Great service, received parts quicker than expected.

Received product lightly damaged. The catch on the slide was damaged, but I was able to straighten it out with some heavy duty pliers. The "installation" guide is vague, so I will be contacting power gear (Kwikee) we'll see how that goes!

All went well. I'm in Ohio, so I expected faster delivery, but product since came from manufacturer in FL, delivery was OK.

Pros: Great product, great service, great price. No cons.

Easy to use site and had the best pricing for this chair. You were a lot cheaper than Amazon. The chair is sitting at my parents house because I am out of town. I can't wait to get home and try out the chair and bring it on my next camping trip!
