Amazing service. Was a mix-up on shipping and they handled asap and got me the part in time for our trip. Thank you very much. Product was exactly as we needed and completed our system that came defective from the RV manufacturer and installed incorrectly.
Great experience with customer support! Had a problem with one of the parts I ordered, it was damaged. Called customer support, explained the problem, with pictures, and they took care of it. Fast delivery. However the first delivery had a defect. Just as fast as the first delivery a replacement was sent. Very responsive and actually answer their phone, kinda rare these days.

We ordered a Packard ******* inducer motor. We received a NBK ******* inducer. This appears to be a Packard replacement. Nothing on the website indicated that we would get a non Packard motor.
I can't speak to the customer service because we did not try and return/exchange it.

We do show a photo of the exact item being shipped, along with a note in the listing stating that it is also known as an NBK part number. In many cases, the OEM (original manufacturer) part is no longer available, which is why an NBK equivalent is offered.
NBK equivalent parts are designed as direct drop-in replacements for these hard-to-find OEM items and, in some cases, are manufactured by the same factory that produced the original part.

I was looking everywhere for curtain hardware for my boat. After scouring many marine supply site, I gratefully came upon your site. I have it bookmarked now, as I'm sure I will be a repeat customer.

Ordering was easy. Item arrived in a box 3 times the size needed and flopped around in box but wasn't damaged.
Ordered Dexter seals, seals did not have any numbers on seals or manufacture. So I do not know if they are Dexter seal or a knockoff.

Dexter axle seals are commonly supplied without stamped part numbers or manufacturer branding directly on the seal itself. This is normal for many OEM axle seals and does not indicate a knockoff or non-Dexter product.
