of turn signals. I was told by Patrick the owners of the company said if i have any further issues to have a lawyer contact them. Which I am pursuing. The unit i was sent is only worth about half of what i paid. Then the windshield is completely wrong as well. It does not even fit the UTV. This company is a complete scam they should all be in jail for fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If anyone would like to see all the email correspondence or the phone calls from the rude staff just let me know. I would love to forward it to you. I still have not received the title for this machine as well. Update Artie said he would get me the parts to make the vehicle street legal like it was suppose to be and the missing/broken parts as well as discuss the price of what i received versus what i paid. To this day i have never heard from him again.

There are no brakes. They dont work. There is no way to stop it. Fluid leaks everywhere. It is not from the plastic filler reservoir. Lisa

I would like the street legal package for this and the brake unit and the correct nets as well as the correct windshield. I would also like the step side bars that i was told came with the unit. The dash is different as well. You should not post pics of something and say that is what you are getting and it not be what you are getting. Please send me the equipment needed to have brakes, windshield, safety nets, and turn signals, switches and whatever i need to turn the turn signals from left to right etc. Also look at the pictures i sent via email of the unit. I will post them if needed.

I assure you the unit that you received is exactly the same as the Lightning Extended model. The names listed on our website are generic names not associated with any specific manufacturer's distribution facility. This is because we get the same product from a few different suppliers and each one has their own specific name for the unit. Such as this vendor calling is the "Cazador". The lightning is actually a very small unit no matter what vendor fulfills the order. The extended version is maybe large enough for a 6ft male tops. Any larger and you would need a larger unit. You received exactly the size of unit you purchased and I think possibly you simply had a different expectation of the size. We fulfilled your order for a Lightning Extended unit, you received the product, assembled it and it runs fine. We are here for your support should you need it, but can assure you nothing dubious was done in this order and you received exactly what was purchase, but with a different trim package than the one displayed on the website.

We did have time constraints but we were very honest with that upfront. If they could not get us the lightening extended we should have been told that. There are no side steps on this unit, no turn signals, no brake lights and it clearly says cazador on the unit. It is a much smaller unit then the lightening extended version that the pictures show. Very low to the ground not like the lightening extended. I specifically asked about the side steps and if they were made of metal when i talked with i believe Alex and he assured me they were and there are none on there. I will be more then happy to send you the pictures of the unit i was shipped. We would have taken the unit apart and shipped it back in the crate just like it was sent to us but we were told we could not do that. This unit is priced much differently then the lightening extended unit. I understand things happen but i specifically asked the questions to make sure i was gettingthe correct unit. The brakes have never worked on this machine as well. We asked for a new brake system but all they sent was the brake resivoir. The netting does not fit as well as the windshield. If you would like to make this right you can email me to discuss. I think you should do right by your ads and be honest trustworthy company so the consumers are happy to do business with you. We are very mechanically inclined and do know how to fix this thing but we have not received the correct unit to begin with. I have spoken with Patrick just now and he informed me of the situation you had with your unit. When you made the purchase you had very specific time constraints on when you needed the item and we purchased the unit from our only vendor that had the unit in stock. We made sure to send you the extended version of the lightning and that is what was shipped to you. The only difference between the photos on our website and the unit that was available for immediate shipment was the front end / headlights. If there is any parts missing needed to make it street legal we can get you the needed parts. We have street legal light kits available to send you and would like to help resolve any issues you are experiencing. Please let us know what you need and we can accommodate you. As for returning the unit, it is true that the unit must be unassembled and in the original crate in order to ship back to the distribution facility. As of our 1st communication with you the product was fully assembled and therefore we could not take the unit back. We are more than happy to accommodate you desires, but need to know exactly what you need in order to proceed accordingly.
I don't think that anything would have been resolved now if had not been for Jerry in parts. I give him a top rating 4 to 5 stars because of what he did and how he conducted himself.
I can not and will not say that about the rest of that group.
I ordered a Trailmaster 150cc XRX from Saferwholesale and the unit was on back order for 4-6 weeks. I will say this was normal per each site I checked with as the XRX was on back order. I was offered other carts by Safer which were in stock, but I wanted the XRX. I kept in touch with them thru email and it took about 3 weeks before I was contacted by Santos a manager in shipping. He stated he was looking into my order and would check with manufacturer to see how long it would take. Every day he was emailing me about this cart. I wanted blue but it was on back order for over a month and he gave me 3 other color choices. Color wasn't a problem for me and he was able to get the cart ordered the same day and shipment started. Santos was great in helping me and his communication was spot on. I will admit I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say my experience has been a good one. Thanks to Santos for his good service in getting my order placed! This item is a hot item, and it was on back order at several sites. So I had to be patient and realize it would have taken time on any site. It was nice to have someone to email and keep in touch with like Santos, to help make this a pleasant buying experience!
I was skeptical about ordering something so far from home but With the help of the sales man's recommendation, I got my go kart picked out, and put it together in about a hour, it had a burnt fuse but with the help of great tech support we tracked it down in no time... If you are from Canada and wanting to import one of their motorcycle be sure they are on the list of Transport Canada. At saferwholesale they told me that they are use to make business with Canada and that the ship scooters every week in Canada. So I bought one and now that is time to register it in Canada, Transport Canada is telling me I did not have the right to import it in the first place. So I have to either export it from Canada or destroy it with proof send to the Canada custom offices!
We do a significant amount of business with Canada and even have a canadian exclusive website for products specific for Canada. Although we do sell 18,000 different products we are not specialists in what the registration and license laws are in each state or for this matter Canada. Always be sure to check with your local DMV prior to making an informed purchase to make sure the product is acceptable. We have shipped many products over the border, but motorsports are one of the most restricted product categories for import. We apologize for the discrepancy, but we are willing to work with you and offer you some compensation towards a future purchase with us due to this issue.
WOW, I wish I would have read these reviews before I started dealing with them. First rep. I dealt with was slow to respond, always had an excuse. I told him (Justin) I needed to identify what I needed and place an order asap. 3 weeks later and me having to constantly contact him for answers I called again and spoke with Matt. I have never dealt with a ruder, more condescending "salesperson" in my life! He basically told me they can't provide what I am looking for. I told him that I really wish Justin hadn't wasted 3 weeks of my time and he hung up on me! I I will be leaving a negative review on every site possible for this company so others don't waste their time or money!

I ordered a three wheel scooter and received a two wheeler. The rep. Said it was my fault because I didn't complain before shipment. The order sheet that they sent was so different from what I ordered I thought they sent me the wrong sheet. They insisted on direct withdrawl so now I'm paying %30 restock fee, return shipping. I'm out $470 and no scooter. When i told them about the BAD reviews he said it was because of people like me and hung up on me.
This customer agreed to purchase a 500Watt Electric Scooter Moped on 5/9/14 and received his sales receipt within one business day of the transaction indicating exactly what he purchased. The customer can review their sales receipt and contact our company if there are any discrepancies on the sales receipt within a few business days and each concern will be resolved accordingly. This customer did not once contact our sales department after receiving their sales receipt. We shipped them exactly the product that was listed on their sales receipt. The term Moped as indicated on their receipt would immediately indicate to the customer that they would be receiving a 2 Wheeled moped with seat not a "Seg Scooter". This situation could have been resolved had the customer simply reviewed their sales receipt and indicated they wanted a different product.
Too bad there is no zero stars or negative number. This site is a total scam. You'll be better just to give your money to a charity. They took $900 from bank account and I've never seen any product delivered, although have "in-store credit" :). Going to State Fraud Consumer Bureau and BBB. I'm out of state and still considering suing them under bait and switch law even if it will cost me more to do it.
I am sorry you feel so negatively about your experience, but I can assure you that we never simply hold on to your money. If your product is not available you have 3 options available for resolution. We can Backorder your product with the Distributors Warehouse to insure you receive the product the minute it becomes available. We can offer you an upgrade to a more expensive unit similar to the unit you originally agreed to purchase. Finally, we can offer you a full in-store credit to purchase any other of our 18,000 products on our website. If you have In-Store credit I assume you did not want to work with our product manager to find a suitable unit readily available to ship to you. If you were placed on Backorder I assure you the product will ship as soon as our distributor has it available. You can inquire about status of a product via email: [email protected]. We can update you if the product is backordered when it is expected to arrive at our distribution facility. If you have in-store credit you can feel free to contact our sales department to make a purchase using the credit for any product of your choosing.
Do not trust these people the sale rep name is Matthew. They got me for $1850. 00. I owe them $760.00 on a purchase, and when I try to paid them off they said they no longer excepted debit card. What they wanted was my routing number and checking account. By that time I read some reviews and found out that the whole thing was a scam. So I ask them could use the $1850 that I already had up there and they said no that I would have to pay the $760 balance. So I new I was not going to give them a another dime. I call and reported the to the BBB and I'm not through yet. GOD don't ugly and these people that's taking I'll hard earn money which GOD is going to deal with them when the time right. Tommy Martin
Tommy your information is a bit biased and I can understand why you are upset, but can also assure you we have our reasons for the way your transaction took place. We must ensure that the funds clear our account before we can proceed the conclusion of the purchase. Also we only take a Check for Layaway payments such as yours. This is so we do not use our Credit Card terminals for Multiple transactions for the same customer. Our terminals charge us for use and to insure you get the lowest possible price on your purchase we need to avoid terminal fees. It is not that we do not accept debit card, because we do accept Credit/Debit Cards, but for your layaway we would not accept anything but a check. Also we experienced multiple bounced checks and frozen accounts when dealing with you as a customer so we needed to make sure to take all precautions to make sure you were not committing fraud or the funds would not clear. Each situation has different circumstances and unfortunately when funds bounce on a customer's account we have to take Check only to assure we receive the funds.
In response to their response: Once again, they are lying. My bank determined that they acted fraudulently and reversed the ACH transfer based on all my documentation so why would they give me a store credit when they no konger have my money?. The Illinois Attorney General also contacted me and took information so that they could try to sue them/put them out of business.

Craig took payment in the form of an Electronic Check, which works as a wire transfer using the routing number and account number from a physical check. Your order went through just fine without needing any additional information. 2 Days late you contacted us to cancel the order and were informed about our cancellation policies. You informed Craig you wish to proceed forward with cancellation. Craig gave you a full in-store credit for the purchase price of your transaction. Your sectional is fully available and ready to ship to you upon your agreement to accept the delivery. If you choose to continue to not accept the shipment of the sectional, you have an in-store credit you can use towards purchasing any of our 18,000 products listed on our website. If you choose to accept delivery of the sectional please email [email protected] to inform them to ship the product right away. I was looking to buy a pontoon boat and saw the site. It is extremely deceptive. The boats shown don't come with motors, which is why they are so low. They say they make the boats in their own factory, but most of the other stuff on the site comes from China. The customer service man was pushy and somewhat rude when I asked which branded pontoon boats theirs compares to. He didn't know the brands and said theirs were much better. When I asked for reviews of several satisfied customers he had none. This would have been a $20,000 purchase, they blew it!

We do sell some motorsports that are manufactured in China, but many of our products are made right here in the U.S. The pontoon Boats are in fact made in the U.S. and ship directly to you in any form of customization you like. Our Customer Service Representatives are here to help customer's who have already purchased products get resolutions from the manufacturer's warehouse that the products come from. We sell 18,000 products and therefore are not specialists in Boats. We do not retail these, but all of the information is listed right on our website regarding the set up of the boats. If you are attempting to make an informed purchase based on the information provided then your experience might be much more pleasurable then if you are looking for product expertise and the ability to "Kick the Tires". We provide a service to get a product directly from a manufacturer who does not deal to the public for a price only a dealership could purchase the product for. We are not ourselves a retail establishment nor local dealer.
I ordered an electric ATV for my child. The price was the lowest on the internet at the time. The sales dept. was pushy but not rude. I did get the "its not free shipping to a residence" after I ordered. I wanted to cancel after I started to get that "uh-oh" feeling and still got sucked in. I assumed the ATV would be shipped from within the USA as they have an actual facility in Joliet, IL. Because I try to avoid drop shipments direct from China. I was wrong however. The ATV was dropped shipped directly from China and entered customs through Los Angelas, CA. Most of there orders do. That's why the prices are low but that's that's also why they have so many issues. Little or no quality control here. Anyways, that's a long way for an ATV to travel. After much worrying, the ATV did arrive, not on-time but close. The ATV was secured to a steel frame/crate on a pallet with a box cover. It was next to impossible to inspect before signing for delivery. I had 30 days before my parts warranty expired so I kept that in mind. Upon opening I discovered that the ATV was in many parts and un-assembled and without instructions. This is not a toy. I am not a mechanic. Luckily I knew of someone who was into go-carts and he assembled it for me in his shop for $100.00. He informed that some parts were missing and damaged during shipping. I e-mailed Safewholesale and they put me in contact with the ATV manufacturer with a rep. In California. They were attentive and shipped me the parts that I needed after I sent them pictures, free of charge. The ATV is great! My child loves it. Not your typical buying experience here but I couldn't find anywhere else to buy an electric ATV in the USA that was worthy based on its power vs. price. I feel like a lucky person after reading all the complaints.
Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs. So sad that people in this world can take advantage of our hard earned money. I am disgusted of how cruel they are.

I see you have been working with our parts department to get a Canopy and some parts for your dump bed. Our vendor has assured us that the parts were ordered from the Factory in China towards the middle of March. We have inquired to them as recently as 7/8/14,2 days ago to get a status on the availability. They did inform us they could express ship the parts via air mail from China, but that cost would be at your discretion. I assure you the minute the parts are available they will be shipped to you directly, but unless we pay extra for the express shipping we are at the mercy of our Freight shipment and Customs. We will update you as soon as we have a concrete answer on the shipment of your parts. You can always call us and speak with Conrad any time you like.
