Awful. Price guarantee is BS - they don't match price they will give you a credit - which is less than the difference when you go to book something new b/c their fees are outrageously high. 125 per ticket vs 89 at ticketmaster. What a useless credit. SCAM. I should have googled reviews first b/c I see that many others had this experience. DO NOT USE. Buy direct from vendors / ticketmaster, etc.
This site services is most uselful if you have lil monster chikdren like myself its a good way to keep your kids out yo har and entertained.
