Real fast!
Would have liked to see another view of the item in order to know the compatibility with my application, however item will work just fine

After placing order on a Sunday (Business closed), I recieved an order confirmation (Good!). I placed a call late Monday as I had not had a shipping or tracking email. The lady in customer service told me that my order (3 different items) was coming from their warehouse and being dropped shipped for two suppliers and I would get a shipping confirmation and tracking info when thy shipped. All my items arrived the next day - but I never had any shipping info nor did the customer service person I spoke with. I just like to know when to expect any shipments so that I can secure them as soon as possible.

Fast and highly recomended
Easy to navigate & order, there was no followup e-mail with a tracking number after purchase. Waited 2 weeks before I called customer service (excellent CSR - very polite & explained the situation and mentioned that I was not the only one with problems). I was inquiring about my order and was told that it is out for delivery at the time the day I called Thursday 13Sept.
I was told that there was a glitch in their system software and they had to do everything the old fashion way - by pencil & paper. I received my tracking # the same day I called. Looks like they're back on line and trying to catch up on all their order tracking notifications and such.
Other than this minor glitch excellent on-line store.
As a returning customer, I find you to have great prices and super service!

Very easy to place order due to the user friendly website. The product very quickly.
Order came a head of expected time. Only thing, the end of the 1 box was coming apart. Since it has been raining everyday, I have not opened it to install
One item I ordered was not in stock. I got a call right away about the situation and agreed to wait the two days for item to be restocked before they shipped my whole order out. Items were shipped on the day they said and I got them in two days. VERY happy!
Recommended by ABC Trailer parts because they didn't carry part. You had the part. Reasonable price. Easy to use, but USPS is probably cheaper to send this small part.
