A good experience, your site is easy to use.

Shipping charges should come up before total of charges, but otherwise site is ok. Order was received incomplete and took more than one phone call to resolve. However, employees were very nice and I'd buy from them again. In fact I already have, I received another order today (10/26) and it went smoothly.

This butyl tape worked great. We watched a youtube video on how to reset your rv windows, and the tape made it very easy.

I don't ever recall prior login and as such started as first timer but had much difficulty with email address & password. Finally requested a "forget password", got it and then was able to complete order
